Had a blast!!! Always a good time! Lawn tickets are cheap and the atmosphere is always positive! Good vibes!

Had VIP box seats to Santana and the Doobie Brothers. There's no better way to see a conert!
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive on food and drink. 4 corn dogs and fries is $32. One mixed drink with 2 shots was $19. Ridiculous.
Great sound though.
Show was great!! But, we had to wait for 45 minutes to get through gates. We missed the first band.....that sucked!
Even with all the rain the lawn is looking good!! -Thomas Rhett Concert 6/21
Had a great time, parking was decent and vendor lines weren't too bad, just the price of drinks were a little steep. Great sounds and atmosphere!!!
Great venue. Make sure to plan your egress in advance else risk getting stuck in traffic.
They need trams or busses from the parking lot to venue
Way too expensive for beer and a pretzel $20. Guess they make more money that way. I loved Bob Defer but I WONT be going to any concerts here anymore. WAY TOO EX$PENSIVE!#!
Love going to see bands here staff make parking easy getting in and out
Since it s become owned by Ruoff, Prices for drinks were ridiculous and it s obvious they don t know how to run a concert venue. We left the concert early so we could get out of the parking lot and wait over 2hours to move once we were on the pavement. Not worth the money. Would probably spend it on a more expenrienced venue owner.
Great venue for a concert. Terrible exit plan in parking lot. We sat for an hour waiting to get out.
Love that place always have a great time at their shows awesome venue
They tried to funnel 25,000 people through 10 metal detectors
Handicap parking was full
No security to speak of
Walkways were impassable
People were barely able to stand yet the employees were selling them beer
One guy actually went head first passed out into the beer cart and once they got him barely on his feet again they sold him a beer
We made a 3 hour one way trip to see Ozzy
and had a horrible time
Worst venue I've ever seen
One of the best places to see live music outdoors. Can be a little expensive but the crowds are great and the people work there are usually pretty helpful. I go to several concerts every year.
Pretty nice place place overall. The lawn seems to be the best place for a crowd perspective but to yet the best music experience the pavilion is worth it. Doesn't seem to get loud out on the lawn for whatever reason.
Food and drinks are good and the staff serving them are great and tons of fun.
Security is awesome too and very good at getting to irresponsible people during the day time, at night it's a different story.
For parking I'd say it's better to arrive earlier, you'll get parked towards an exit that makes it faster than arriving later.
Watch out for pick pockets
Awesome place to go to when you're having a concert just to go to the food the drinks entertainment it's all wonderful
My favorite place to see a show. Everything is super clean. Plenty of clean restrooms and not much of a wait in the concession stands. Everyone is very helpful and friendly that works there. I definitely recommend seeing a concert at this venue.
Love the atmosphere! Great Concerts! Very mobile! Never a bad seat in the whole place! Good service!
Beer was kinda pricey, that's why I rated it 4 instead of 5
Great venue helpful staff great lawn seat legacy parking awsome food price but good definitely go back
First of all Klipsch may be the only place left in the world that would't let me just print out a ticket. I had to go pick it up at will call which had a 45 minute long wait causing me to miss the beginning of the concert. When we finally get to the front of the line they tell us they have no record of us having bought tickets. After switching back and forth and being sent to several different places, none of my friends were allowed into the concert. Of course, later on they ended up finding out that my friends had indeed bought tickets and were refunded. After driving all the way there, paying for parking, and not being allowed into the concert, I guess at least they got their money back. I however did not because my ticket worked but I wasn't going to go in alone, without all of my friends.
Love this place for concerts. It's kinda ridiculous that it's $23 for a mixed drink and $9 for a soda. Just remember to bring your wallet.
Full house for 311 and the Dirty Heads! Was the best deer creek experience!
Loved the experience. Loved the layout. Loved the price. Loved the location. Loved the parking.
The venue was nice and it pulls big name acts. My only complaint is the price of food and drinks. I suggest getting trashed before the concert in the parking lot if you're trying to party on a budget
I HATE how they run traffic after a concert. It about makes it not worth going up there
Watch out for upgrades. Got fantastic seats for a little more
The staff was outstandingly courteous! Makes you want to return. Fairly easy to get in and out. Go early!!
Great security, clean a great venue for all music. Easy access off I69
Went to the Santana and Doobie Brothers concert got in and out no problems the concert was so good oh so good still good job
They've got employees posted in the bathrooms to make the lines go really fast. Huge improvement.
