They were disrespectful, hateful and belligerent! The uncultured arrogant parts guy, who broke my part for my vehicle, forced me to replace it, with extra fees, after they should have absorbed the cost. Then, after they broke it, the corpulent ignorant service mgr tried to defend the arrogant and pompous staff members behavior who tried to blame me for breaking it. The general manager, who had no concern for costumer service and was generally incompetence, asked me to leave after they extorted money from me, after I tried to politely explain the situation multiple times. I am never doing business here. At the end of the day, I hope they merrily choke on the money they received.

I do not recommend King GMC for service. The transmission on my 2013 GMC Yukon was slipping and I took it there for service. 27k miles later and it's slipping again. It now has 110k miles and they said it's not under warranty anymore. I expect a better repair from a dealer.

The sales rep that I worked with was excellent. I cannot stress that enough. My issue is in a different area. I purchased a used vehicle which had low mileage. By the second day, the hatchback lock sensor went up. We could not utilize the hatchback storage until I purchased and replaced it with a new sensor. Fast forward two weeks, the battery is dead. I replaced the battery out of pocket which appeared to be the original. Since I was under the hood I checked the oil well overdue for a change. I plan to replace spark plugs, flush the coolant and brake lines , check the hoses, bushings et cetera this weekend before something else pops up.

I worked for a body shop that was apart of a dealership for a handful of years. These are things that should have been addressed prior to being listed for sale. Maybe this one slipped through the cracks. I would have brought this to their attention, however, they are over an hours drive (without traffic) away from me. Lesson learned. Friendly and accommodating staff. Be wary of the maintenance checks if you re buying used.

They use a dishonest advertising prize scam to get you into the dealership. If they are willing to lie to you just to get you to come in, I can't imagine what kind of dishonest tactics they would use to sell you a car. I would not trust them and would never consider buying a car from them.

Positive vibes and efficient services, I was pretty nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews but I instantly had great connections with the sales personal, Ms. Jean (desk attended) is a gift from God, and a few service mechanics even informed me on what to except from my car in the for seen future! Cheesy to say but I defiantly felt like part of the royal family at KING. Thanks again guys, hope to stop by soon.

Been using King GMC for almost 20-years, they have made much-welcomed improvements in vehicle drop-off and waiting room over the years. Service seems to always take 2X-longer than I anticipated, but they do good work. Attentive associates.

Horrible experience in service department. I brought a car in for tire sensor issue. I saw Alex and right from the start he had a bad attitude with me. Like I'm an unwanted guest in his house. I needed my sensor to be replaced under the warranty that I had purchased for the car, and he he could have easily got the repair approved. Instead he didn't give the warranty company enough information and basically told him "oh he's here to replace his sensor", when I had told him that I hit a pothole and the tire and sensor are damaged now. and now because of that the warranty company declined the claim and I can't re open it once it's declined. And if that's not bad, after he got off the phone, he asked his porter imidiately to bring my car around, like he's kicking me out. He didn't even ask if I still would want to repair my car?!?! Never going back here and defiantly would not recommend anyone to go here as they will treat you like you're a parasite!

Best dealership in town! I ve dealt with a lot of crummy one s in this area. Once I found King Buick/gmc I never looked back. I have used a lot of their sales people but Gary Barber has been our go to guy for over a decade now. My whole family uses this place from buying/selling and maintaining our vehicles. We just moved and found out our whole block goes to the same dealership... and guess what? Gary s their guy. I would recommend this business emphatically.

When they are selling their products /policies they will promise everything but when you need any service / repair they will say it's not covered under policy and they will charge customers. They will recommend to change everything even its in good working condition which bring money to them. When you lrave this dealership they will ask you for a good review. I'm quitting this dealership and will not come again here.

When I shoped I was happy for the good deal. However I was given two interest rates which is for 60 months 4.9% and 72 months 3.8%. After deal complete i took the car home. And few days later I received a letter from the Bank telling 4.9% for 72months. By seeing that I lost the trust on your dealer ship. I know its business however need to to fair, now i need to waste my time to run behind all these.

All around great. No pressure from anyone and allowed me the time to think through everything and ask questions. Meredith was very welcoming but not aggressive at all. Very willing to work with me and make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Took care of me since I was a previous King customer. Bob(Bobby) was also very approachable and took the time with me to talk everything through and answer all of my questions. Felt like the sale was secondary over ensuring I was happy with the choice and it was the right fit for my family and needs. Although they could do better with a car on their lot they didn't push me too hard on getting exactly what I wanted in terms of color and trim. Dan (finance) was great, and again, made the process less stressful and explained things thoroughly to me. Even after explaining some of my initial trepidation, he was able to talk me through it so I felt comfortable with it and then the numbers (cost) came second. As a single mom, it was important for me to feel like I was protected should anything happen with the car and Dan took the time to make sure I felt that the Buick name would stand behind it's product and assist me if/when I would need it. For anyone who does not really enjoy the car-buying process based on past experiences and pushy salesmen who try to upsell you or force you to make a rash decision, the King Buick dealership was none of that. I feel like I made some new friends (I actually just got a call this morning to make sure my first drive in to work went ok...the sale is over and they are still checking on me! Love it!).

The entire service staff has been attentive and polite checking me in as soon as I arrive and processing the paperwork on completion of the repair. Thanks for always taking care of your customers. That s why my husband, my son & I have been repeat customers for over 30 years!

