I purchased a used car from King that is still under manufacturer warranty. The first day I drove the car home the radio would not work. The second day of having the car I realized the car is infested with ants. I took the car in for the radio repair and the service advisor that I initially dealt with was very rude and acted like he was doing me a favor by scheduling my appointment. The day I brought my car in for the repair the service advisor told me I needed to deal with another advisor. They ended up keeping my car for two days because they passed my service ticket around between the different service teams. This was very unprofessional, I was initially told this would be a 2 hour repair. After the radio was reprogrammed it work for one day. I called the general manger of the dealership Kevin Yi and recommended they replace the radio under manufacturer warranty, he suggested that I go to a Cadillac dealership and he also told me that he didn t know what to do about the ant infestation in my car that I bought from them a few days ago. On day 6 of owning the car the remote start won t work. I have decided to take the car to another dealership for the warranty repairs, King has made it very clear they do not want to deal with any problems with my car. They sold me a $31,000 ant infested car with a radio and remote start that don t work. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service in my life. I would never recommend this dealership and I will not return there for service or repairs. I would give them negative 5 stars if it was possible.
