Love the open concert hall concept, makes for a great experience

Had an excellent time. Fireworks were way better than downtown Indy!!!

Was an awesome concert tonight with One Republic. Is a great venue, was a great experience. It was our son and daughter's first ever concert, they had an awesome time.

Always a great time when you go to a concert at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center. Great place they have wonderful employees.

A good place for concerts. But they don't update their website when we aren't allowed to take chairs or blankets in with us.

Deer Creek music center is our absolute favorite place for concerts.

I really enjoyed the facility. Staff was very friendly. Only negatives are that the drinks and food were ridiculously priced and that people who purchase lawn seats choose to stand throughout the show so people can't see. If you're going to stand then go to the back.

Great venue, but extremely expensive prices once inside.

Always a good time! They truly know how to filter the crowd so everyone can find what they are looking for. Plenty of beer tents and plenty of restroom facilities

They finally updated the bathrooms, but if they could add a/c to them that would be a plus. Need to monitor tickets better. Had people crammed in section that you know didn't pay for that seat. Also would like to see ecigs banned as I had people next to me vaping all night and blowing it in my direction, just as annoying as cigarettes. Also when will they add a second front exit/entrance way. That small bridge is ridiculous, can't believe someone hasn't been hurt yet.

Beer is to much but Great place to for live music

Great place for a show. I've been to MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, and concert venues all over the country, and I've never experienced the ridiculous prices for beer that this place has. $15 for a 24 ounce domestic beer. Highest prices I've ever seen, by a country mile. Probably wont go back because of it.

I started going to this place back when it was still Deer Creek and the lawn is a pretty chill place to be if that's the vibe you're looking for, but pit is the way to go for your favorites! Great pit area \m/

Service for this old lady was great, but I think the vendors gouge us on prices.

Went to see the vans warped tour. A bit hectic with figuring out the stages because there was only one sign in the middle of it all but a good experience.

This was a great venue. We got there kind of early and ended up waiting for the parking lot to open up. So that means we were some of the first into the parking lot. We waited about 10-15 minutes to get out. Traffic leaving was moderate.

The venue itself was great, there didn't seem to be one bad seat in the house. There are plenty of vendors. Expect to pay venue pricing.

Great concert location. Despite being outdoors the sound was clear as day even from The back of the lawn.

They run this place spectacularly now, where in the past it was a struggle. They even had people on bathroom duty helping find the closest bathroom, and even moving traffic along inside the bathrooms, Bravo.

The staff is extremely rude and the parking and venue was extremely hard to navigate.

This place is huge but staff sure runs is smoothly. Nice place. Easy in and out. They know what they are doing and do it well.

Had to walk a mile through tall grass and large gravel to get to the venue. Seats were fine once we finally found them and Bob Seger was awesome. Lines to get refreshments we're long and only port o potties were available.

1st experience & was very good. Parking distance was not far.

Upgraded to the canopy seats. Definitely worth it, bar with no lines, private port o potties that are clean or cleaned when asked. Plus super comfy outdoor couches to relax on.

One of the best music venues outdoors. I have been there so many times. They have plenty of vendors, the bathrooms are quite clean...for a venue that's important to a gal.

Management of this venue was the worst ever and I've been to hundreds. Late getting gates open the express gates which I paid for early entry was...r
They let everyone in after the last person in exprress' heal cleared the gate. Hmmmmm

Really great place to see concerts, I like the the outside concerts way better because of being able to hear the next day, LoL

We recently went to two concerts back to back. Spent a lot of money in doing so. I am partially disabled and had tickets for the seated area. I got up to go get a water so I could take my meds and was confronted by this very disrespectful employee. So threatened to call security on me if I didn't go get my water somewhere else. I told her I could not walk that far and she said to me, and I quote, " not my problem you dumb ass faker". I was appalled. As it stands right now I will never ever again go to a concert in this venue. I will from now on go to Tinley Park for all of my concert needs. If this is how your employees great people you could eventually go out of business. I also contacted the venue about this the weekend it happened and just as I expected they didn't have the decency to respond back!

