My sister and I attended the talk today, Feb 8th 2015, in Toronto. It was invigorating and upbeat. There was a lot to learn and a lot was learnt. It was inspiring.

My daughter and I attended a Wealth Tour with Scott McGillvray today in Burnaby, BC. I am a Mortgage Broker for 16 years and have been to a lot of sales presentations but this was different. Scott was very genuine, warm, engaging and humorous while providing very valuable information he has learned over the last 16 years of investing in real estate. Even if you were not interested in signing up for the 3 day Seminar with Keyspire you would have left with more knowledge to investing than you came with. My husband and I already own a rental with two suites and just renovated a suite in our house. We have all the trades and it would be easier for us to follow Scotts system as we already have key people to go to. I have signed up for my husband and I to take a fall 3 day seminar when available so we can start investing in more properties and my husband can retire sooner! Thank You Scott and crew it was a great day! WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY THE TEACHER WILL APPEAR!!!

It was a great Sunday morning presentation in Ajax by Scott. He was engaging and very informative about real estate investing. The 2 hour presentation went by so quickly, and I wanted to hear more of his own experiences. Great job!

I'm sure Scott is a great guy. But. Id appreciate it if keyspire, the company he's working with, would tailor their ads more. I'm a 20 year old media student who's too busy with school to give a Danm about some lecture about real estate.

Now normally, advertising would not drive me to leave a negative review. Expect in this case. Keyspire seems to have spammed every social media channel in existence. From the usual suspects, Google and facebook, all the way to tik tok and tumblr.

Keyspire, please for the love of CHRIST, target your ads.

Great presentation! Loved the information and the way Scott McGillivray was able to keep the audience engaged! Great sense of humour and easy to understand information! This is an honest review from a someone who went into the 3-day workshop with reservations, but figured if I got $500 ($1000 divided by two) worth of value out of the event, it would be worth it. I think I got double that.
While I won't be continuing with membership in the Keyspire network, I feel the knowledge shared in the workshop was enlightening for newer real estate investors. Yes they have a goal to sign up members, yes they spend a good part of the three days espousing the benefits of joining, but I also got two solid days of great information and an hour one-on-one with a very experience real estate investor (I know he is because I researched him on-line).
I now feel I have a very good lay of the land and discovered a half-dozen real estate investment options I didn't even know existed. Re-organizing my investments this year will likely pay for the workshop several times over. Remember Keyspire is a business and signing up members is part of their business model. I don't feel they employ hard sales tactics and do feel they offer real value. I will use what I learned in the workshop, and who knows, if I feel there is sufficient value for me in the future in a Keyspire membership, I may sign up.

Scott provided easy to understand information on how he became an investor. I would recommend new investors to attend this seminar. Thank you.

Awesome way to get informed and exited about investing in housing. The speakers were incredibly well reversed and funny. I am an 18 year old student, and this got inspired in buying a rental property! Would absolutely recommend, and I would attend the full course if I had the money!

I attended the sept 21 morning event in edmonton. Scott is an amazing speaker. If you don't have a passion for real estate investing going into one of these events Scott will ignite one in anyone. So fun! Great way to spend two hours. Scott gave some really good information in a fun and interesting way. I have owned two income properties in the past and now I want to get back into being a Landlord after hearing Scott's insite.

My boyfriend and I are on our way to buying our first home and we loved this seminar. We learned quite a few practical tips about real estate investment and understand where we need to gain more knowledge. Highly recommended!

I have been to a lot of free presentations, promoting financial education, this by far has been the best. Yes like all the rest, the end goal is to promote the course available but the speaker was able to demonstrate the value of the course. Not only that but the presentation itself provided a number of nuggets of valuable information that could be used for investing. I should know, as I have successfully used a number of these ideas in my own investment programs and wrote about it in my book. Continuing education is one of those discussed and realizing that there is always something to learn, I have registered and am looking forward to the upcoming course.

I was curious but now I'm serious about real estate investing. Definitely recommend the Wealth Tour even if you have the slightest thought in the back of your mind.

