I purchased my rental property, a downtown Edmonton condo, two years ago while I was still in university. I graduated last year with a commerce degree and while I have been doing fairly well with tenants and rental income, I have not known what the next step is that I should be taking, Scott McGillivray and Keyspire have taken away that uncertainty and replaced it with the knowledge and motivation to take my real estate ventures to the next level. I attended the June 27th Wealth Tour session at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton and I have never felt so motivated or so well informed. I now have a clear path in front of me. Thank you Scott and Keyspire for providing me with the knowledge and tools to forge what I know will be a successful future in the real estate rental industry.

My wife and I attended the create wealth through real estate seminar in Mississauga and absolutely loved it. We are both very excited and are looking forward to the academy in December. Thank you Scott for your motivation and inspiration.

Attended the seminar in Ottawa on September 20. Really enjoyed the seminar. Lots of good information to help in making decisions about getting into investing using real estate. I would recommend that, anyone who is seriously considering following this approach, should take the 3-day course and find out more about what is involved and what the pros and cons might be. I think that you can make decisions only after you have the facts.

I went to the free information about becoming an investor and loved the way my future looks by planning to set goals and get the proper knowledge to becoming an investor in life as well as in the realestate lifestyle.

Did the wealth tour and the 3 day workshop. For the latter, they do spend a fair bit of the time (~1/3 by my estimate) soft selling the expensive membership. But with the knowledge gained I think we most definitely got our money's worth. Time will confirm that or not of course. All that being said, thanks keyspire & members for your time & knowledge.

Scott was authentic and passionate when speaking about his experience. Unfortunately when it came to sell the three day workshop, the tactics were right out of a 1970's sales course. Left a very bad taste....

What a great morning of real estate investment talk in Kitchener (March 8th)! Scott was engaging and provided so many useful pieces of information about growing real estate investments. The event was well-organized and the Keyspire team was friendly.

I attended the morning edition of Scott's Lifetime Wealth Academy tour at the River Cree Marriott in Edmonton.
Scott is a great speaker: funny, relaxed engaging, just as you would expect from someone with his own TV show. He comes across as very down to earth and humble, a regular guy you could talk with. There was no pomp and ceremony, as you might expect from someone as famous and wealthy as Scott. I am pretty short and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to see him from the audience because the stage was really low, but he kept moving around on the stage and I was able to see him the whole time.
He spoke for the whole two hours himself and kept my interest up the entire time. He told his story, how we got started in real estate at a relatively young age and how he continues to find new opportunities today. He tells you what you need to know to succeed and the attitudes that won't help you at all. Everyone gets a CD with all the basics of real estate investing. At 228 pages it is really a free book!
Yes, it was definitely worth it and I would absolutely recommend anyone to go. Scott does recommend a three day course put on by the Lifetime Wealth Academy at extra cost, but there is absolutely no pressure to sign up for it.
If you have watched Scott on Income Property and would love to see him in person, this your chance! What you see on TV is the same Scott you will see here, only in person and speaking live to you!

If you are looking for the first step into the Real Estate world, look no further. Scott's show was brief, to the point, and ended with an education opportunity for those who wish to go on. I would recommend it to all who are investors/speculators to see if what the training offers, can fill the gap you may be experiencing in your own RE ventures.
Of course I need to mention the ubiquitous Scott was a welcome distraction for many ladies in the room, not to sidestep his obvious understanding and success of the RE market.

We have watched Income Property for years and really enjoy it. We have two rental properties and can really relate to the shows. We looked forward to seeing Scott speak in person and he didn't disappoint us. He is a knowledgeable, entertaining, and sincere speaker and is just like he is on the show. The presentation was both informative and inspirational and we will recommend it to others in the future. There was no pressure to purchase anything and the workshop offered was an extremely good value.

I thoroughly enjoyed the seminar and would highly recommend it my friends and family. It was very organized and had a lot of information for everyone.

My wife and I attended Scott's presentation on October 26th in Toronto. Having been real estate investors in the past we were very surprised at how much information we DIDN'T know that Scott touched on. We found the presentation to be inspiring as well as informative, delivered in an easy to understand and sometimes humorous way. We are looking forward to the next phase of our training in late November and are out looking at rental properties in anticipation of buying 3 to 5 in the next year.

