Surprisingly bad venue. Parking is overgrown grassy fields. The seats are not offset, so your view (even with good tickets) is bad. The exits and ways back to the lots are not well-marked. The staff are not well-trained and must be entirely seasonal because they don't know what they are doing. We did not find this worth the price of admission. We'll travel further for a better experience.
great experience, lines moved quickly and there was a golf cart to Give us a ride to and from the car. I have trouble walking long distances so this helped immensely.
Underrated venue for acoustics and ambiance. Weezer show was incredible. Chris Stapleton amazing. However the name is appropriate because you'll need to apply for a mortgage to afford drinks. Ridiculous.
When I was there back in August for the Five Finger Death Punch show the venue was amazing. I always love outdoor concerts and this venue has everything you could possibly need once you enter the gates. Great food options at decent prices, places to buy muchandise that are clean, well kept, and visitor friendly. Pavillion seating so you have a roof over your head is a great choice, but before the concert started the lawn was amamzing as well.
Took the water park beer cost too much but great music
Anyone else feel like they are about to get hung out to dry on your ticket refund? They have had my $500 for almost 4 months, and all I get is the run around.
Great venue but it can take a really long time to get out of the parking lot.

The concert was awesome. The parking SUCKED. Waited over an hour after the concert before anyone in our parking area could leave. It was like no one knew how to direct traffic. I will definitely look for other places to see a concert before I come back here.
Great place to hear live music. The day I went it rained so that part sucks. One band didn't even play. Slayer and Amon Amarth were awesome.

Korn and Alice in Chains. Make sure to grab a cheeseburger and bag of fries. Bag so big you won't eat them all. Bravo
I enjoy Ruoff, just be prepared to pay premium for drinks. And it can take up to an hour to get out of the parking lot after a concert. Good news is you can tailgate before and after the concert!

Bathrooms are great, I'll give you that, but why do you have people walking around screaming at me to buy beer? We were interrupted during EVERY SONG last night, sometimes multiple times. How are we supposed to enjoy the show? I may not come back.
Went to see Tom Petty the sound was awesome, drove from Cleveland would do it again.
Had the best time ever!!!.. impractical Jokers live!!!.. favorite show.. watch it everyday. Wonderful atmosphere..big shot out to Noblesville Indiana.. really appreciate the hospitality guys.. Milwaukee loves you

Went to the Charlie Puth concert. They sold me bottled water and canned Hard Mike's but seating area made me pour into a plastic cup. Went for another Mike's and asked for it to be poured in plastic cup and was told no. Concert was fantastic, great seats, great sound system, great camera to enlarge headshots etc. Dropped off by Uber but ended up in wrong lot. Need better signage. Uber driver also parked near exit and wouldn't come to locate me.
Good place to see a concert. The sound system or who ever is running sound could improve.
Other than Indianapolis Motor Speedway this is the greatest place to be in the summer in Indy
Drink prices are way to high. Especially those of us who are DD. You should pass out free water or soda to those people.
Pretty standard amphitheatre. The view was decent even from the lawn. They sold jello shots at the concert I went to which I find hilarious

I have been coming to Ruoff Home Mortgage music center since it was "Deer Creek" the last few years I came you could not bring any food or drinks in with you. This year I could bring drinks and food in as long as it was under a gallon and not opened and for food I could bring any ANY food I wanted as long as it was in a gallon zip lock bag. I took in a burrito and chips for dinner with a gallon of apple juice you all know what that was... I hope you have a good experience and if you get up to the gate and you are told you cant have this inside just say ok thank you and try a diffrent line some of the guards get a big head so just try another and everything will work out.
I'm all positive about Journey & Def Leppard bands were excellent but just in my opinion the people in that county where this concert was being held is some of the rudest people I have met at any concert in the State
I go to a lot of concert here love the Jack Daniel's Pavilion get tickets there and you can drink free
Daughter and I went to see Chris Brown it was fabulous. Decided to purchase the legacy parking will DEFINITELY do this everytime I go to Ruoff!! Took us exactly 5 minutes to get in the car and onto the main road heading home. Would have taken 3 minutes...maybe but people kept walking out in front of my car. Only readon for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pot smoke and vape fumes were really thick - I have asthma made it hard to breathe sometimes due to all the peeps that were there.

I love going here. Concerts are always good. Security helps majorly with the mosh pits, and the food is pretty awesome too. Also the new bathrooms are so much better

It is an amazing venue for concerts outdoors. The sounds travels beautifully and you can see the stage well from lawn seats.

Was at Klipsch for the Florida Georgia Line Dig Your Roots Tour, fantastic time. Could see the stage from pretty much anywhere we ended up standing. Ran into a minor medical issue, had to leave the park (no reentry allowed). Spoke to one of the supervisor's and explained the issue. They allowed me to go back to my car and return with no issue. Very grateful for that. Had a great time at this venue. Look forward to returning for another concert.
AKA: Deer Creek. Great place to see a show, as long as it is not raining of course. Have sat in both the pavilion and the lawn. They have video screens for the lawn patrons. You generally get to do more sitting on the lawn as everyone in seats elects to stand for the shows.
It's a great outdoor venue, has been since it was Deer Creek. The only real downside was that they ran out of soda before the final act came on to make a jack and coke. So I ended up paying over $16 for a subpar drink.
Overall the place was amazing. The only complaint I have is the price of nearly everything inside lol. $13 for a beer is just a little ridiculous. Well that and having to pull your ticket out every time you walked somewhere lol.

Best music venue in the Mid-west. I visit from Cincinnati multiple times year, and it never disappoints. Great staff, well maintained venue, clean, and organized, with great sound quality. Highly recommended!
My only problem with this place is the old bittys they have working at the gates and at the coat check. Racist, mean faced, old white b*****. Otherwise, we had a great time. Don't judge till you get in the gate. It was amazing after that.

Typical large outdoor music venue. Expensive food and drinks. They've improved the bathrooms with a staff member directing traffic to make it more efficient.
The atmosphere is like one great big block party. I loved it here and can't wait til my next concert there!
Deer Creek is still alive, I really do love this place. Wish it wasn't so damn expensive though, and now it's developed around so much with the industrial complex it's very congested. Even with all that, still worth the$300 night for 2 people great times good sound system
Amateur staff
None of the staff were able to tell us where to go for Uber pickup. Then staff working the gates didn't know that they were the exit. Sent us in circles to leave. Frustrating. Staff should be educated on simple, yet important things like that.

The bathroom situation at a sold out event of 40,000 people was ridiculous. The lines for the port-a-johns and existing venue restrooms was absurd! The venue knows in advance when an event is sold out and should plan accordingly so people don't spend more than half their time waiting in line.
Everything is great besides the price gouging on concessions.
Great place to go to hear a concert specially if it s not real hot out! Prices are outrageous for drinks!!!
