Ordered a backup refrigerator for our garage. The installation crew that delivered it could not communicate with us at all, they were rude, and uncooperative. Had to call the local store after they left to schedule a second crew to come out and do what the first one was supposed to do today (meaning that the new appliance won't be working for quite some time). As an Elite Member I was hoping for a bit better customer experience. Very disappointing - I'll be buying all my appliances from Lowe's or Home Depot in the future.