I attended the event in Surrey, BC. What an eye opener. My wife and I believe we've finally found a plan we can use evenings and weekends to "get over the hump" financially speaking.

Scott's presentation was informative, genuine, and well communicated. I had no problem understanding the base concepts behind the different strategies presented. I was also blown away by the biographical and entertaining qualities of the presentation. There was absolutely '0' pressure to sign up for or buy anything - despite 3 separate pitches for the different 3-day workshops available in April/May here in the greater Vancouver BC area.

First off I would like to say that this was by far the BEST event I have ever been to.
About a month ago, my mother and I decided that it was time for myself to start looking at some homes and so this event could not have happened at a better timing. I learned a great deal listening to Scott McGillivray. The most important thing I took away from this event is that its never too late to start and if somebody tells you "no", you have to continue knocking down doors until someone says "yes".

All in all, it was an experience I will never forget and I can't wait to keep up to date with Lifetime Wealth Academy.

Couldn't believe it when the two hours was up! So interesting and inspiring we lost track of the time.

My name is Jessica Orchard and I attended the Lifetime Wealth Academy (LWA) event in Waterloo, Ontario. I am a recent graduate from a post-grad program and have had an interest in real estate for many years. I tried to convince my dad to buy my student house so I could be the "landlord" and he could profit from the investment...that never happened and both my parents feel it is too late for them to profit from real estate investing. Scott convinced me that it's never too late if you know how to do it right!
I'm an avid watcher of Income Property with Scott as the host. Attending his speaking event was incredible! He shared a lot of very valuable information, but most of all he helped me see that I have to continue pursuing this dream if I am truly passionate about it. I like that he told us about the LWA approach being: information-->education-->implementation. I got the information I needed from Scott at the event, I've got a friend attending the LWA event in Mississauga soon and I hope he'll want to join me at the 3-day LWA workshop. (I haven't signed up yet..not sure if I can afford it right now, but it did sound worthwhile).
Overall, I wasn't sure what to expect from the event or if Scott would really speak for very long. An MC introduced him and then he spoke the rest of the 2 hours. He's an amazing public speaker and the time flew by! My time was well spent and I would recommend that people go to a LWA event to hear Scott speak.
When I finally do get into real estate investing, I'll write to LWA and Scott to thank them for their inspiration and guidance.
The only thing I can say that I didn't like was that people could sign up for the 3-day workshop in the same room that Scott was speaking in. We took a short break and people were asking questions to the representatives about the workshop, but when Scott resumed talking other guests were still asking questions so the room wasn't quiet. If the registration desks were outside the doors, it would still be convenient for people to sign up and they could ask questions without disturbing others at the event.

Definitely inspiring! Scott told us his personal story of developing his wealth through mistakes turned into a positive learning opportunity. Scott educated the audience to understand that the average person CAN do this with 'SMART' goals and patience by holding onto the investments realizing their long term financial rewards. Thanks Scott for showing me the way.

My wife and I attended the Kitchener event last Sunday. Income Property is one of my favourite shows and I get excited with the possibilities of income properties. I absolutely loved hearing Scott share. He was entertaining and informative. I left with great ideas and new vision of the possibilities! A great event and I'd highly recommend it!!

Attended the session today May 23rd in Ottawa. It's the best financial decision I've ever made for myself. The information I learned today was outstanding. Was fascinated the entire time. Just found a way to finance my retirement and vacation down south in a couple of years from now. Will attend the 3 day seminar as soon as I can. I just can't afford not to take it! Never thought I wanted to be a real estate investor before today!

Scott is a smart and funny guy and knows what he's talking about when it comes to making money with real estate. Anyone who had a chance to hear what he has to say should go and see him.

Sitting in a "kevin oleary event" but instead its just a shameless sales plug by these guys. Sharing only one side of the real estate market and selling us on a 3 day workshop. Really indicates how ethical this company is.

Attended the seminar on Sept 13 in Mississauga and was honestly impressed with Scott and his team. The strategies are easy to understand and make sense. I like the fact that I can learn how to get a fully financed property and finally get a bank to want to lend me money instead of being rejected because I own multiple properties.

Scott is a knowledgeable and approachable speaker. He keeps the information accessible and keeps his audience engaged. I am already a real estate investor but I am always interested in learning more. As Scott puts it, we don't have time to make all of our own mistakes. I received much more information in this public seminar then I was really expecting. Thank you to the Keyspire Organization.

