Hate to say it, but we went to Best Buy as a "last choice" for an ipad accessory purchase. We were absolutely blown away by the savvy and efficient assistance provided by Mr Naveen. Incidentally, he was initially graciously juggling 2 other customers, as well. He updated our own mental database and provided us with a digital product that exceeded our expectations.
