Ryan represented our company during an office move and expansion. We didn't realize we needed an agent, but we are glad we found him! He made the process so much easier. He was available to address last minute "emergencies" during move-in day to make things as smooth as possible, and he continues to keep in touch and follow up with any questions we have even after his initial job was done. He helped us identify suitable options; advised on pricing, terms, and TI; negotiated with the property managers; and worked with the designers to optimize the space for our business. We have used them multiple times and would highly recommend then to any company looking to negotiate a renewal with their current landlord or to upgrade their space.

My experience with Oxford was fantastic. We had my building on the market for several months with lots of lookers. They worked diligently to find the right buyer and negotiate a sale that we were happy with. Upon selling the building they helped us relocate into a lease space we all love. The location is perfect and the space is new and very nice. They know their craft very well and knows how to negotiate a good deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Oxford Partners to my closest friend and have recommended them to some of my Vistage Group members. Great job!!
