Took my younger brother to his first Iron Maiden concert here. Loved the outdoor venue. Lawn seating was great, sound quality was awesome. Food and drinks were crazy expensive but that s not too surprising at any music center. Took a really long time to leave the parking lot too, so be careful if you re in a time crunch. Otherwise it was fantastic!

Awesome

First of all I had to park in the way back even though I was one of the first cars to arrive, then I had packed a blanket and chairs deciding not to take the chairs I just walked up with the blanket upon arriving almost to the doors I was told no blankets permitted today but chairs were okay, I was happy to follow the rules and walked back to my car to grab the chairs and stash the blanket! Then upon reaching the same point another employee told me that chairs were not allowed today! No reason given no offer to drive me back to my car. He was very rude to me as he told me this even when I told him that another employee had told me they were okay. Do not purchase tickets for here they are unprepared, unprofessional and do not communicate with each other to get their information right.

The doors opened about 2 hours late due to rain. Only 3 out 4 bands played they claimed to have 20 dollar slipknot tickets until I tried to buy them. What ever happened to rain or shine. GET IT TOGETHER
Update they got back to me and sold me Slipknot tickets for 20 bucks made me happy
Let's hope were inside if it rains

Saw Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider here June 2nd. It was a great show, staff were friendly and trying to process everyone as quickly as possible. The walk to our car was crazy, but otherwise the experience was great.

I purchased tickets for the Rod Stewart concert, and specifically picked end row seats. Then, as the place was filling up they continue to put people who supposedly needed accessible seating on the ends of all the rows. When they made their way back to the row I was in, which was pretty far back I told the worker I picked end of row seats for a reason. She told me that they run out of room for accessible seating so they have to start doing that. My problem with that is, at least 50% of those people that supposedly needed accessible seating had no problem standing and dancing throughout the whole concert. If they are going to allow people to abuse that type of seating, then they need to come up with other options other than to put them at the end of all of the rows!

Sight lines in pavilion are awful. The slope of the seating is such that smaller people have an obstructed view by people 2 and 3 rows in front of them. Would rather see a concert in an arena with better sight lines

Last year sparkling water was ok last night it wasn't tried to explain was told either drink it or throw away. Decided to leave asked why was trying to explain when another employee kept talking over me at this point went to customer service who got a supervisor the bright point he apologized and said the sparkling water should have been no issue gave me a coupon for water. The employee's need to be thought to listen to the customer first and not interrupt them.

Great Concert Venue. Definitely NOT a Bad Seat in the Place. Plenty of Refreshments Available without the Wait. Prices a Bit High but so it goes with All Events. Drinks were Good and the Sound was Solid. Been a Few Decades but it was worth coming back for #IronMaiden!

Outrageous prices on concessions. They allowed multiple people to sneak in the pavilion using the same tickets. The bridge exiting the venue is unlit an far too small to handle 20,000 people exiting. A surprisingly dangerous situation that has never been addressed. Took an excessive amount of time to exit the parking lot.

Good place to see a show. Bathrooms are a little dodgy. And the lawn seating is scary at hard rock shows, so upgrade to the pavillion if you can. Acoustics are not great, so seeing a blues or jazz act is better in a theater. But for a rock show it's great.

This venue attracts all the bands you want to see. They move people thru security quickly and efficiently. The bathrooms are a plenty and situated all around. You can even rent concert chairs or bring your own approved low back concert chairs. The selection of food and wine improves each time I return. Great job!

I have only been twice but I'd love to go back even if urseat is on the lawn they have really BIG screens all around so u dont miss a thing they do need to have more chairs for people that have to sit on lawn

If you have lawn tickets be prepared for anything, if you are under the pavilion you can dress up a bit more, either way everyone is generally cool, it's a good time worth going for sure.
