Do you guys answer the phone
My ticket booking is wrong, due to misinformation on the booking page and I'm trying to correct it
My 2 year old daughter enjoyed cooking and the muffin she ate.. its a place that you must take ur kids to play..
Kids had a great time, bit boring for adults as it's a 4 hour session.
I went with my school and was great and was worth it
One of the best I can say for the kids. Specially news room my favourite
We went yesterday and managed 6 in 4hours. I'm not sure why I'm reading about long waiting time. It was so fast. Maybe we were lucky. The labo one took longest. If my son had not done that one. He would have done 8 or 9 in our time slot. Was amazing. He loved it
Should be called QueueZania! Waited 30 mins for the most popular jobs, 30 mins to order lunch 30 mins for food to arrive! Shocking!! Kids loved it though, when they managed to do something.
Really great, fun expierience! They give you plenty of time to visit as many stations as possible. There are so many stations to choose from, even a football stadium! Obviously there is more than just a football stadium, but that is personally my favourite. A little too expensive so I recommend choosing the activities you want to do before so that you don't waste time choosing.
What a horrid let down. People pushing in TWICE after queing for 30 min & burst into tears. Queues far too long. Staff uninterested in problems. Took 3 hours to get enough credits to open a bank account doing rubbish jobs. Coukdn t get on the good ones. Then queued. 4 hours of my life i will never get back. Son hated it. Should have stayed home.
KidZania...love it, wish I was a kid!
Like anything, you do have to wait a min of 20minutes for any que before getting to the fun activities.
Big waste of money, bad lighting, really dark. The staff are all unenthusiastic teenagers, we had to wait 20 minutes for each attraction, would not recommend it at all, looks great on the promo vid but nothing like that in real life, way too busy, awful experience, save your money and do something else, it really is big waste of time and money!
Good idea but very poor experience. Massive queues for everything. You'll spend 3 hours here and be lucky if your kids try 3 different things. Sure it's very profitable.
ABSOULTLY TERRIBLE FROM START TO END . WAITING 1 HOUR EACH TIME LEFT AFTER 2 HOURS CHILDREN DID NOT LIKE IT. EXTREMELY BUSY WOULD RATE 0 STARS . HONESTLY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Girls enjoyed role play there.
Its good for a bit older children. Little ones feel overwhelmed or a bit baffled.
Adults fee is a bit of rip off though.
A fantastic ex5for the children but the cost of items to buy with kidzanis money is too much and disappointing for the children. A good day out.
Went during half term - with high expectations... but left slightly disappointed.
The activities themselves were good... children enjoyed themselves, even though the queues did seem quite long.
The unfortunate thing is - it seems many people do not adhere to the time slots, and over-stayed their time frame - which meant there were more people than there should have been (health and safety issue? - maybe).
Also, people were waiting in queues without their children - their children were in other queues and joined them at the last minute - which we thought was unfair.
We raised a number of these issues with the office, with the promise that someone will contact us within 5 days, it s been 3 months and no one has reached out to us.
Also, the kidzania money (money they get for doing jobs/activities), doesn t amount to much - and you need quite a lot to buy something half decent.
Personally - I wouldn t go again nor recommend it.
We went on Saturday bank holiday and had the most amazing Time. My Children loved it. My son was hurtling around as a postman handing out deliveries and collecting boxes and my daughter went from being a surgeon to being a police officer! The staff were so friendly and nice. We are buying an annual pass to go regularly. So much fun for kids x
This place can be great but go early! If you look at the reviews majority is about the long waits for each activity. We were there at 11, when there were practically no queues which was great, but shortly after 2pm the place was manic and you need to wait 40 minutes to do a 20 minute activity for most things. If you have a 4 hour pass that only makes 4 activities. However, again if you are there 10 sharp you will probably end up doing the most interesting activities (fire fighters/aviation/music studio!) before all the manic load of people show up. What would be great if they had an app to show how long the waits are like in disney land or something but I don't think they are at that level...
