These guys are pathetic and incompetent it's sad they even get 1 star. They worked on my transmission and when I got the vehicle back the transmission had no fluid reading on the check stick, they also damaged my tailgate and told me they aren't responsible for damages while on their property. They told me that I drained the fluid from my own transmission and that I dented the tailgate. They then took responsibility for the dent and said they would call me on Thursday when the dent man is there and they could get to it which they failed to do and when I called them they claimed I was a liar and that I was supposed to drop the car off all day. They also tried to wash my vehicles which was a nice gesture but they failed at that, some parts were clean the rest was a bunch of streak marks, it would have been better if the left it dirty. The overweight and incompetent service manager says he knows the Mayor and that if I tried to take them to court the case would be thrown out! Useless group of have nots at this dealership, I wouldn't let them work on a remote control car.

I was in the market for a used vehicle. stopped by king's auto as i was in the neighborhood... Long story short, the manager was cursing at a customer over a dispute over a car they purchased. Now we all know used car salesmen can be sleezy, and that there are two sides to every story, but profanity directed towards a customer? That should NEVER be allowed. I shook my head and walked out the door. I believe a business should have morals/ethics, and the management here needs to be replaced.

He answered all my questions, and made sure I ended up in a vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. I ve never felt pressured and he allowed us time to consider our purchase. I just bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from King - I can't say enough awesome things about this place! Mary was great to work with - she treated me with respect (unlike every other place I visited). Actually, King was the 4th dealership I visited (including Win Kelly) because other dealerships were so condescending towards me. Every dealership would only talk to my husband - when I'm the person looking/buying a vehicle! But from the start, Mary catered to what I was looking for and when I said I couldn't do something - she found a way to make it work, whereas other dealerships would just end the conversation right there.

In the end, I really wanted a truck and I was going to continue going to dealerships until I found one that worked with me - and that was King Buick GMC! Thanks to everyone at King! I think everyone is jealous of my ride ;)

I wanted to change my car and was looking for a rogue. Through my search I found a super deal at kings Buick. A friend and I drove about an hour to the location to test drive the vehicle, i was impressed and wanted to sign the paper work the same day. I attempted to work with the sales manager to determine a way we could go through the paper work without having to return. After being at the dealership for about three hours , i was told that i had to return the next day. I was quite upset about this and was disappointed that the sales manager was not upfront with me initially. I walked out and had no intentions of returning. The following day , i received an email from Juan the marketing manager who was curious as to why i did not sign the paper, when i relayed my story he wantd to everything possible to erase my bad experience............let me say that he worked his super magic, drove the vehicle some 60 miles to my resident with the paper work in hand , he checked up to ensure that i was satisfy with the vehicle and still response to emails that i have concerning the vehicle.......For JUAN'S SERVICE KINGS A 3

Mike (Service Writer) and his team were 100% professional! He answered whatever question I asked, and when he wasn't sure, he checked with the tech doing the work and called me back with the information.

In this case he went one step further. Initially, he said that the issues would not be covered under my extended warranty. I asked him to verify the warranty program, and it turns out that what was showing was incorrect. He found the correct warranty info and the repair was covered.

I've purchased 3 vehicles at King and might make it 4 in the future. Sales and Service have been excellent and very professional. Would highly recommend king to other potential customers.

My oil change that I scheduled an appointment for took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I also asked when scheduling for my windshield wipers to be replaced. Which was not done but I had already waited so long I didn t want to wait anymore so now I will have to go somewhere else. What is the point of an appointment if I wait so long? I was also with two toddlers. A basic oil change should not take more than an hour. Also I was recommended $3000 worth of service after my 2 hour wait. Needless to say I don t plan on going back. I ve given this place several tries and have never been that pleased. I also think they over estimate the labor time for major services.

I purchased a vehicle from them on March 19,2012 and on December 31, 2012 the car with no damgae done to it and still in the same condition in which I purchased it because it was barely used/driven was not even worth half of what I paid for it. I understand that cars depreciate but not to less than 1/2 of what was paid for it.

