A great place to see concerts. Dierks and Pardi were awesome
$19 for ONE very small cocktail. $45 for a tee shirt, $8 nachos, $4 small bottlewater...... THAT'S how much these free concert tickets will cost me.
Good place to meet up with your friends and listen to your favorite bands. Road construction has been there forever though.
The sound for blink was terrible! Very dissapointed.
Still one of the best places to see a concert!! Just expect to go bankrupt if you want something to drink or a bite to eat, but that's nothing new
Awesome! Food and beverages were pricey, but usually are at functions. Well kept and organized.
This kind guard at the front gates has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Not only did she help us out of town visitors find a place to park, she talked to her manager and they allowed us to park near the gate. She was so helpful and kind to us going out of her way and we hope Ruoff Home Mortgage Center keeps her around for a long time. She made our experience above and beyond great.
The venue is gorgeous with natural lakes and ample parking and for a large crowd was able to get everyone out of there with Grace and speed. The acoustics in the venue was perfect, thank you to all the staff and stage hands making this show a great show for my children's first concert. I couldn't have asked for a better place.
Been here many times! Great environment for concerts!
We were there for the first time a couple weeks ago and had a great time, the parking situation could have been more efficient, esp. once the concert was over, but the staff were all friendly and the lawn area was huge.
Nice and clean venue. Music sounded great. Only reason for 3 stars was the prices on beer. $18 for a 16.5oz IPA? $68 for 3 Jim beam and Cokes!!??? That's just robbery!
Security officers are dramatic and the venue is difficult to navigate out of. The staff has some real attitude problems.
It's been a long time since I was here. Awesome place. The concert was outstanding. Walker jr, Brantley Gilbert and Kid Rock killed. 1 of(if not the best) concert I have ever been to.
Really enjoyed the Venue. Parking was nice especially the exiting of the venue.
Awesome venue, with awesome staff! Had a few special requirements (medical junk) and they went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you guys!
Macklemore and Kesha were amazing, too! Lol
Seen Korn an Alice in chains both bands were awesome and the venue was really nice as well
Great venue....we drive 3 hours from home to go there
Great venue. Only downfall is parking. Pay extra and get Legacy Parking. Quick in and out.
Nice facility, smooth in and out, ( if you take off during the encore)
Upset that all outdoor concerts for 2020 got cancelled
Had great time seen heart, Elle King and Joan Jett but the drinks are way to expensive 14 dollars for a beer! It's 24oz but wow! And you have to pay Xtra to sit any where won't be back!
What an excellent night for Shinedown and Godsmack. Drink prices are way too high.
Gates opened 30 minutes late. Wasted money on legacy club barely got in and concert started
Acoustics are great, facility is very nice, lawn crowds are generally quite drunk, and the facility really pushes alcohol sales, with vendors hawking beer constantly during shows. Add in the pot smokers, vapers, and other smokers, and a great show is at best mediocre if you are on the lawn. Don't go if you can't get a seat in the pavilion. Security is nonexistent otherwise
This is a fun venue to see your musicians & listen to your favorite music. Relax on the lawn. Easy to get in and out of the venue.
Awesome experience. I was impressed with staff !! Every Where. Also the variety of alcohol and food. It was totally outrageous the price of things but that's 2 be expected. Dierks Bentley Puts on An Awesome Show.
Nice venue..... no cover from weather however...... except restrooms
The venue is nice, but parking is atrocious. Also $12.00 for a beer is ridiculous.
Great concert.diamante posed for pics.rocked it.3days grace awesome!
Great place, great staff. Good parking. Would have been 5 stars but only one public water fountain
That was the best concert I've went to in a long time
Very nice; decent food, free parking, ample bathrooms...but expensive drinks, and poor sight lines from the lawn
I have been to many shows here.
I would prefer it without seats.
Concessions are hella expensive and so is beer.
They wont hardly let you bring in much of anything.
They take your caps from the watwr ypu buy so you ether have to drink it fast or you spill it or hold on to it.
Is all just for them to be able to make more money.
And btw the new name is really freaking stupid and no one is going to call it that.
Its big and lots of good seating. Screens bring the action to life.
Security at my show was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was in pit and some guys were physically fighting. Security did nothing. Then, one of the guys in the fight hit a girl in the face and again, security did nothing. My friend was trying to get their attention to tell them about the fight and they actually yelled at her and said they were going to kick her out if she didn't stop yelling for security. It was absolutely ridiculous. I'm a huge concert goer and usually liked going to Ruoff, but not anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I have been here several times over the last 12 years, every show is awesome. I love the pit area. Drink prices are ridiculously high though.
Having been to concerts here since it opened--some tips to the nay-sayers...first, if you want to use VIP parking, don't go the usual route to get there. approach from the north and you turn right in with zero wait. And get out with zero wait. They don't advertise that well, is true. 2nd, yes, the bathrooms suck--they should have double the amount they do. especially for the women. So I will concur on that for a sold out show. 3rd--if you come and get your butt so drunk you draw attention,(and you really have to be causing trouble for this to happen) then you deserve the "attention.
The sound quality for most shows is great. Not always--but often that is the band's responsibility, not the venue, to get that right. The food and beverages are overpriced, but they are at any concert venue. Arrive early, eat/drink before you get there, tailgate if you want, have a good time, and relax! Don't get in a hurry!
Great place to hang with friend's for the night, was so excited to see Dead and Company!
Why don't they just give water for free....hundre huof drunk people in the sun "not" buying 8$ bottles of water because that absolutely rediculous, sounds like a lot of dehydrated people and possible lawsuits. Since when did basic human necessities become a way to rob people?
First time there but really enjoyed the show. Everything seemed very well organized and staff was friendly.
Drink be for you get there unless you want to spend 15$ on drinks
Went to see Jeff Beck, Paul Rodgers and Ann Wilson. Fantastic show, great time!
The experience was awesome Kid Rock an Brantley Gilbert rocked out this show only bad thing I would say was that it took me 15 minutes to find someone to help a unconscious person.
We love Deer Creek/Klipsch/Ruoff lol whatever you'd like to call it. I love the lawn and pavilion. Sound is always amazing along with the light shows!
Have been to multiple concerts here. They have added outside bathrooms which helps with the women line. Beer us always just so expensive. Thankfully you can pregame in the parking lot.
It was fabulous had an awesome time would for sure go back
Well used to be one of my favorite venues..Dont know if ill be going back anytime soon. It will always be Deer Creek to me regardless.
Hate coming here. Whom ever designed that parking lot should forever burn in a very special level of hell.
The seating is awesome and I will definitely bring my kids back. Definitely a place for everyone to enjoy.
Like that u now are able to bring in certain items that haven't been aloud.....sounded great (acoustics)
Great place for concerts. Drink prices are very expensive.
Very long line to enter, missed the first band because of security clearance. We arrived 45 minutes prior to show start and still missed it. Annoying.
Excellent experience. Parking was a breeze. Show was awesome. Only drawback is the $12 beers...total ripoff for 24oz - that's a case of beer at the store.
Planning a trip to see a show at this venue. So far, the website is useless for anything but buying more tickets or spamming their facebook page with likes instead of telling me if I can bring a blanket in a clear backpack or not.
Great Venue. Legacy parking is there way to go! We were out of the parking lot in less than 5 minutes.
Great concert venue. Wonderful people that are there. The sound is outta this world. There really isnt a bad seat!!!
Great show and nickleback really got into there gig, really impressed
Had a mishap with my ticket and the staff was very helpful