This was amazing but very expensive afternoon. My children ages 7 and 9 loved every minute inside this city especially earning money. The best part is everyone gets safety wrist bands which link you and your children which means you will never lose them or be able to exit without their parents. My tips for a successful trip: middle of the week, go early or afternoon 1pm (13:00), start on the top and then go down.
A good day out, Staff great. Loads to do for kids.
Best for age 7 - 11 We managed to do 7 activity and had Lunch in the 4hrs. Best to plan with map and go to popular activity first.
For children it is a dream place. For adults it is a large playground. Nice and engaging demonstrations by the staff.
Lots of fun for the children, all were engaged with activities for the whole 4 hour slot. Only down side was the prizes they could buy with their kidzos were rubbish but apart from that would highly recommend.
Terrible place, long queues, boring, and very expensive. Complete waste of money.
Innovative but Super expensive - Not worth the value for money; why would parents have to pay anyway?
Activitys are good Staff are rude and non inspirational to children The children earn money doing certain jobs. What there is to buy the end of your 4 hour adventure is absolutely shocking
A great play and learn place for kids. The kids enjoyed the experience...Only downside is that play activities for under 4 are limited and mainly on the top floor. Good experience - we will be going back again!
Absolutely superb, one of the most fun days out my kids have ever had!
Went in school term. 2 out of the 3 activities recommended for 1-3yr olds were closed. We were constantly swerving overly excited school kids who clearly had no supervision by attending adults. My 2yr old got knocked over a few times. Play area for kids is shocking- limited toys, very small area and seems like a complete afterthought. Massive disappointment overall.
Took my three nieces by myself on 23/12/18(sunday) after paying a full paying adult price thinking there would be things for me to join in with them . I couldn t have been more wrong ! Shocked is an understatement !!!
While the girls enjoyed it and it was catered for them to mine and their satisfaction I cannot understand as their guardian I was made to pay more for a ticket ( full adult price ) when there literally was nothing for me to do other than wait outside each activity that they did taking pictures . I didn t wanna ruin it on the day for them but taking pictures doesn t equate for me paying for a adult ticket of 33 pounds more than a child ticket . Adults don t pay for a ticket for yourselves unless your happy just waiting around which I would have been as I was glad to see the girls happy but couldn t understand why that involves me paying more than their ticket . Also there are plenty of hidden charges like non refundable lockers and Also the KidZania money doesn t add up to much at the end other than a headache getting prizes that are if value to the money . Overall Good for kids
From 4-10 and a great learning source but they defiantly make their money from unsuspecting adults
Great, the difference between it and those in the Gulf is the system
Best place ever! I wish I was a kid again. Went for my sons 5th birthday. He loved it and so did I!
Locate inside Westfield London, walkway between H&M and Timberland on first floor, very easy to find. The site is really good idea, leave the kids to do activities for few hours whilst the adults go and shop till you drop. Cost between More
It does not worth the money for the services your kids get.
Don't waste your money!
Can get very busy but as it gets late it it becomes less busy and more enjoyable.
Great place to visit with kids get there as early as possoble so much to do meets every childs needs. The children thoroughly enjoyed it definately take them again great experience for them
Just been there today for my kid's birthday party. totally a disaster.
1. I paid for 15 kids, and then when the last kid showed up with her mom and grandma, Kidzania kept asking them to come up and down by walking on the steps. My friends mom was walking with a walking stick. The host was kept them outside and wait for very long time, and told me they cannot get in without my payment. I HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT NOW OTHERWISE THEY CANNOT GET IN. this is really embarrassing. I try to explain to them I have paid 15 kids, and no one was listen. so after 10 minutes, finally they check the payment history. they found out I made the payment for 15 kids. Although I have told my host at the very beginning of the party, I paid for 15 kids.