Can't wait to take the 3 day course. I also love the fact that after the first day if a person is not satisfied they can get a full refund.

I attended the April 11, 2015 seminar in Surrey. Very inspirational- Scott is a great speaker, and a sincere guy with real, positive information, for anyone at any level of investing. As a current real estate investor, this only inspires me to achieve further. I would recommend Keyspire to anyone interested in real estate investing.

I attended the seminar in Surrey on April 11th. Scott was a very engaging and entertaining speaker. I went with interest but without immediate aspirations of entering the real estate investment world. Definitely gave me some things to think about.

Highly recommend Scott McGillivray's Wealth Tour. My sister took me to it and it was a good investment of my time. Scott's two hour overview gave specific tips for realistic opportunity. Information is clear, concise, relevant and often delivered with key memory phrases for easy retention. It's a lot of information, but I never felt overwhelmed. Scott doesn't just deliver info, he explains it.

I attended the Vancouver,BC Saturday morning.Very informative. Lots covered in the 2 hours. Scott is very engaging with the audience. I've been watching Scott for years. I record his shows during my pregnancies. Currently pregnant with number 6. Due soon. Thank you for a great day.

If you will allow me to say this, another name for Keyspire is "success". Keyspire opened my eyes to how to do it the right way. This should be taught from Junior High in order to set everyone up for success. Thanks Keyspire!

Keyspire has set me up to retire years earlier than expected.

My husband and I enjoyed the workshop on Sunday, September 14th in Kitchener. It was entertaining and informative and provided the kickstart that we need to purchase a rental property.

I attended the conference in Ottawa with a friend and business partner on May 23, 2015.

Bravo to Scott for bringing this down-to-earth program. His personal story is credible and the clever ways he found to finance those early purchases were right on. The later examples of buying a property, renovating, recognizing thousands of dollars in increased value with which to refinance, restructure and reinvest were pure genius.
The tips he gave about accessing capital, optimizing leverage, having multiple strategies, the art of getting the best deal in your negociations and more, ... such a wonderful gift of insight and knowledge. Thank you so much!

Found the event a very valuable couple of hours. All very informative and clearly there
is a lot more to learn and be aware of. We are signed up for the next stage because Scott did not simply play on his stardom but delivered a very direct and well thought out summary of his favourite subject. Info session was very informative and inspiring to take the next step in buying an income property. I will definitely take the course they offer in the future.

Scott is an amazing spokes person for Keyspire ... his story an inspiration for everyone trying to move forward in real estate investment. My husband and I are now retired, but our son, who attended with us, is a prime candidate for the real estate market.

Scott did mention that interested parties should speak to an accountant. I have always maintained that the one area a new entrepreneur fails .... they do not get help with their financial position and may have all the skills to succeed, except good business savvy.
I would hope that the 3 day course offers some suggestions for bookkeeping software and a potential to finding good accountants to assist them in their decision making.

Just my opinion from 40 years of bookkeeping.

I participated to the Ottawa seminar last Sept. 20, I really enjoyed it! Scott explained very well how to understand that our dream is possible... We just have to do the math and is all logical. It's impressive to ear that he started so young and I'm looking forward to the 3 days workshop, to learn more about financing, how to get good tenants and how do smart choice... without too much mistake! Sheer volume of financial tips and tricks in only a 3 day workshop

My Husband and I attended the Edmonton seminar this morning and found Scott's advice very informative. We've been discussing real estate investing for several years now and Scott gave us that extra push, advice and inspiration we needed to get the ball rolling. We were going to move from our current property to a new one and after today, we have since decided to keep our current property as a rental when we move. We will also work on leveraging both for future properties. Although we didn't have the funds today to sign up for the 3 day course, I will definitely do so in the near future. Thank you Scott!

My husband and I attended the seminar in Edmonton on September 21, 2014 and Scott was able to put investment properties into a whole new perspective. He was funny, smart, and welcoming. He has tons of experience and talks in a way that makes investment properties less "scary." Can't wait to learn more and purchase our first investment property in the near future! I attended the April 11th event in Surrey which was informative, funny, thought provoking and kept my attention the whole two hours. Best of all, it made me realized I need to further invest in real estate asap. Now I've got a partner who is equally excited to do this together. We will definitely be heading to the 3 day sessions in Vancouver.

