Great outdoor venue. There isn t a bad seat in the house - they offer a variety of price points for everyone - seats on the lawn in full sun, or under the pavilion in real seats. Great vendors available for food & drink. The only thing that keeps this from a perfect 5 is the crazy exit of the parking lot. Seriously, it s insane, and takes a good hour to get out.

No matter what name this venue has had, it has always my happy place every summer, barefoot in the grass listening to country music with my best friends. Are food and drinks high? Absolutely! That should be expected at such a venue. One negative I would say is trying to leave the venue has always been awful. There has gotta be a better way! I can't decrease the star rating though because I love this place too much.

I always enjoy the shows I see at this venue. I liked the first concert certificate they heyad for my kids. They filled it out with their names and the band we were seeing.

Great place to see a concert. The seats in the pavilion had plenty of room. Plenty of restrooms too.

Music too loud!! Speakers in the way of screen. Entertainment was good.

Great out door venue. Lawn seating is cool. Parking could use help and the traffic direction after big shows kinda sucks.

Great venue, we had a wonderful time @the Grace Vanderwall /Imagine Dragons concert. Food & drink prices are insane. Bathroom doors wouldn't lock so I had to hold it with my leg. Very inconvenient.

Awesome venue for concerts!! The only reason it's not 5 stars is that beers were $13.25 to $17.00 each....

Loved Luke Bryan was expensive most stars came from Luke Bryan honestly

Great concerts everytime I go, though the price for a beer is pretty outrageous.

There is nothing wrong with Ruoff (Klipsch) (Verizon) (Deer Creek). It is just very average. Unless you spring for real seats, your experience will be very average. For Imagine Dragons, I felt that they oversold the show and it just felt extremely crowded.

Music sounds great! Parking/ traffic flow is horrendous. Drinks are super expensive. Even standing, it wasn't great views under the pavilion.

It's because it was a Slipknot show!!! Slipknot makes ruoffmusic center maggot central muuahaha!!!!

Watched Lynard Skynard and Hank Williams Jr as well as Kiss, Metallica to name a few. Great outdoor atmosphere. Look at the stars while watching your favorite bands and listening to your favorite songs!

Other than the drive from the city and the long waits to park and to leave the parking areas this has to easily be one of the better outdoor venues I know of. Sound is incredible anywhere within eyesight of the stage. With plenty of drink and food options available. A good number if restrooms, unfortunately for the women the lines can get rather long. But I assume that's the same anywhere.

Easy to get to. Can take a lawn seat or buy a seat under pavilion.

We recently attended a Chris Stapleton concert at this venue and it was a miserable experience. The staff were treating us like animals by yelling at us and trying to herd us like cattle into what was an extremely oversold pit. We saw two fights happen between the staff and concert go-ers, because the staff would not hear us when we said we could not be pushed any closer together. No one would listen. And when I emailed about it, they said the day of the show manager said there were no issues. Maybe there were no complaints on the night because we could not so much as move an inch without getting yelled at or upsetting someone . To have the staff and manager completely disregard this complaint is just disappointing. That is just simply not how you treat people.

Great outdoor venue. Lines for ladies room can get long and the concessions aren't cheap but that's bo surprise.

Nice place and staff a lot of people everywhere. Sound or lack of speakers for Rod Stewart was terrible in Section D seat 51 plus speakers hanging from stage blocked video screen. Rod was great! The sound was better further away from stage. Recommend sitting in center or grass maybe the parking lot for better sound.

Love watching concerts there. We always have a blast!! Got right through the gate with our son's diabetic kit without any issues at all.

Terrible traffic control, setting up "extra" lanes that block access to local company parking lots.

Too much fun .
Not easy to find VIP parking, but if you ask the attendants, they are more than willing to help.

Good viewing from seats and grassy area, smoking allowed in all areas so minus 2 stars.

They tax you every chance they get. We had to wait an hour and a half in the parking lot to leave.

Great music, excellent atmosphere, great party but...... The alcoholic beverages are very very expensive...

Concerts are decent. Prices are insane for anything. Klipsch can not direct traffic. Klipsch needs something better than their current management. I would recommend skipping this venue for anywhere else that cares for there patrons. It should not take 90 plus minutes to leave there lot. Maybee they should fire all there help and start over if they even care.

We saw Slipknot there this last weekend and it was awesome! It was organized, clean, and we had a blast. If you want food or drinks I recommend doing it all before you get there because my goodness it's expensive. Other then that it was so cool!

I got the all season lawn pass and I went to 6 shows and all of the sudden I go to Lil Wayne and they decide to ID me and my friend who had the pass. I understand that they may of had a problem with people using these passes but it s awful difficult to ID someone who didn t bring it.. I kinda think it s pointless and a waste of time to almost get told to leave before speaking to someone else.

Had fun... parking is a mess tho at the end of the night... took 2hrs to get out of the parking lot

Fantastic venue. Expensive food and beer like any concert but they do have a wide selection. They even have a completely vegan burger called The Impossible Burger! Very friendly staff, very professional. Sound quality and atmosphere is amazing, highly recommend the pavilion if you like to relax and the lawn if you like to get up and move around to the music.

Handling an emergency is not their forte...some people were given the information, while others weren't. Security became rude and patrons had no idea why.

Love concerts here! Great selection of vendor food and alcohol. But expect to pay the price.

Awesome show! Nasty weather, but well worth it! Premier parking made getting in and out super easy! Just need to be more organized with directions once you reach the lot!

Concerts here are well organized and I feel safe. Security is tight. That is something I appreciate greatly because too many events like the ones held at this venue begin with poor security and I have already lost two children (one via a gun) Parking is as organized as it can be. It definitely isn't as fun to be on the lawn if the weather isn't cooperating. The only complaint I have is the absolutely ridiculous prices for drinks. The markup is insane and greedy considering the captive audience. Bathrooms are watched over and tidied up during the events. Hope this helps people. :)

Took 2.5 hours to get out of parking lot after a cancelled show with only 20K people. Yet I can get home from Indy 500 with 400K people in 90 minutes. Smh.

Nice place, but disappointed I couldn't bring in own blanket. Not a fan of standing entire time on slanted hill, but all in all ok place.

I love this place. I have been here many times over the years & have never had a bad experience. Rain or shine, its a great place to watch a concert and enjoy your friends and family! !!

Been awhile since I had been here beside the prices being crazy high the food is good and I can get a decent drink. The sound and quality of the TVs are great for all day you can clearly see everything day or night. Bring a blanket to sit on or stand the whole time up to you but it's a lot of open dirt from constant use.