Fantastic outdoor arena for major artists. At capacity can hold somewhere in the area of 24k people. Plenty of vendors for food, drink, and alcohol. Many merchandise tables as well. Everything a person could expect from a venue. Parking is easy enough, though you might have a decent hike back to your car after the show! There are special Uber and other ride-share parking options as well.
I just wanted to report about the slipknot, Manson concert. I missed Manson due to the Klipsch staff telling us to go back to our cars and watch facebook. Before the line started to move (the only smart people didn't get out of line and go to their cars) we heard music. It was Manson! We got in line by the time we got through security and got to the grass Manson was over. So I paid $75.00 to only see Slipknot!! They rocked as usual but I really only went to see Manson. I feel totally ripped off!!!! I know it was raining bad but really? Start the concert when tons of fans are still in line??? I know there is a bunch of fans that are pissed off!! Will we return?????? I don't know......will Klipsch change the way they do concerts when it's rain or shine???? I know they won't refund or make it right! Or will they???? One star but wanted to give -10 stars!!!!

Nice large venue. Easy in and out. Good traffic control. Plenty of concessions with a good beer selection.
It's always a good time bathrooms could definitely use some help
The Lindsey Stirling and Evanescence comcert was one of the greatest shows I've ever been to.
Outdoor wine booths, restaurants all within a closed in area! The venue was completely AWESOME!!!!
It is such a shame that Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center can't perform their job of letting people in to see the concert they paid to see. I was in line for over and hour and a half to get in to the concert. I paid to go see Journey and Def Leppard and ended up missing half of Journey's performance. I was early getting to the venue and should have had plenty of time to get checked in. I understand security and the need for metal detectors, but you should have more than what you have when you see how many tickets have been sold for the show. I really feel bad for a lot of people that were still behind me. Journey was half over and yet the line to get in was still out to the parking lot. If it's going to take this long to let people in then you should open the gates earlier. I'm giving one star to Ruoff, not the performance of Journey or Def Leppard. It was truly a shame.
The venue was amazing I saw Slayer and bought the VIP package...the waitstaff was awesome and attentive...no complaints on my end at all...will definitely go there again!
Amazing open air stadium. We saw Evanescence and Lindsey Sterling here and there wasn't a bad seat in the house.
I wasn't at the concert nut I'm an Uber driver and picking up riders is horrendous.
Could have got 4 to 5 out of me if the security was more organized upon entry! 1hr to make it through entry is ridiculous.
I asked a numerous staff where to find a beverage but nobody knew but I did find the Def Leppard Pale on my own P. S. lawn area was way over sold
Fabulous venue. Very clean. Could use more bathrooms in the parking lots
Took my 10 year old son to see Breaking Benjamin this year. We had a blast! I asked my boy if he'd go to another rock concert and he was like "OF COURSE" lol. Great time everytime I've been there.
I really enjoy this venue. Wonderful country setting with great views from anywhere on the lawn. A couple of negatives though that need addressed. Drink and food prices are outrageous. $13 for a large draft or can beer. So $25 for two beers is extreme. If they are going to keep charging people such ridiculous prices then at least take some of that money and gravel all the parking areas. Tons of people stuck in muddy grass at last nights concert. I'm sure I'll be back but will not be drinking or eating at venue unless its water I bring in.
Saw foo fighters, and it was the best show I've ever seen. The show was sold out, but it still didnt feel over crowded. Service at food and drink stations was great. Relatively clean bathrooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Parking lot does take a long time to get out of, but they do a good job getting everyone out as quick as possible.
Great outdoor venue for concerts. Great seats from most angles and distance and the acoustics are too! Restrooms are well-kept and clean portos if tailgating before the show are located all parking areas. Courteous traffic control and easy in and out.
I enjoyed Heart, Joan Nett, and Elle King. Venue is great. Only issue I have is if you have a special needs issue, such as diabetes, and all the rules makes it difficult to have a great time. No ice makes it a pain to have cold drinks on a hot night when I only need cold water. I don't get it
I was recently in jured and they helped me park, get into the ampitheatre, they even let me in the exit to use rr.
Great place for a concert, with new larger displays, lawn is better than ever and affordable for most shows. Only knock is traffic leaving but improvements in that have helped. Nice close covered pavalion section as well.
Great place for summer concerts! My only real complaint is the cost of drinks. $13.25 for a beer and $11 for a bottle of water!
I've seen some great concerts here over the years. It's an open air venue with pavilion seating, or lawn seating (cheaper tickets & not a bad view). I've also been to day long music festivals (X Fest) where there were multiple stages.
