As an Infiniti customer for a little over 15 years...

As an Infiniti customer for a little over 15 years, my last experience couldn't have been any better... I got the car that I wanted, in the color I was ok with and am still falling in love with the car I now own. Daniel Morisato made the experience better for me after I went through a whirlwind of frustration with another sales agent. When Daniel took over, it was smoothe sailing since. He was thorough, answered all of my questions (that the other sales agent couldn't), he clearly broke everything down for me up until I drove my new car off their lot.

Keith and team was amazing! This will be the first virtual transaction ever completed due to COVID19 pandemic! Fast, easy, friendly, and perfect transaction from start to finish. Traded in my old car, good price, great deal and no hassle experience all around! Finance manager was courteous and ran all the paper work and financing behind the scene! I love my car!

I had a wonderful experience with Alana in sales while looking for a used SUV. She was super helpful and the time spent there I never felt pushed. So if you are looking I recommend asking for her. *I didn't end up purchasing from Infinti ONLY due to they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I wish they did so she could have gotten credit.

I have gotten a second lease at infiniti because of the excellent service I received during the last three years (always a loaner available and courteous service technicians).
My purchase experience with Daniel Morisato was very efficient~he had the 2018 model with the options we had discussed ready and waiting for me when I visited the showroom and the signing process flowed smoothing making this car purchase the shortest I have ever had.
Thank you too for the best car deal (in terms of price) ~~very nice Christmas present!!

Had a great experience working with Keith and his manager. I purchased the vehicle online. Keith sent over requested pictures also advised of any issues. They were kind enough to hold the truck for a month so that my son could pick it up when he arrived to the island. Thanks again for the great service.

Worked with both Jason Tokunaga and Racheal Sagadraca on this last service appointment; he secured me a date and a loaner, but was off on the day of my visit, but she carried on the tradition of great service, with a smile.
Had multiple requests: checking on tire pressure, an erratic dashboard recurring message on the tire maintenance, and a quirky AC issue -- lack of cooling on driver side, normal chill on passenger side. All issues were resolved, along with the installation of new windshield wipers. Am a happy camper now...nobody does service better than Infiniti. And thanks, Alvin Niki, for your ongoing help and support.
