I started school. It seemed like the best offer. I love the videos and it not just me reading. They have weekly meetings to ask questions live. I will update this later since I just started. I did start the course and hopefully in 6 months I will have my license

Fred Ross from Castle Real Estate is great to work with, this is my second transaction with him and he really knows the local Real Estate market. Both transactions I did went under contract in less than 30 days. On the latest transaction he was able to get me the highest price in the neighborhood. Not only is he knowledgeable and great to work with he has a team of contractors he has worked with that can help make any changes necessary prior to your house going on the market or after the inspection is done. He does not just listed your house and wait for it to sell, he is proactive and has great marketing strategies. When your house sells so quickly it is very little disruption to your life which I loved! I will contact him on all future Real Estate transactions and you should too.

My review is specifically about Steve & Lorri Hose. Hiring the Steve and Lorri team gave me double the assistance in selling my property! I had an out of date townhome with a variety of work needed and no experience in how to get it done. This team spent significant time evaluating the necessary updates needed to obtain a quick sale and optimal price. They provided A to Z service by connecting me with excellent tradespeople and provided me with interior decorating advice to make the unit highly marketable. In addition to being so experienced in this business, they were easy to work with because they made suggestions but gave me the space to make decisions without feeling pressured. With their help, my unit was under contract in only 3 weeks with a sale price that made me very happy. Thank-you Steve and Lorri for a job well done!!

I worked with James (Jim) Craig. I can't sing his praises enough. I am a first time home buyer. The first in my family, so I had no experience, no idea what to expect. But I did have very, very, specific ideas of what I wanted, and a difficult timeline. Jim led me through all of it. Dealt with my anxieties and explained very step of the way. He was proactive, and knowledgeable, and understanding. The home buying process is confusing and stressful and Jim went above and beyond at every step to get me through it. I got the house that checked all my boxes, and I can't thank Jim enough!
We worked with Wesley Charles in purchasing our first home. He was always available to text or call. If I was interested in viewing a property he d have a showing scheduled within minutes. He is knowledgeable about renovations and home improvements; we often discussed the cost effectiveness of upgrading or installing HVAC systems for example. Wesley was instrumental in our home buying process and in the end we got a fantastic deal on a single family home, and Wes helped negotiate several points on the contract saving us thousands. He was so patient with us during our home search that lasted just about 2 years with a break during the pandemic. We saw probably 60 houses with Jon and his team... a lot of duds and some almosts that went under contract as soon as we wanted to put in an offer. They employ realtors that give advise to clients on things such as plumbing and what repairs should cost which is a huge liability. They should educate their realtors to stick to selling homes and not advising clients on matters they are not experts on.

I would not recommend this company. Michelle betts is very unprofessional and overcharges people. What she charged to a client who is also a single mother is just outrageous. There are plenty companies out there that can easily do it for half the price. She will also do anything to get the sale. Even if its dirty

My review is specifically about Jason Owen. My niece just purchased her very first home in Frederick who the main realtor was Jason Owen with Your Castle RE. The previous owners needed to stay in the home a few more weeks before they moved to MI and she was assured that she and her husband would get a final walk through prior to the previous owners moving out. She and her realtor had attempted to contact him multiple times to do a final walk through (needless to say the purchase / negotiations were bumpy / sketchy) Jason Owen NEVER reached back out to my niece and the previous owners already left the state. When my niece and nephew went to go look at the home it was a disaster. The roofers left the gutters piled on the side of the home, the previous owners took some of the attached shelves and now there are huge holes in the walls. God only knows the last time the oven was actually cleaned and by the looks of it my guess would be NEVER. To top it off the previous owners left garbage all over the basement, and never had the home professionally cleaned as promised. Nothing like purchasing your very first home and having to deal with the previous owners FILTH. Very poor communication, no follow through and at the end of the day he walked away with a big fat check for doing nothing. My advise when working with this company is to hire a lawyer.