I am a full time student. We have eight children. We are not insane (truly). We know that we need to have a solid financial plan for our future and that of our children.
When we signed up for the Keyspire Wealth Tour day with Scott, we were skeptical. We have been to events before where the inspiration is high, but usually leave feeling like it was a cash grab. We went because we watch Scott's show and felt that if he put his name on something, it must be legit. We fully expected there to be some kind of inducement to attend another event or buy books or cds and there was; but the free talk actually offered something solid: some great solid advice that can be implemented practically.
Scott is a great speaker. We were fully engaged throughout the whole presentation. He uses anecdotes that engage the audience, and we felt that our time was well invested. We did leave inspired. We did sign up for further events. We expect now that it's the beginning of a new path for us that will help us meet our goals.

Thank you Scott, for sharing all your knowledge and insights on real estate, which inspired us tremendously ...but also for including your personal stories, which made it more real and attainable.

I was brought to the International centre last Sunday Feb. 8th and was pleasantly surprised by the talk. Yes, we are doing some things right already, but as Scott says information is key to going forward. As a result I have signed up for the February session in Mississauga. I am excited to learn more ideas and get further inspiration. I WILL step out of my comfort zone and go forth into real estate investment. Thanks Scott.

Learned a lot of great concept to get me started on my journey but the constant selling of their products and the aggressive sales tactics were a complete turn off. All the information is out there, and I find that researching on my own is more valuable. The 3 day conference was an eye opener but the lack of snacks, food and the aggressive sales tactics and the guilt trips employed by the team were a turn off. Go in with an open mind that you will learn a lot to start you on your journey but keep in mind the sales tactics. And Scott was no where to be found.

Furthermore, if you do post a unfavourable review, they keep contacting you to discuss things. What I witnessed during the event was aggressive tactics by the keyspire staff to guilt people into buying the conference and or products. I heard it from other attendees as well. So if you do say no thanks they will guilt trip you. Again, speaking from various multiple people and their experiences and my own. Aggressive sales tactics

Very informative seminar. I learned a lot. Plan on signing up for the workshop so I can get into the nitty gritty of what is involved in income property.

Loved Scott's chats about how he got into the business and I found the whole seminar quite inspiring. Thanks very much for giving this seminar. :-)

The November 1st, 2014 Ottawa, Ontario event ran efficiently and in a timely manner. Scott was personable and approachable. He touched on the key points without going into too much detail, which tied in nicely to the January workshop. There was just enough information to "wet" the appetite. Unknowingly, he quickly brought to light the "sticking point" of our personal journey in the investment property scene. Scott gave us the push needed in a warm and fuzzy manner. The event was well worth the time and a great first step to join the world of property investment. The Wealth Tour is amazing! I'm so lucky to have participated in this event and feel that at this moment in my life it is meant to be. The amount of knowledge and experience was exceptionally inspiring. I went with my Aunt, she and I both left really thinking about the amount of potential the housing industry really has. Excellent source of information and motivation... Loved the seminar and especially the 3-day workshop. Scott & Michael's 3 Stage books give you a proven step-by-step guide to investing in real estate. With the help of their teachings we acquired our first property at 24, created a high-end 2 bedroom legal basement apartment which now pays for the majority of the mortgage, and we are getting ready to refinance for our next property! Highly recommend you attend their seminars and read the books- their my real estate investing "bible"!

My wife and two sons attended the seminar Feb 8th, 2015 in Toronto. We have enjoyed watching Income Property hosted by Scott McGillivray for some time now. Scott has always impressed us with his honest, straight forward approach, so we were excited that he would be speaking here in Toronto about investing in income properties.
We were not disappointed. Of course it was wonderful to learn that Scott is the same person off screen as on, but I was even more delighted when I saw that all of the stats that Scott had charted regarding housing costs and interests rates over the past several years were bang on accurate. This gave me even more confidence that Scott and his team were providing us with material and information that is not presented just to "sell" us on an idea but actually factual and reliable information that will help us get started. The presentation was inspirational and positive, but not over the top fake salesmanship. The information is clear, concise and easy to understand.
My wife and I have both signed up for the classes starting February 20th and we can't wait to get started! I now have confidence that when my wife get this started, we can help our sons, who already have great work ethics, work smarter and not harder to succeed.