2. There were 1 extra kid came, and my host asked me to go down while I was managing 15 kids (5-7ys) by myself in the face paint zone. I told my host that I can give her cash if she can make the payment for me. She said no, and she insisted that I HAVE TO GO DOWN TO MAKE THE PAYMENT NOW OTHERWISE THE KID CANNOT GET IN. Thus I went down again, and leave 15 kids up there. HOST HAVE DISAPPEARED.
3. From the beginning to I pick up the cake, I told my host that I will pick up NUTS FREE cakes from the car. The cakes were made by myself, also my daughter will have the cake herself. My host did not say anything about this. She said I can pick up the cake around 1:30pm.
4. The entrance guy was standing there and talking to me without any respect manners. Even I told him that I will pick the cake from my car, he did not say anything. Then till I bring the cake back to him, he was like waiting for me for very long time, and told me,"cakes from outside are not allowed. My manager will come soon and talk to you." At that time, I was really nervous, as the kids were craving for cakes for very long time. SO I ask him several times, what time the manager will come? 2mins?5mins? Then he said," Just wait here, how can I know what time the manager will come? I don't have their location all the time!!!!" TREATED ME LIKE AN IDIOT, AND DID NOT SHOW ANY RESPECT AT ALL. Then I told him if he can show some respect, he answered me:" what do you want me to respect?" At this point, I really did not want to say anything, I just wanted to bring cakes inside for the kids.
5. My host, then has been vanished since my last guest came. Even during the lunch time, when the host should host the birthday lunch. Only the photographer was there, then the food was served with one staff, and then nobody took care of us. Also they kept telling only few minutes left, so the photographer has to shift to another table in a rash. No good photos were taken. This is really not a great experience as I booked for a birthday host, which means I should have the host from the beginning of my birthday party till the end. My host did not showed up even the party ended.

Stay away, avoid!Waiting time spent on queuing is so long that would ruin all fun!!!They are simply so greedy that they sell too many tickets at a time!!!Chaos and luck of management!!!It's not worth this money at all!!!
Place is good. But I don't understand why parents have to pay for such experience adult tickets ? We are not playing , we paying cash for food. It's funny, we have to pay for adults because we bringing our kids.
The idea of this place is great I would not say this is a educational experience Quews were very very long with my child looking very chard by the time they get in there they are then greeted by a very miserable member of staff no enthusiasm at all although one of two members had fun and put a smile on my child s face children will push in leaving my shy child pushed further to the back and parents will stand and let this happen ...the gift shop on exit is poor my daughter earned 65 kodzania pounds a single pencil was 50 kidzania pounds nothing below 30 ::: they money they earn some activities need the children to use there money to go in which they can t open up a bank account there unless they have 75 k/p ....it s very hot too ..this is supposed to be a fun educational experience for children and it was far from that also why do adults be charged when there is nothIng there for them or even enough seats to sit down imagine 4 hours of standing in quews for 45 mins each time ...:first time you go it s good as it s like wow a city run by children etc the second time it s not fun no more as I left the girl on the front desk had her hands on her face looking very board not even a smiLe good bye or thanks for coming she just had her head in her lap which I said this place makes you feel so happy ..:not!!!
I just had THE best experience at Kidzania with my 3 daughters, 12, 9 & 4. From the moment we walked in all the girls (including my cool pre-teen) loved the airport feel, the mini city feel (a cross between Disneyland & Las Vegas in my opinion), the lay out & the variety of activities. So... I booked ahead with a group of friends & only after did I decide to look at the reviews. I was horrified by too many complaints about the music being loud, the staff being bored & disinterested, the queues being too long & more. So I wasn't expecting much. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The music was just the right volume & catchy songs so we were all put in a happy mood. The staff were ALL happy, helpful & enthusiastic (a special shout out to Basma at the Pet Wellbeing centre who was awesome) & the queues were as you'd expect. The children loved the idea of being paid for certain 'jobs' & it didn't matter that the toys they could buy weren't that great, that was a bonus anyway. We'll definitely be going again. One complaint only, so minor.. don't charge quite as much for the professional photos. I would have bought one or two but felt they were just too expensive for what they were. Great overall experience Kidzania!
sorry but nope...
lovely idea but not worth the money unfortunately
With the impact of Covid, most of the attractions are closed and the staff is so miserable. Pity but not worth the time and def not the money
We took our 6yr old & her cousin here for her birthday, what a fab day out for them, they got to work in ten different occupations, the queues were actually really good ( altough we did arrive early) .
