Great service! The only rub was that the wait was far longer than anticipated. Almost 3 hours due to unforeseen back ups. But Dino checked in with me and let me know. No transport services due to covid which is understandable.

My Mitsubishi was recalled. The dealer was pleasant as I scheduled an appointment and when the work required additional time to get the necessary parts, they paid for a rental car so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Great service.

1. They were not as prepared. When I called to make an appointment, they should have asked what car I was interested in so they could already have it ready to show at my appointment time. Instead we waited around for almost an hour so they could pick up the vehicle, which was stored off site.
2. Poor communication among team members, which caused confusion and frustration on me as a customer.
3. Car was not delivered in great quality. When hood was lifted, the engine was filthy and they had to take it back to clean again.
4. I was happy that there was a follow up call but disappointed about the poor communication among Mitsubishi team members.
