Way too busy lines. Had to wait 40 minutes to get on 1 attraction. I also asked for Still Water and I got Sparkling Water and they told me that they had loads of Still Water. Also, someone queue jumped me and the person at the till done nothing about it. At least the security were nice but i'm definitely not coming back here.
We school took Year 5 classes here on a trip. They loved it. It gave them the opportunity to be independent and learn some new skills.
Mostly enjoyed the experience, however, was dissapointed when at the CBK card machines, I chose to withdraw 40 kidzos, and was confused when I found that only 20 kidzos had been given. I then checked my balance and was sad to see that it had taken 40 off. After doing activities for 4 hours, and having earned 104 kidzos, it was a huge disappointment to see that I had lost 20.
Would've given 5 stars but vastly overpriced as two hours only gets you into about 4 activities and that's rushing from one place to another. The parent charge is unnecessary as nothing for them to do apart from paying for a coffee! I know More
Great day for the kids. Staff could be a little more proactive in explaining how things work.
Half of the games were closed, and the bank waste our time and the system was bad.
A nice hidden world for the kids. Lots of activities for them to take part in. They get a taste of doing 'jobs' and earning money. My kids enjoyed selecting the activities they want to do and then going to the bank to put the money on to their card. The rewards at the end are a bit disappointing as they didn't see much they could choose but it was 4 hours well spent. You have the option to leave kids over 8 years inside on their own.