This was a fantastic experience for them, and i would highly recommend this to anyone with children under ten. , We will definitely be visiting again.
The only negative is it's quite expensive. but it wouldn't put me off coming again.
Totally different experience than KL Kidzania. Session is well controlled.. no overcrowding... and rules are rules...
Sooo angry and upset. Went to this stupid place that was sooo overpriced. My son os 4 and was so excited to go. Got there it was so busy already at 11am. Had to line up for so long to be rejected by many of the activities which say 4+ apparently 4 year olds were not allowed to do things. All I want is my money back. Waiting for customer service to email me after their investigation!
Incredible space with a great idea. My 8 year old is perfectly aged for all activities. My 4 year old is old enough for the adult led activities such as the fire engine. Any younger and there are early age soft play areas upstairs but expect tears as they won't be allowed on the other rides. The idea of earning kids money on some activities and spending on others is great. The waits can be long. Best idea is to look at the short activities so the kids get an idea of waiting etc such as delivery company or air conditioning and then choose one or two of the other activities they want to do, such as being a pilot, reading the news, playing football and even the ambulance and fire brigade. Be careful, after 4 hours the bracelet times out so no more activities but you can still buy food and souvenirs. There is a GBK burger place or pizza place inside as well as snack kiosks. Older kids can do everything by themselves, which means you can hang out in the lounge and check in on them periodically. Smaller kids or shy kids may need light surveillance. Very impressed with the concept, even though for four hours it's a bit expensive.
Really wish I could give a positive review. Yes it is crazy overpriced.
Food awful/expensive and not enough space to sit and eat it. Queues at every single experience and kids didn't get to do all that they wished. Actually, all of this is expected - especially during half term. None of the above contributed to a low rating. The real reason is because the staff could not be more cold and unaccommodating. I visited with my 4 kids- including my son is who is 3.9 years old. Once I realized there is little for that age to do-(but there are a few things for younger toddlers) I asked to upgrade a ticket for my son and was told to produce proof he was 4 years old OR they would not upgrade the ticket per policy. I get it. there is policy for a reason- but there should be a little interpretation- if risk and liability is accepted. I watched him sit next to (what must have been) a 2 year old in the Firefighter experience (so I though it was ok to let him go in) and once he got in and they scanned his bracelet they told him he could not participate. His heart broken, I begged 2 staff agents to just let him put the jacket and hat on and allow him to take part in the first half of just sitting in the room (and not to get on the "dangerous" fire cart). They were cold and just said no watching the poor kid walk away. I questioned quietly on the side-why a, clearly younger, child was permitted and they shared that they agreed the child was likely not 4 but nothing they could do- and next time to just lie like those parents and claim the child was over 4 when purchasing tickets. My advice if you have an almost 4 year old- just say he or she is 4 just so you can do the 4+ younger activities. This review is also not from one staff member interaction. I had 4 staff interactions about this matter and experienced the same service- so at least they are consistent.
OMG! It's was so fun! Great for children of any ages!
Incredibly fun, a range of activities were given for the children and we had a remarkably great time! Definitely recommended for children ages 6-11.
A bit boring for parents, but nice to see children going crazy!!!
