It was a great experience seeing Brantley Gilbert and Tyler Farr. Although I felt like 7.50 for a bottle of water was a bit much. Gates opened exactly on time. Staff was very nice. However leaving, it was horrible. Trying to walk out of the amphitheater to get to the parking lot was shoulder to shoulder with people.

Nice venue. Very large. Saw Beck and Cage the Elephant here and it was awesome. Also there was an ice cream stand right outside the stage area and that was pretty cool. Never had that at a show before

They strictly say no big lawn chairs or back packs but yet so many people had big lawn chairs and several backpacks. Not to mention non-clear water bottles. One of my friends couldn't bring his tablet in (alright it is a rule) but then as time goes on we see people smoking huge cigars and other items clearly not regular cigarettes. They had people patrolling the area to make sure guests were not holding other guests on their shoulders you would think they would cut out the funky business too. (I'm fine with the cigarettes even though I am not a smoker myself) will more then likely not go back.

I have to say I loved this venue!! We did have vip which I highly recommend. Staff was awesome, food was eh, but we had no crowd and a waitress. Vip bathrooms were great, they were cleaned and maintained. I really think if I didn't have vip (first trip to public toilets ehh) I probably wouldn't have liked it so much. However I am a bit of a germaphobe so I panic when I see public restrooms.

Great place to just put a blanket down on the lawn for decently cheap concerts. Have always had a good experience here. Except like all concert venues, all drinks and food are ridiculously overpriced.

This venue has it all. Great location surrounded by hotels, camping/RV lot, and a ton of amenities inside the Ampitheatre. We were surprised by the different food choices, and very pleased that they had a full bar. Lots of good seats, and the lawn is close enough to keep from feeling detached. Tailgating in the parking lot is fun and a great way to save money on drinks! The sound is excellent, and bands seem to love playing there. We usually catch shows at Alpine valley (in Wisconsin) but now that we have seen this venue we are thinking of making it our new first choice for all of our favourite bands!

My wife and I go to several concerts a year. The beer and concession prices were outrageous compared to any of the other venues we've been to. We refused to spend one penny on the concessions. Glad we brought a cooler and tailgated before the show.

Great concert venue but the race track is so much better in that you can bring your own drinks instead of paying $15 for a can of beer and I don't remember what outrageous price for water.

I did not care for this venue at all! Parking lot is a nightmare and trying to get out after the concert is totally ridiculous! The angle of the seating under the pavilion doesn't allow for a good view of the stage because you can't see well around the person of front of you. A pint can of beer is outrageously priced at $12.00 a can!!!! Soooo many portalets with no where to wash your hands.... nasty!!!

Love this place! Always will be Deer Creek to me. Place is large enough to be a little less intimate but small enough to enjoy music with a group of friends. I have never had a bad experience here!

Great

The Klipsch Music Center will be my venue of last resort.

- VIP Parking signage is nearly non-existent and when attendants were asked, with one exception, the responses were at best indifferent and one was downright hostile. Forgive me, but for a moment, pretend the paying customer has never been to your venue before.

- Brought lawn chairs that we measured prior to attendance (less than 9 inches from the bottom of the seat to the ground) to be conforming but were informed by the gate attendant that we had to check them because they didn't meet regulations. Rather than argue, we checked the seats. At the cost of $1 each. Not a big deal but just part of the overall nickle and dime you to death experience.

- $11 draft beers. I understand the captive audience thing but come on.

- $6 bottles of water. There's just no excuse for this. And where are the water fountains?

The sound was good and the show (Mumford & Sons) was great but overall, I felt like a tolerated visitor who's wallet was to be emptied, not a guest.

As far as an outdoor concert facility, it's a great place to see a concert. It is kept very clean, especially for the number of shows it hosts. If you are just parking in the regular lots, try to park towards the exits. Otherwise long waits are ahead of you after a show. Drinking is no bargain, but you can get just about anything you want to drink. Overall, getting to the venue is like swimming upstream for most shows. Leave early for the concert and avoid the stress. Enjoy!

Its nice it was a blast but for the people taking kids or teenagers or even adults thats go there to enjoy the music it is a pain that you cant enjoy yourself bc all the over drunk people who can't handle their drinking .I had to move a few times B.C. of a group of drunk people keep pushing into us and trying to start stuff bc someones drunk girlfriend keep grabbing my husband as she also keep trying to take off her pants ..My one night without kids Was messed up bc people who cant handle their liquor...But wonderful place..

The venue is nice and setting is beautiful. Seemed the staff was friendly and helpdul. Parking is an absolute nightmare! Took us over and hour to get both in and out of the lot and I won't be back because of it. Just not worth it.

Disappointed that we kept moving to see the stage but people kept gathering and blocking our view. Thought the point of low sitting chairs were to NOT block anyone's view. At least we could hear it I guess

This has always been a great venue for concerts, so I do not give ruoff home mortgage center any credit for the venue. With that being said more than half of the Stalls in the women's restroom do not lock. It would have been nice to be able to use the restroom without feeling like I was in a women's prison and being stared down by every other person who was in there.

Easy and convenient parking, not a bad seat in the house, the sound is great even at the back of the lawn, beer vendors are everywhere I only gave it 4 stars because its not Deer Creek anymore

I ve attended shows here for 20 years and they continue to take great care of the venue. We are incredibly blessed to have such a wonder venue in our area that draws big name acts. The setup of the venue is perfect and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