The management and the staff there are very knowledgeable about their products and they want to make sure that you get the best deal possible. This is the first time I've ever bought a car and have been in and out of the dealership in under an hour and a half. I purchased a used car from King that is still under manufacturer warranty. The first day I drove the car home the radio would not work. The second day of having the car I realized the car is infested with ants. I took the car in for the radio repair and the service advisor that I initially dealt with was very rude and acted like he was doing me a favor by scheduling my appointment. The day I brought my car in for the repair the service advisor told me I needed to deal with another advisor. They ended up keeping my car for two days because they passed my service ticket around between the different service teams. This was very unprofessional, I was initially told this would be a 2 hour repair. After the radio was reprogrammed it work for one day. I called the general manger of the dealership Kevin Yi and recommended they replace the radio under manufacturer warranty, he suggested that I go to a Cadillac dealership and he also told me that he didn t know what to do about the ant infestation in my car that I bought from them a few days ago. On day 6 of owning the car the remote start won t work. I have decided to take the car to another dealership for the warranty repairs, King has made it very clear they do not want to deal with any problems with my car. They sold me a $31,000 ant infested car with a radio and remote start that don t work. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service in my life. I would never recommend this dealership and I will not return there for service or repairs. I would give them negative 5 stars if it was possible.

I give this dealership 10 stars if it were possible. From the sales professional Gary to the shuttle driver and especially to Dave in service. He has been honest...up front..and kind....I have NEVER in the 25 years that I have been a customer felt less than special. I drive a beautiful Pontiac grand am gt. This is my third one. His experience and expertise has allowed me to keep my car on the road and running great. Congratulations to the entire King family and special kudos to Dave!!!

I called the dealership searching for a vehicle and was transferred to John McMullan. John went above and beyond before i even entered the dealership. He made me feel at ease. The next day, as he promised, he showed me the vehicle and answered every question i had. He he had knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing given the fact it was a different manufacturer than the dealer itself . Dealing with John, Dan (his brother) and Ali (Used car manager) made our buying process Stress free and easy. All i can say it was a superb experience from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again and King Buick is lucky to have a team like that!

I tried hard to give three stars, but decided to rate four because over the past 9 years (including 3 new vehicle purchases and frequent service visits) everything has been absolutely great.

The last two service visits is where things fell apart due to what I believe to be an inaccurate diagnosis of a problem. During a regular maintenance visit I was told that I needed to replace my power steering hose because it was leaking; as I always do - I said OK (based on trust.) Two months later I was told that I needed to replace the power steering pump. Now, I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I find it difficult to believe that both parts went bad within months of each other. The original leak was likely the pump to begin with. When I tried to express my disappointment, the service Rep simply dismissed it.

I thought that I had a trusted source for service and repairs, but now I need to think long and hard about finding a new service center. This may also spill over into the sales relationship as well (which hurts because Gary is awesome.)

Once the trust has been damaged, it's hard to recover.

UPDATE: Within 10 mins of speaking with Gary (and David) a resolution is in progress. Good people!

Last week I purchased my first vehicle a SUV from King's and it was a good experience. My salesperson Arlene was awesome, very nice ,and knowledgeable on all the SUVs I looked at. She answered all questions and very tentative. The GM was pleasant and understanding as well especially, during these unprecedented times.He was able to give me a decent value on my trade in and gave me an obtainable price on my SUV. Dan the finance guy very cool and kept it real. I got a pretty good deal with all the warranties that were presented. Lastly, thanks to Rhavel (sales) who also helped out with the process too!

King Buick GMC LLC was amazing from start to finish. Yovanka, the sales associate was very helpful, kind and patient. I had to bring my kids with me and everyone there talked to them and were kind. When my daughter complained she was starving as 4 year olds seem to be several associates brought her snacks and water. When my son misplaced his mask they found it. Meredith in financing was also very helpful and patient with my situation and my family. They were so wonderful that my daughter cried when we left because she wanted to bring her new friends home with us. Thank you so much for everything. We'll definitely be back.

Warranty work was completed with no issues. Also had transmissions and coolant systems flushed. After returning home, noticed that my coolant was leaking. Dropped it off so it was there when the service department opened and stopped by to speak to my service manager. Waited over 2 hours for the issue to be resolved.

Went here to try and get a new key made for my car and the associate in the parts department was very rude, and got short with me and my sister. Would not recommend coming here for help with parts

I called frantic and upset because my Buick Encore, which was less than seven months in my possession wouldn't start. Dave the service manager, very calmly neutralize my emotional spike. He then instructed me on how to locate the number for Road Side Assistance in my driver manual. He told me to have the car toll in and they would be more than happy to take a look at the problem and would resolve the issue. The Road-Side-Assistance person arrived in 60 minutes or so, he was very polite and friendly. My experience from the moment Dave picked up that phone went exceptionally well and pleasant. While waiting for my car, my friend and I was personally greeted by the manager of Customer Services [his name elude me at the moment, I apologize for that], however, he was very cordial, with a smooth mellow tone voice. He introduce himself with a firm handshake asking how were we treated, and did we find everything to be satisfactory. I was quite impress that King Buick Dealership had the sound practical judgment to seek and hired an individual with specialized knowledge, training, and the intelligence to greet and work well with people. I have owned a lot of expensive European cars and have never has the customer service manager to inquire of my happiness. My overall experience with all whom I came into contact with that worked at King was priceless and they repair my SUV like new. That s saying a mouthful.

Trying to order parts here is horrible, three different people told me three different things about what i would need, when the parts did arrive they were under the wrong name and they couldnt find them until I noticed it behind the desk and told them it was mine. When i had trouble with it and called in and explained what i had been told they told me i was wrong and they wouldnt have told me that

Salesman knew nothing and had to keep leaving us to ask questions or do other things.
We had to complete our own credit application on the computer. And to top it off, we were promised that the vehicle we were interested in would be kept to sell to us but in fact they sold to someone else in 3 days. They DO NOT CARE!!! Stay away from this dealership.