Good idea...but...SO MUCH QUEUING! Timers on the doors would help manage time better. Staff are friendly but in absolutely no rush to turn events around between groups of kids to minimise time in the dreaded queues! Cadbury event a notable low point - never seen a group of kids having fun with such miserable faces
I took my 5 year old granddaughter today with the Baby Care Nurse the particular attraction as she is soon to have a new baby sister or brother and she is very excited about it. We were both very disappointed with the content of this experience. It probably lasted a couple of minutes. She was one of 3 participants. They each picked a doll from its crib, put a bottle in & out of its mouth, her doll didnt take it but it wasn't noticed. Put a spoon in and out of its mouth & then a dummy in and out & the doll was then put back in the crib & the session was over.
This was supposed to be the highlight of the visit. I could have stayed at home & played with her & done a better job.
Went today with 3 kids age 14, 11 and 8 ... spent first 2 hrs wandering trying to do an activity. Long waits and queues due to limited spaces on activities. It felt chaotic and fraught ! Fed up kids and frustrated parents . In total 2 of my children did just 2 activities, a 15 minute and 30 minute . Just a complete waste of money . The place itself is incredible but that s where it starts and finishes. A real shame ... annual London trip was an exspensive wash out !!!!
Kids had fun but it gets really busy.. Great idea for a play place.
Visited today in a group of parents with a mix of 4, 5 and 8yr old children. Really great concept but execution needs work. As both a parent and a teacher I was dismayed and surprised to see the lack of understanding/empathy some of the facillitators showed towards the children - especially as its supposed to be all about them! Totally understand and welcome the 'parental hands off' approach - however it became apparent, especially in the department store, that staff were more concerned with the 'no parents' , rather than the concept of how a four year old functions ie: unable to either read a price or count out their own money!! That said there were some facillitators who stood out for all the right reasons. I would bring children 6+ but would argue that even though it states all activities are from 4 upwards without futher staff training into how to differentiate the needs of younger children - unforunately they are not.
i have bought tickets and no email has arrived now after 48 hours and the phone number just rings and then cuts out. Appalling service.
Amazing amazing amazing! Makes me want to be a kid so I could join in! Although pricey, would recommended it too anyone. Helpful hint get a passport when you first go in and take the university course. The kids will earn money faster.
Enjoyable for both adults and kids, lots of creative play areas, kids get to be and do real job role play.
It was fun for my son who is 11 but he will be growing out of it very soon. Be careful of other kids pushing in front of you in queues it happens a lot!
I give it 4 stars because you couldn't buy nothing for fake money . My daughter said . But it was good
Children's entertainment. The complex is located in a huge building that is part of the mall. There are about thirty stations on two levels: fire department, hospital, maternity room, science and space, food, chocolate factory, flight deals, simulator pilots, etc. Each station has a guide / guide and equipment and materials depending on the topic. Each station is limited to several half-hour shifts. Each child chooses which topics to address. The place is busy and most of the time they spend in the various queues. The level is very good and the kids are having a great time. Each child participates in four stations on average during an activity day.
I m going to a trip in two weeks to kidzania and I can't wait me and my friends can't stop talking about it.So Excited!!!!!!!!
Great experience for younger children. Could have been amazing if it weren't for some of the staff. Obviously temporary staff as the had no interest in their job and adding to the experience. Talking amongst themselves and being generally unattentive towards the young customers.
Not worth the price. Excessive waiting times to do the activities. Some of the activities were not what we expected. I guess overall it was a unique experience but not worth the price nor waiting so long to get in. Also queuing up to access was ridiculously long. Not enough staff
It was so fun I wanted it to be where you get real money
An amazing place. All children should get a chance to visit.
Great concept but they should refurbish and make the place more lively....the atmosphere inside looks very dull & gloomy. Charging an adult 50% the entry rate for a child is exorbitant....Also, like every children's park or activity place, you don't get a flyer to plan your 4 hours (be aware that your timings inside are restricted to 4 hours only and you will be charged extra if you cross the given limit). Once inside you are left to roam around and if you walk in without a clue on what your kid(s) intend to experience, you will waste your time going around....If you visit on a weekend or school holidays then expect long queues for each activity because as I said they don't handover a flyer....Well, if what I've mentioned here doesn't bother you and you still want to go, then plan your visit by asking your kid(s) what they would like to do by reviewing the various options from their website. Lastly, the food options are "very" limited but the food is okay.