I also found out that the vehicle had damage to it that was never disclosed to me previously. I now know that the salesperson, Knox Masiyakurima and Clinton Jordan, the used car manager, did not car about their customer or repeat business but, about their bottom line.

I would never ever purchase a car from this dealership or send anyone to it.

My first experience purchasing a vehicle from King, and thus far, it has been outstanding. I purchased a new pickup at the end of October. I initially went to the dealership wanting to drive a HD Duramax, and a decked out half-ton (I've wanted a duramax for years, and with the miles on my old half-ton, wanted to upgrade). The sales associate, Phil Wood, was engaging, fun, and no-BS. He asked me about how I use my truck, and he said He'd be pleased to sell me either one, but that his money was on me getting the half-ton as it would fit how I use the truck better.

I left the dealership the first night with a price on both trucks, and zero pressure from Phil and the Sales Manager -- which is how I like to do business -- especially when I'm debating a $50-$70K purchase.

I truly liked how the King staff approaches the sales effort -- no bait and switch "advertised prices" only to be told "I don't qualify for these 4 incentives, so the vehicle will actually cost $3K more.....". They were straight, and didn't leave me feeling like I had just been through a slime shower. I was treated well, and actually enjoyed the buying process!!!

I ended up buying the half-ton with the 6.2L and I couldn't be happier. Phil called it, it just took me a week to realize he was right! From the time I returned, getting in the door, signing all the papers and heading out in my new truck was quick and painless.

To top it off, when I went through the finance office, Dan made that process fun as well. He's also a fun guy who didn't make me feel pressured to add on this, that or the other, just made me aware of the additional offerings. Efficient, accurate, and pleasant - what more can you ask for??

Never wanted to tell me the price ! She keepted telling me don y worry it s in your price frame. And then after trying the car, spend so much time on paperwork she finally shows me the price of the car which was much more that what I could afford. So she could telling me that the car was on my price. And on top of that the told that the car was 1 owner , no accident, no damage. And I find out online that the car was 2 owners and damaged !!!! Won t ever come back !!!

Be careful everybody, be really extra cautious when dealing with anybody from their service staff specifically (BRANDON)...and most especially the Manager...

They will try to talk you in to agreeing to something that would be given as a verbal estimate / quotation and will omit something or change something from what was not agreed upon.

Their staff really went from Bad to Really Worst!........ You couldn't air your sentiments and concerns because the Manager himself is a total Jerk!.....

If you try to complain on something, the manager would just tell you that he heard your initial discussions with his Service Staff and presumed that he got every detail that he needs from "Eves-Dropping". And when you ask them who you should speak with (or higher than the manager) if you want to complain the manager, the manager would just arrogantly reply...."I AM THE ONLY ONE".... SERIOUSLY???...

So, Folks!.... Whenever you deal with these guys....always ask for a written estimate or quotation then check it 3-5 times to be sure that all that you've agreed upon are included in that thing. or Better yet, avoid going to this King Buick GMC dealer and service...

Purchased two new tires and grateful that they price-matched, saving about $25 per tire! Got in car to leave and the air pressure was considerably off on two of the tires. Had to pull back in to shop to get corrected. Also noticed that the spare was not placed back into its well but left in the trunk with the one tire I was keeping, on top of it. Had to go BACK in and ask someone to come out and store it back where it belonged. Attention to detail is key. Everyone was cordial and helpful throughout service call.

I always received great service at King, which is why I have purchased several cars from them over the years. It is true that the dealer knows more about their car than most others. My visit was for a regular oil change, which included a coupon which always helps. They pointed out that my cabin filter and engine filter should be changed, too. They were right as I try to replace them on schedule an I knew I was behind. I planned to replace the cabin filter on my own, but when looking at the location, I knew it would take me a couple of hours to get the right tools together and get it done properly. The service manager gave me an incentive to let King take care of it and I was happy to agree. Of course, my car was ready as expected and included a free car wash.

