Really great experience with King GMC. Traded in an older Denali for the 2019 Denali. (Amazing vehicle). Kevin Yi the manager and Zach were absolutely professional and no hassling. They were both very to the point and honest.

Let me know what was wrong and when it work would be completed. Work on car was done early and things seem to be great.

Zach Fenhaus, my sales contact, was very thorough and responsive throughout the process. He was very effective helping the process to flow smoothly. This was very beneficial since I was a distant out-of-state buyer. Zach coordinated everything prior to my arrival. King Buick GMC was very well organized. There were no surprises throughout the process. The sales negotiation process was professional and amicable. The car was presented was very clean and flawless. It was an overall very good sales experience.

i was treated very disrespectfully at king dealership. i brought a $65000 truck and the sales man couldn't even show me how to start it.i got no assist with my car. one of the salmon even called my a liar in front of my wife. they took my money and didn't give me no customer service. i would like to be contact to resolve my issues with king dealership

my experience with this dealer was nothing but 100% positive.
i located my vehicle via an internet search.
the listing was 100% accurate.
I made the deal over the phone 1700 miles away.
I flew into washington national airport, jumped on the metro subway to the end of the red line at shady grove station.
They picked me up and completed the deal.
This dealer is outstanding.
I noticed other thread posts are negative which prompted me to write this. Based on my experience . . . the negatives must be politics.

I had shopped around and had issues with every dealer I went to. I was refered to Garry Barber as he is a well known and highly successful sales person for over 30 years. I was fairly pleased with my visit! While waiting for my vehicle I was called via my cell phone and told that I needed brake pads and a brake fluid flush and something else which I can not remember at the moment. Unfortunately, I had to decline at the time because of the price tag. I was never really told what the condition of the pads, which were the front pads which is what I was told. I wish my team leader would have a least provided me with this information.

I've bought a few cars from them and enjoyed the experience. I trust them and get good service each time. Phil Wood, in particular, has worked really hard to get me two good deals there. I would recommend them to friends and family.

This is not the first truck I have purchased through King GMC. Each time, Gary Barber has been great. If I should ever have the urge to buy another truck, I know who to go to. Bob (Salesperson) and Bobby (Sales manager) did an amazing job working through a deal and then getting us out the door quickly.

Phil, the salesman, hung in there with me the whole time. Initially, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was a little miscommunication that resulted in me leaving without the vehicle. However we were able to clear things up, and I purchased the vehicle. Thanks to Phil and the team at King Buick GMC Mitsubishi, I am a happy customer.

He took the time to explain to me every step that was being taken and the process of every step and what needed to be done and what was needed from me and all around his compassion for me and my situation was much appreciated. 3 out of 5 items that i brought the truck in for were repaired. The 2 that did not get done are turn signal and marker light problems. All items were safety issues and 1 of the problems is worse now after $3400.00. this is a service truck and when its in the shop i cant do my job properly. the truck was at the shop for 6 working days that should have been enough time to get it right.

Always receives great service. I live an hr away now, and will still continue to visit this service center. Easy to schedule an appt, drop off with no problem, and I hang around the sitting area to wait, since they have wifi (I netflix and chill)...until my truck is good to go. I want to add the employees are GREAT!!!

I don't usually write reviews, however I have to say that King Buick GMC is absolutely amazing! I had a great experience with the whole staff there and I really felt the "family" atmosphere. Kevin and Steve, both awesome sales managers, helped me understand my vehcile purchase from top to bottom and they truly took time and care making my experience enjoyable.

I would recommend ANYONE in the market for a vehicle to visit King Buick GMC in Gaithersburg!