Certainly different but very expensive for what you get.
Queues far too long unless you want to make beds or listen to how a smoothie is made. Far too much talking and not enough hands on activity.
Very very warm.
Smacks of obsession with profit only and relying on sufficient one time visitors as you certainly wouldn't return.
Overall my children did enjoy the day but the staff aren t very accommodating and there was a lot of queuing. My son ripped his sticker by mistake and they refused to give him a replacement.
Upon leaving one of my children was missing, so I went to the desk and asked them to check where she was and call her to come to the exit. After a lot of waiting they said I would have to wait for someone to do the call out. Of which no of them seemed to want to do, so I said shall I just go look for her if that s easier?? They said YES! In the meantime my younger 2 children had their tags removed and left without being stopped on their own.
Finally the gift shop to spend their kiddos. Well after working solidly for 4 hours they could only afford a small plain bouncy ball each.
Over than that it was fine but these things could do with improving.
Wife took the kids to kidszania, it was unorganised chaos, unsafe, do not leave your child there unattended. Sorry as well to say but the place is very dirty. They leave so many kids and overpack it badly. No management of the children. Utter chaos.
I really liked the concept, I was sooo excited to go into kidzania and thought of it made me go insane. Kidzania was WAY worse than I expected to be. The cooking area isn t even a cooking area. It s literally nothing but a woman explaining how healthy stuff is and all that, then she gives you chocolate. The airplane bit was alright, the vet surgeon bit was probably my favourite. However the queues are SO LONG. I spent 96% of my time on queueing up.
Interesting idea, but nothing for under 4 or adults to justify the steep ticket price. Children we went with were aged between 3 and 7. We booked early to try and beat the queues. Arriving early helped, but the second floor was closed till 11am. The 7 y.o. kids enjoyed their day. They were able to do 6 activities in 4 hours, which is remarkable, given the queues. Their favorite activities were flight school and climbing. The staff is quite friendly. However, the experience for the under 4s and the adults was very poor. The early age activities are a joke: a super small and overcrowded play area and little else. For adults there is nothing to do. The mobile phone signal is very poor and there aren't enough chairs for everyone. My advice is go early, only one adult per group and don't go with small children.
This is a really fun place i can t wait to go with my school tommorow ;))))
The kids had a great time, would recommend it. My daughter has SEN and was able to fully participate in all the activities she chose thanks to the helpful staff.
Nice place but when I went there was short staff some activities was closed and was long que to some activities so children was boring while waiting
Went for an adults only evening. It was exceptionally busy and for the price we paid, we could only try one activity (which was quite fun) as the queues were so long for each one. Not sure if it was worth the money and the journey for us but I can imagine it being really fun for young children granted its a little bit better organised.
Should i go it looks good and what do you even do there
Really
fun place for the kids. Gives them an insite of individual careers and teach them to earn a pound note. Would definitely recommend.
Great place for kids to experience a glimpse of different carears, my daughter has been here a few times and loves it. Not great for toddlers tho, not much to do for them. For older kids they can be left there while you shop, they are tagged so can't leave without you.
Love this place & my three boys age 3,5 & 6 did too! So much for them to do!
I spent nearly 6 hours it was fun but i only did one because i was waiting for the lines to go down
Waste of time and money. We spent more time stood in long lines than doing any activities. It's very frustrating when you've paid. They kids got bored waiting hours for each activity. The activities were a bit cringe too. Not worth it at all.
Great place for kids
My girls really enjoed and we will be back for sure again! It wasnt very busy which was nice for them! Great opportunity to learn
