Our salesperson, Gary, was great. He was helpful and nice. NOT PUSHY!!! The finance person (I can't remember his name) was very helpful and nice as well. They took the sting and stigma out of the car buying experience. I felt very confident and comfortable during the whole process. I will definitely recommend King Buick GMC!

King was one of the best dealerships I have ever purchase a vehicle from that made you feel comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We live in Maryland and drove 1 1/2 hours to look at the GMC at King. We made this drive because Brian Miller (Sales Person) stayed in touch with us through out the day and also sent us pictures. He is an exceptional sales person who really cares about his customers. Mitch Mitchell (Finance Manager) was extremely nice and was very clear and thoural during the finance process. We are so glad we went to KING!

My wife and I went in hoping to see some prices for cars. The salesperson, Lisa, sat us down and asked us a few questions. We told her we were browsing and she started to fill out paper work and took us to a car. Never told us the price even after we asked and only said it was in our range . We said we didn t not want to buy a car that day and she got annoyed with us and told us off claiming we were wasting her time and apparently told her coworkers because as we we left we heard many salespeople say we didn t have anything better to do . Very unprofessional, disrespectful.

trash service. As i arrived into the service lane a gentleman working in the service lane decided to have me stand there for over 15 min till i asked him if he worked there. And he simply responded yes and told me to talk to someone else. Also never purchase a extended warranty from them, especially since there too cheap to fix loose bolts on there vehicles and would like to charge you 100+ plus just to diagnose the problem you already know about and another labor fee. This dealer is a joke. No wonder there's a new service manager there every 3 months.

Well my story with the King family is a pretty unique one. I was driving back from Myrtle beach to CT where we live and had three teenage kids with me and our trusty 05 GMC Yukon decided she was done. I had it towed toKing GMC and there were people there staying late just to take care of me! Well we had to get a hotel for the night and the next day got the news of Yukon which was not good. So after figuring out that the only option of getting home with all of our stuff (including the contents of a large rooftop carrier) was to buy a new truck. Everyone in the whole building was super friendly to myself and my cranky kids! They went out of their way to expedite the process and get us on our way! Thank you King GMC for helping us make a terrible situation seem like an adventure! None of us will probably ever forget this unexpected end to our otherwise incredible trip. I would recommend KIng GMC to anyone and everyone. You guys rock!!!!!!

I went a few places before GMC reached out to me, to find a car. I was discouraged and honestly just wanted to see what they had to offer. I worked with John McMullan, and he did everything he could to help me get into a vehicle. He was responsive and honest during the whole process, and definitely eased any anxiety I had about getting a new car. The payments and down payment were all something I could work with, and I m happy that I decided go with GMC. I am definitely coming back in a year for an upgrade. If you re in the market, I suggest reaching out to GMC and working with John McMullan. John, along with the Finance Manager Will, will do what they can to help you.

Running a scam right now that are probably in everyone s mailbox. Fake scratch off offering $500, Bluetooth speakers, even 25k. When you get there to retrieve your prize they REFUSE to give you your prize, of course they try to sell you one of their cars even though the scratch off says no purchase necessary . Better Business Bureau of MD has been contacted. They shouldn t be allowed to waste people s time like this. Pathetic.

I have a client since 2013 and the service has been consistently excellent. A few days ago, I returned the car I had and got a new one, needless to say the service from the Sales Rep Skyler to the Sales Manager Herbert to the Finance Manager Will was outstanding. They were very thorough, accommodating and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I plan to keep them as my car dealer for years to come! Thank you all for your great service!

I took my car for inspection, it failed on a few items. Now they are going to fix those items on coming Monday, but the labour here is outrageous and super expensive. $500 for a few minor items.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and told me she may try to give me some discounts on the labour. Let us see what happens on Monday.

Update: I went there personally one more time just to see why they are charging a lot more for the labour compared to other places. They said we charge our own way. Very unreasonable. I just wasted my money and time.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
The lady who was nice to me the other day acted very different (in a bad way) this time, after seeing my 1 star review. She literally accused me of going around and leaving 1 star review for businesses. So shameful.

I am very impressed with King auto. They were able to get me a loan for a new car even with my financial background. They worked hard to get me the right car at the right price. Will Allen worked his magic in the finance department, Knox Masiyakurima worked hard to find the right car, even though I was very picky. Dan Frappolo was very friendly and knowledgeable when closing the deal! All these guys were great! I would recommend to anyone who is searching for a car to go here!

First off you know dealers should not be trusted they say anything to you to get you to buy their product for example I bought their product they promised me that they would get me a second key to the car this was on February 1st 2019 can I take my car in today for some minor work and I asked if they could produce the other key that was promised to me and I get a call back today February 7th that they can not give me a key without me paying for it well they haven't heard the last of me that I think that's very poor and sad bad customer service course when I confronted them in person they had a whole different demeanor like they didn't say that to me I have and did you canceling the deal in the beginning they were so happy-go-lucky to get yourself but then when you approach them later is like you're bothering them they don't want to be bothered go away why are you talkin to me type situation wheel King Buick is not very customer-friendly after you purchase the car

The recall work was done well, but as usual, the service dept overbooked and undersold the amount of time necessary for the repair. It is the main reason why I quit having my GMC vehicles serviced here and switched to a local repair shop. The problem solved with a loaner car but again miscalculated the timing and I had to return to the dealership not long after I got home. The entire experience was frustrating and I would have preferred to have my local mechanic work on my car if not for the mandatory GMC service dept recall.