We purchased our Buick Enclave a year ago from King. While accomplishing my errands this morning, I saw the low tire pressure warning light come on. I immediately called King Service department and explained my situation. I was told to bring in the car and they'd look at it soon.
I was treated so pleasantly by my service person. She was very responsive and kept me informed of the work being done. Turns out it was a leaking tire valve. The replacement was covered under warranty.
I left within an hour and even had an oil change and tire rotation.

Service... use for significant repairs only, recalls, warranty work etc plan an entire day for service. 3 hours for an oil change. 30 minutes to find the vehicle and bring so I could leave. No one in the service department is in a hurry and seems that the concept of minimal customer effort to use the service hasn t made it to this location.

Good morning. I wanted to send a Testimonial on our experience with King Buick! I can't hold back...BEST experience ever in car shopping! My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles that day. Unfortunately he didn't get his from King Buick and to say the least he didn't have such a great experience. My sales rep Jim McGarry was absolutely great! We communicated a lot via email and text which was what I preferred because of my busy schedule. Everything was pretty much complete before I arrived! All I needed to do was sign the papers! The financial guy we worked with was HILARIOUS! He even was able to get my rate down even lower. I truly believed both of these gentleman "worked for ME." They were honest and friendly. I purchased a 2012 Terrain and absolutely love it! I was concerned about snow and they were able to explain the difference of 4 wheel drive vs. AWD. After the past few days of snow, I am in love with AWD compared to my Explorer I traded in. We traveled a hour and a half to go to Kings, but it was worth EVERY MILE! I'll be back when it comes time for the next vehicle and I can't stop telling my friends and family about the amazing experience!!

Great place to buy a car. Horrible place to get service. My AC condenser went out little over year after I got my SUV and because of mileage, I was out of manufacturer warranty. Known issue and thus, national back order on part. GM has not extended warranty on part. I was charged over $400 even with my 3rd party warranty covering the cost of part and labor. I was promised phone call from King after looking into this issue but I gave up after calling them multiple times. I go to Criswell in Gaithersburg. Much more professional.

They got me the price I wanted and when tax made it a few dollars more then originally stated instead of apologizing they just had us wait and then came back with the lower price. I have had King do maintenance on a couple of my commercial trucks and last winter they did a full maintenance service for one of my trucks that included a DOT inspection. As part of the DOT inspection they are required to inspect the brake pads to ensure they are not too thin. They said that all the pads were fine, however, about 3,000 miles after the inspection was done, the brake pads on one of the wheels fell out of the caliper because the pads were totally worn and the metal backing was rubbing against the rotor. The failure of the brakes put the driver in a dangerous situation that, thankfully, did not end badly. It cost about $1,200 to have a mechanic provide road service for the truck to replace the rotor, and pads.
I called King to let them know about the incident and how the failure of the brakes just 3,000 miles after and inspection was done made me concerned that the inspection was not correctly done. I was told that someone would follow up with me but I never received a follow-up call from anyone. I called at least three other times regarding the incident and they failed to follow up with me or to address my concerns about the dangerous situation that happened so soon after they said that the truck was in good repair.
I run a company and totally understand that sometimes people make mistakes. However, I also expect the company to step in and make things right; King has failed to do that.

An awesome dealership with all the same friendly faces everytime I visit. They work very hard to make all the factors of the car buying experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Wrapped in rich history, this dealership was originally part of the King Farm. At one time it was the largest dairy farm in Maryland, boasted the world's largest Holstein herd, and sold cows from it's champion stock internationally. The franchise was originally purchased to supply the trucks and equipment on the farm. It was later taken over by Conrad Aschenbach who was a member of the King Family and built the dealership empire it is today. I love this place!

I came down from CT to purchase a used truck. Jhonny was my rep and he kept all of his promises to me. It was honestly one of the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchases I ever made. Because the truck I need for my business is not common I often have to travel good distances to find one. In years past I had horrible experiences with other dealers in similar situations because they would sell the truck out from under me. That did not happen here and the dealership did exactly what one would hope and expect them to do. It's rare to find a no hassle place like this. I am very happy with my purchase and Jhonny along with everyone else who worked there were all incredibly friendly on top of it.
