Update from 3 to 4 star. Rianna (sales) was easy to work with. I did have to walk out on finance (literally walk out) but Rianna quickly got me back to the table with the floor manager who pulled it all together. Make sure you review the numbers with a calculator, finance will drown you in up charges and incorrect numbers. Take your time and calculate and recalculate. Still have a we owe for small repairs that will require one more update.

After three weeks and a visit to the location I was able to get my we owe check and window replaced as originally promised. Also en route to the location I got a low oil alert (after three weeks of possession). Kim in service stepped in and had her guy to check the issue. The found a pinch o ring which was causing oil to leak. Between Kim and the service manager they changed the o ring, did a complete oil change, and changed the drive belt which also had gotten oil on it. 500 miles after Im here again just for an inspection for no further leaks and they said WE ARE GOOD.