I purchased a Certified 2017 GMC Yukon in July of 2020. The process was fine in the purchase, but it went downhill from there. I wanted my tags transferred from my current vehicle (not a trade in) as they are specialty tags. They assured me that this was not a problem. After several calls, texts, and emails, which I had to initiate I was issued a new pair of tags in January by mail. Keep in mind that I am still paying insurance on a car I do not own to keep my specialty tags valid. It was escalated to the General Manager who no longer returns my calls or texts. Oh, and by the way they still contact me to activate Sirius and Onstar so they can get credit for the sales. COVID or not this is unacceptable, as of February 11, 2021!

I'm disatisfied with the services I received. I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Suburban in for a couple of warranty items and a battery check. Dave the service representative was nice and helpful but unfortunately he was not in on the day we picked up the vehicle. I spoke with Mary that day and the service manager Kevin/Keith (I can't remember his name). I was billed $120 for nothing. The only thing that was not a warranty check was my battery and if I had just decided to replace it it would have cost me a little more than what I was charged for nothing. Plus, my onstar is still sending me daily warnings that it detects a battery, starter or connection issue so I guess they didn't really check that issue for me. When I spoke with the manager he told me that I would have to pay for the technician's time because they don't work for free (although I assume they earn some type of hourly wage from the dealer regardless of the vehicles they inspect and/or work on). The manager told me that I didn't deserve any type of break or discount because I don't spend enough money getting my vehicles serviced there. I told him that I have spent plenty of money at King Dealerships because I have purchased 3 vehicles from Gary Barber (2003 GMC Envoy XL, 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL and a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban and my daughter purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan from their VW dealership), but that doesn't matter to the manager because I don't spend enough money in the service department. I have purchased several vehicles from King because unfortunately I have been in accidents in which my vehicles have been a total loss so there hasn't been enough time for me to get any major repairs. I didn't purchase my current vehicle there because the bodystyle I wanted wasn't in stock. I have also referred several friends to the dealership over the years but I guess I will purchase my vehicles elsewhere now since that doesn't count for the service manager.

I had a very good experience buying a car in this dealership. It's a large place, clean and well organized. I spoke with John, who was very helpful answering all my questions, let me test drive some cars, and even reduced the price on the car that I chose. After I came back to complete the purchase and trade in my old car, he easily handled all the paperwork. Everyone else was also pleasant and efficient. I'm happy with my new car and I plan to return here for routine maintenance.

I purchased the vehicle at king and went back for my first oil change. on the next service due sticker they put on the windshield, they put the date I picked up the car after service. On the mileage, they suggested it needed a new oil change in 2500 miles. Anyone who know anything about about synthetic oil knows the cycle time is 5000 miles. How can I trust a company to do maintenance in my vehicle when I cannot trust them to complete the reminder sticker correctly?

Yes his first language is not an English, he has accents in his words and not fully express with right words but how can you make fun of it in front of person? He even asked you to why you laughing at him and you said you didnt laughed at him and didnt stop.
Your uneducated, unprofessional attitude were deeply offensive to your customer.

They were disrespectful, hateful and belligerent! The uncultured, arrogant parts guy, who broke my part for my vehicle, forced me to replace it, with extra fees, after they should have absorbed the cost. Then, after they broke it, the corpulent ignorant service mgr tried to defend the arrogant and pompous staff members behavior who tried to blame me for breaking it. The general manager, who had no concern for costumer service and was generally incompetent, asked me to leave after they extorted money from me, after I tried to politely explain the situation multiple times. I am never doing business here. At the end of the day, I hope they merrily choke on the money they received.

I've been having my cars service by King for the last 4 or 5 years, and have always been highly satisfied every time. When I finally decided to look for a new car, I was thrilled to find the GMC Sierra at King GMC. My salesman, Roy Hassan, was incredible! He took most of the day to go over all the options in the truck with me, setting up OnStar and transferring XM Sirius from my old car. He never used any pressure to try and get me to buy, and took ample time to walk me through the paperwork. I can't possibly thank him enough, nor can I recommend him highly enough. It was like visiting an old friend today. I hope I get a chance to buy from him again. Thank you so much, Roy!!

Wasted a lot of time at this dealership for a taillight!!
hoping to never go here again. Took almost 3 weeks and had to Schedule an appointment for them to agree that my taillight went out.
They told me they would call when it came in, since it was not in stock. Of course(!) they forgot to call me.
After I called and found out that it did come in (waited on hold and got transferred four times) I had to schedule another appointment again to put my taillight in.