I attended Scott's presentation in Niagara Falls this morning. It was certainly an informative two-hour presentation!
Scott's personable character really captured the attention of the audience and he was very honest when sharing his personal experiences and anecdotes.

The presentation was just over two hours long and it was impressive.

There was absolutely no pressure to commit to any products or future workshops and the actual 10 minute sales-pitch was only near the very end and it was very appropriate.

I would recommend Scott's presentation to anyone who is curious about how to get involved in rental property investment or is already considering getting started!

Enjoyed the Keyspire presentation with Scott on Feb. 22, 2015 in Calgary. He is a wonderful speaker and the time went by quickly. He spoke of how he started, instead of paying student rent, he and his friend collected student rent to pay the mortgage. My daughter and son both purchased homes and rented a portion of the house so they could pay the mortgage. Thanks Scott for confirming this is a good start and giving advice on how to continue investing in the real estate rental market.

I attended the Apr 12 seminar in Vancouver, BC. It was definitely an eye-opener. Scott's introduction to real estate investing was informative, easy-to-understand, and made it easy for me to be engaged in the whole 2 hour seminar. It got me thinking that with a little push (from myself) and education/techniques taught by Keyspire, I can become a real estate investor! Thank you so much for such a great event. Hope to be amazed at the 3-day workshop!

I was at the seminar at 10am at the River Cree Casino in Edmonton.
I found Mr. McGillvary very informative and certainly spoke from his own experiences. His presentation was organized and easy to follow.

My son actually took me because I had no idea this was taking place and so I came totally open to the experience.

I would like to suggest that the audience members are allowed to put one question in a bucket prior to the presentation. Mr. McGillvary then chooses one from the bucket to answer. That way he continues to have the audience attention--not that you didn't have it.

The US buying summit was a very informative and engaging experience. This is an event every member should attend even if buying in the US is not in your plans. I look forward to next years summit.

Attended the Ottawa last weekend. Fun event with some top level information. Would have liked to have some better in depth explanations.

What a great presentation! I came with my husband as real estate investment is something he was curious about. I wasn't really interested, but was willing to tag along with him. ...but wow, now I am very excited about starting to make some long term financial gains!! The presentation was the perfect pace, length and level of detail for me. I am excited about the upcoming three day training session.

This presentation was completely inspiring. I only wish that I had found a mentor like Scott earlier on in my life. I plan to fully explore the opportunities with his program, as I want to be able to pass on the knowledge and ability to invest in real estate to my own daughters.

Ayden Green - I would imagine if you are a media student you must be aware that you can delete your "cookies" on your browser to get rid of "targeted advertising" based on "browsing history". Get rid of your cookies instead of leaving a review here my friend. Companies like Keyspire or any other company for that matter can't do that for you. They are busy running what they do best. You should do what you NOW KNOW BEST. Delete your brower cookies buddy.

I managed to get our $15,000 deposit back from keyspire - 3 days after we signed. My wife who is a fan of Scott was totally hypnotized at how convincing the 3 day seminar was. She never saw him. I kept telling her no and she never listened. I insisted we already know about buying a rental property . My dad who has zero education and is an immigrant rented 2 houses . I was shocked at how many people they were signing up. She was impressed at the free iPad and books and made her feel professional - note she already works professionally full time but we are in no way well off... we re middle class. In my opinion a lot of these positive reviews are not based on final results of profit but just based on their seminar. People are too embarrassed to reveal of the money they removed from their wallet. We maintained contact with one person at our table - he s worse off now than before: he paid the $15,000 and now has to keep paying the yearly fee - he s yet to buy his first rental property. Scott you and your buddies have become extremely rich because of this.

Scott's seminar on real estate investing was inspirational and educational! It was a smart glance into the realities of real estate investment from a passionate professional. I would highly recommend this seminar to anyone interested in learning more about real estate investment. I drove almost 11 hours to attend and it was worth every kilometre!

The amount of wealth in knowledge, experience and skill that Scott delivers is priceless. The presentation was of the best I have been to in this year, very informative, and a real eye opener. It was funny, intelligent and you can relate on some levels. Definitely well worth your time to check it out, you will walk out a lot smarter about real estate investing, it also really helps that Keyspire is a Canadian company so you know about the market locally.
