Went to see Ozzy. First time being there. Coming from Illinois it wasn't too bad getting there. But trying to get out was a totally different story. They wouldn't let us go back the same way we came in. So we had to drive around until we could find our route. When you don't live there and dont know your way around, it was a mess. May come back to see Kiss. But if we do we will be asking someone there what is the best way to get out.

Nice set up. A little tough to get out of (as all venues are after a concert) but the closest fast food place is less than a mile away and it's pretty easy to get an Uber away from the venue. It is outside but most of it is covered. Super easy access to food and drinks!

For those that are not familiar or have not visited this venue for a few years, the name of this venue has been changed many times. I will always call it Deer Creek. Other names besides Deer Creek include Verizon, Klipsch and now Ruoff. I have always loved the cheaper lawn seating, they are what an outdoor concert is to me.

One of reds personal favorite venues ever. I've got so much personal history right here . From early concerts as a young toddler to boy scout jamborees all the way to working security as a very young adult all the way till now and all the great performances between. This place is truly what a real magical place is and I'm sure there are thousands maybe millions of others that agree. This place belongs always a part of Indiana history and I hope its here long after I'm gone filled with life and a new generation of artists, speakers, and performances . I was invited to the sandman and rob scheider show the other night by two Absolutely wonderful friends who recently became a couple it was more than a nice offer most couples like to be alone on dates . They are very young and they had their first Deer Creek experience (including the parking lot nightmare that follows, I ran for the exit in the middle of the final act like a natural). The old guys did alright and put on a great show for everyone thanks I like scheider sorry sandman. If you have the chance come here to be entertained every act scene here just doesn't compare to anywhere else in the entire planet truly a wonderfully unique place

I saw Iron Maiden here in August and it was a blast! Iron Maiden is pretty popular so obviously many "good seats" would be taken. We sat in one of the side sections of seats, and we could still see the show pretty well! Employees we're kind :) They made my first Maiden experience great!

Changed names a hundred times, will always be Deer Creek. Great venue (and ive toures with rock bands all summer long). Did you know thwy have a toilet seat that looks like a guitar? Kind of neat. Cost of beer is insane though, people will buy more if you lower the price.

Nice. Love it. Over priced food and drinks should be illegal. But great music. Security needs to stop it up. Lots of marijuana smell at concerts. Drunk people stumbling over people things quite annoying. But music quality is great. Great selection of bands. Easy to find location. Traffic is much easier leaving than previous years. They have fixed the traffic jams.

The venue is pretty big and has plenty of parking. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful It's fairly clean but the bathrooms have some stalls that don't lock. Other than the food and drinks being way overpriced (within normal range for a venue), my biggest problem is getting in and out of the venue. Traffic gets so bad and I usually end up having to drive completely different routes that end up adding more time to my drive home.

The kid rock concert was my first time ever there..I had always wanted to go but never made the time...now I'm addicted to this place there is plenty staff and the staff is very busy but always friendly even with all rhe nor so nice ppl...great place

Do NOT go without having your tickets printed off. There is NO cell service in the area. So the LiveMusic app will not load to bring up your tickets. Would give two stars but the customer service was soooo great, I have to give four. ESPECIALLY Amy Y! She really helped to give my hubby a great bday experience. A 24oz beer is $11.50 so keep that in mind too.

I'm here every single summer. Besides having the occasional slow line due to inconsiderate attendees I love it here. The people at the souvenir stand to the concession stand to the crowd beer sellers they are all so nice and appreciative. I always sit in the lawn so I can't vouch for the pavilion but I'm sure ita just as great.

Attended my first concert at Ruoff and I must say this is a really nice outdoor venue. Would highly recommend as there's not a bad seat in the house. Drinks and food were on the high side but they do allow drink and food to be brought in. We will definitely be back in the near future!!

You can feel your basic human rights and liberties being slowly stripped away the closer you get to the entrance of this prison camp. You need unlimited disposable income and no shame to have a somewhat accommodating experience here. Do yourself a favor: Stay home and watch live shows on YouTube.

The sound in the facility is Crystal clear. Even in the lawn you can hear the music clearly. The addition of the open air restroom facilities by the entrance was a stroke of genius. Also, they have buckets of French fries! What could be wrong with that? My only real complaint is that there is really nobody directing people to any of the exits at the end of the show.

Seen Manson & Zombie. Great concert! They have made it a rule of no mosh pits anymore. That was nice to be able to watch concert & not have to watch over your shoulder for a mosh pit to come your way.

Total zoo!! Had NO idea your chair couldn't be more than 8inches off the ground. I'm handicapped. I have a hard time getting up from a regular chair, there's no way I can do 8inches, so we had to leave with no refund. Very disappointed. They are totally different now than before. I have attended many concertts at this venue. Maybe it was an off day...

First time going under the new name and I'm not aloud to bring in a mask I wear to most shows for whatever reason but there's still just as much pot and stuff out as usual so what are these new rules for exactly

I love this venue. I didnt like having to wait in line even though I had a VIP pass that was stupid. The point of the pass is early entry, access, and so on. But I had a great time after I got in and I love the vip lounges and the food stands.

Attended Ozzy Osbourne Concert on Sept 23. This was our first visit here. We traveled from out of town for this show. We sat under the roof and our seats were excellent. I think any seat in the house would have been good. The seating gives it 3 stars. BUT...BEWARE...

We waited in line for over an hour just to wait in another line to get through security! The show started at 7:30pm We parked at 6pm and finally cleared security at 7:40pm. To reach the venue from general parking, thousands of folks have to merge onto only one, not very wide, pedestrian bridge that crosses a creek. Its just terrible. It should never take that long to get in!

Concessions are pricey compared to other venues in mid size cities. We paid $19.00 for a 12 oz can of wine, $16.00 for a Watermelon-Rita.

Post concert..it took us over an hour to get out of the parking lot. Because of the logistics problems at Ruoff we will not attend any more shows here.

Describe my experience. Hmmm NOT GOOD. I bought VIP tickets and after asking 4 different employees to help me find my seats, I was kicked out of them immediately prior to the concert. The VIP bathrooms are VIP for anyone that doesn't own a real toilet. All full of pee. I spent over $600 for these tickets . For real. There is nothing VIP about Klipsche.