We've traded a non-GM SUV lease for the Encore AWD lease. Enjoying the car tremendously. Zach, our salesperson, was simply outstanding, very professional and caring. Great post-sale support: returned my old tags next day, answered several of my questions after researching them, advocated faster timeframes for the old lease payout. The management team was quick and to the point with the deal negotiations.

I m not too sure about the sales department but the service department is beyond terrible. To be specific Danny! He was rude from the very start. This place has had my vehicle going on a week tomorrow and I have not received one phone call from Danny ( my representative) to inform me of the progress of my vehicle. I have called several times just to be placed on hold, hung up on, or someone would take my name and he has yet to call me back. I thought speaking to the Service manager ( Angel) would be better and he s even worse. Very unprofessional, rude, and neither one of them are customer oriented. I ve spoken to
Angel twice and both times he has an attitude! You pull up and there are 4-5 people sitting there, you get out your vehicle and no one approaches you to see what you are there for. I would like to speak to Dave ( the general manager) but Danny informed me that he is out sick with COVID. This has been a complete nightmare and DO NOT recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. I was considering trading my GMC in to purchase another one however after this experience I will NOT be coming back here again! I will be in touch with corporate to insure that this gets resolved!

This was a no-appointment drive in with ABS and Trac-off indicators coming on. Problem was identified and repaired efficiently and returned the same day.

About a week before when my Honda had a scraping sound one of the service found the problem of the splash guard and was nice enough to strap it up until I could get it to my Honda service.

The people at King Buick GMC were great! Bobby, one of the managers, promised to call me if a vehicle came in that would fit my needs. I was called as soon as it hit the lot. Justin, my salesman, immediately sent pictures. They keep their promise of getting my payments where I need. Everyone there were so nice and almost as excited as I was to get a vehicle that I love and fills me needs. Thanks so much to King Buick!!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Dan in the purchase of our new truck. We are out of state, and they all made it easy for us. We spent only a few hours there on purchase day and are loving our new truck. Thank y all for making this purchase easy as we had not have such great experiences with other dealers prior to finding this truck. Thank you for making this a pleasurable experience for us and our family!!
UPDATE! I think it is only fair to post this update now 4 months later. We purchased our vehicle in June. Finally just finalized the tag and received earlier this month. Sales side seems to know what they are doing. Office side does not. We were told numerous times that our forms were returned as this was an out of state purchase. Even speaking with the person handling, you could tell she was just following orders and apparently not very well. After this experience we would not purchase here again. I understand COVID, as it seems to be everyone s excuse. Working in hospitality throughout COVID I could write a book. The lack of follow through on our registration was inexcusable. I ve purchase my own vehicle out of state in PA and never had such issues.

First I went to one side of the building, then they sent meto another side. They didnt have a ramp and i had a stroller with me. 3 sales person were just looking at me while i struggle to get up the steps. Once I get to the door no one helped me open both doors or even greeted me. Finally i asked a gentelman who was in the office for help and he said those guys can help you there and then they ALL walked up to me. I went there just to waste my time and to get my NEW car scratched. Then I asked for someone to look up the cameras and all they told me was they were going to give me a call back. Its been a few days now and I have not received a call back. I would not recomend a place that looks at people only as dollar signs. After I left, the lady started talking about me to another worker in english thinking I only spoke spanish. Professionalism doesnt exist in this place!!!

This dealership is awesome! I've bought two cars from here and always experienced excellent customer service. Thanks Bob! And bringing my Enclave here for service has been no different! Dave in the service department is a very pleasant person and his customer service is outstanding! I dropped my SUV off close to closing and he got me checked in and before leaving he checked on me to make sure I had a ride home before locking up my truck. He didn't have to do that! Thanks Dave for your kindness! Lastly he keep me up to date in what needed to be done in a timely manner! I highly recommend King Buick in Gaithersburg!

OMG! I just had the best car buying experience ever! From start to finish the crew was amazing. My experience started with an online inquiry for 2016 GMC Yukon, and about 15 mins later I was getting a call from Carlos. I explained my situation and he told me they would be able to help me. About 20 mins after, I was getting a call saying they got me financing. From there I went and sat down with Dan who's the Finance Manager and had one of the realest encounters ever. I was torn between 2 trucks and Dan walked through the financing on both vehicles and helped me with making the best decision for me. This is the first time I've had the kind of experience that makes you wanna return for future purchases.

Thanks! I *cancelled* my deal at the Woodbridge GMC dealer after too many shady tactics for financing, trying to hide dealer-add on costs from me. This dealer in MD had a simiilar terrain in stock and we went the next day...... everything was straight up. NO shady tactics in the 'finance office'. AND, their process fee was $400 less than the Woodbridge GMC dealer.

I have been a customer here since I purchased my 2010 Enclave and have had excellent service with each visit. We replaced the 2010 Enclave with a 2019 Enclave a year ago and know we will again receive the same kind of service.