It has great show but it stinks getting in and out of the traffic wise and when in the lawn the large pillars block a lot of the views.

Clean, open, covered seating. Great venue for top name entertainment.

In the summer it's unbearably hot and all of the overpriced food, drinks and merchandise are located on blacktop. The sound is def not what it used to be here.

Best venue in the country for a night of fun and music!

Went to see Pentatonix, here, and had a great experience. The venue is great, with the amphitheatre being sloped all the way to the back of the lawn seating, meaning everyone gets a decent view. Staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient, and the place was decently clean, too. Sound, seating, and lighting were all great and even parking was free. I was back on the road less than five minutes after the show ended, with dedicated police officers directing traffic at every intersection to facilitate people leaving the venue, too. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to see another show here again.

Just be advised, it IS an open-air venue so rain can put a damper on your exerience here.

Robert Plant was amazing! Could of watched him all night!

Venue is nice. For the volume of attendees, the amount of restrooms on site is pathetic though

Remembered this place back when it was deer creek and everything since. A lot has changed and all of it for the better. Best outdoor venue in the state.

Parking is always terrible. Your always directed the opposite direction. Refreshments are overpriced. Popcorn is stale. Security is lazy.

It's a music center what more can I say except concessions are way too expensive

Had great seats but were unable to sit in them as people were allowed to stand the entire time I understand needing to stand but our tickets we expensive and if they wanted to stand they should have been asked to move!

I've always loved seeing shows here, but the beer selection is just okay and overpriced.

My first concert here was 1994 to see Metallica. Most recent was last night to see Chris Young. It's a good venue but pretty much like all other amphitheaters. Not much sets it apart. The staff is good and helpful and there isn't really a bad seat in the house.

They do have good food and drink selections.

A very nice venue, although I'm not sure if it was due to the amount of ppl but for the Jason Aldean concert the parking staff had little knowledge of where to go. We were redirected back to the beginning and ushered into regular parking even though we were VIP. Also the cost of a single 16oz can if Coors light ...$13.25

I have been here for multiple concerts and have enjoyed every single one.

Awesome place for concerts! I never have a bad time....and the bathroom attendants in the women's restroom equals awesome! It makes it go so much faster!

Very nice outdoor venue. Everyone working that I dealt with was pleasant. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the prices of concessions. That's with any venue these days. Parking was easy. Nice place. I'd definitely go back.

Epic!! The Who moving on tour was all that and 2 bags a chips. Only complaint, this place don't accept all credit cards.

KnotFest2019! The venue is great but as to be expected very steep on concessions.

Went to two rock shows this summer. Both lawn tickets. One show was a decent crowd, the other packed full.

Entry and seating: went in after opening band and still found a good lawn spot. Went in shortly after gate open for packed show and found a good lawn spot.

Bathrooms: surprisingly clean and lines moved fast

Food: why are you buying food at a concert venue? Eat before! Also, for most shows, if not all, you can bring a gallon zip lock bag of food! A couple by us brought subway subs in zip lock bags. Genius.

Drinks: yes, over priced but if they were cheaper, the lines would be even longer. Took forever to get a mixed drink and it was $19 for a double, not including tip. Quickest option was to get tall cans for $10-$13 at carts in between pavilion and lawn, and you can still enjoy show without walking over to drink stands. Definitely save money by tailgating before.

Exiting parking lot: yes, it sucks. I still give 5 stars to offset the 1 star people that expect to get out in 5 mins. Just chill for a bit, people watch, sober up. You'll get out eventually.

Jim Breuer and the Impractical Jokers were great. Beer is expensive though.

I'll always call it Deer Creek. Love coming to shows and camping at the nearby campgrounds. Wish they still had onsite camping.

If you're not a big drinker then it's not that great. Limited food choices, although the brisket tacos from the food truck we're awesome! Limited security inside the actual venue. You can rent chairs for a fee for out on the lawn.

Had a great time at the Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Chevelle concert

We had second row seats and it was very loud but a great view for the money spent.