Attended the free seminar on Apr 12, 2015 in Vancouver. While this is more of an information session to get you started, there were many great information given. While they did encourage attendees to sign up for the paid course they offer, there was no hard selling. I especially like how he presented the investment gain on investment properties with the buy and hold strategy. I wish they could have went over the different ways of financing a bit more though, but I guess that's in the paid course.

Thank you for taking something that can seem quite intimidating (investing in real estate) and presenting practical models in a way that makes complete sense! Scott's down to earth approach in sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience helped me feel more confident about taking action steps towards attaining more financial security so that I can "have more time to enjoy the things I love to do". Scott is a fantastic, personable presenter and I appreciate the time he dedicates in helping others to be more savvy in their wealth potential through real estate investment.

Attended Scott's seminar on Saturday morning in Surrey. Was delightfully surprised that Scott spoke for the entire two hours. Kept us interested, engaged, laughing and let's be honest, mesmerized by his handsomeness in person! Lots of great information, and I am excited to attend a workshop and keep learning from these experts and break out of my comfort zone.

Attended LWA event at Bingemans, Scott is a great speaker uncovering how much potential investing in real estate has, his story was very inspirational and motivational. It gave us encouragement to proceed with the investing.

Excellent, informative seminar in Vancouver. We learned from Scott how with diligence & understanding of the process you really can turn property buying into a steady wealth stream of investment.
I feel more confident now entering the real estate market and will further research Keyspire procedures.

After attending the seminar on November 1st (in Ottawa) I am encouraged and excited to pursue a future in property ownership. Scott is a fantastic speaker, having shared of his experiences, while delivering a wealth of knowledge. He made us all laugh and reflect upon ourselves in equal measure. In only a few hours, I have learned much about the business of property ownership. I am excited to see where this leads me in the future.

Went to the free 2 hour seminar and thought it was great! I appreciated that Scott had knowledge and experience in our market. Maybe we will have an Alberta version of Income Property on HGTV one day? Holmes & Baeumler have not done that either, Scott!!

I attended this seminar April 25 2015 in London, Ont. In all honesty I only attended because my mother wanted to go, I had no interest myself; I cannot express how happy I am that I did go.
Scott exudes a contagious energy, the information he gives is concise and easy to understand, by the end of the seminar you leave with a confidence that everything he spoke about truly is attainable. I was unable to sign up for the 3 day workshop at this time to due timing but have full intentions on signing up for the next one available in London and will be recommending to everyone I know to do the same.

I attended the seminar in Calgary on Feb 23. I have rental properties but attended as I was interested in what Scott had to say. He took buying rentals to another level for me. I was not taking advantage of leveraging as much as I should be.
I know that the philosophy is to buy and hold but somewhere down the road there needs to be an exit strategy. It would be nice if this angle was covered as well.

I have taken many real estate courses including Rich Dad and Trump. By far, Keyspire is the best. They teach relevant Canadian information that works. I took the original free workshop that Scott was at and it was great. Then I took the 3 day workshop which was incredible and totally worth going to. After that I signed up for the membership, but unfortunately some events happened in life and they were quick to refund with no hassle. Hopefully things will work out and I will sign up for their membership again in the future.

I attended the Keyspire event in Calgary, AB - a city now known for unattainably priced real estate. I have rented since I was a teenager and despite salary increases throughout my life, I never quite made enough to save for a down payment in order to purchase my own property. I have sunk tens of thousands into renting, clinging desperately to the poverty line and wondering how someone who makes so much could have so little to show for it. The Keyspire event was nothing short of inspirational. It was a wake up call to shake me out of financial complacency and encourage me to take a few calculated risks in order to make my life better. I feel like I can definitely make it happen. I attended the session with my mother and between the two of us, our only criticism would be that Scott is already married. Ha!

I came to this as a bit more of a seasoned real estate investor than most so take what I write with that in mind.

Scott is a great presenter, talks well, doesn't talk down to you and is a very pleasant person to listen to. He spends the first 1/2 hr discussing (a bit long-winded I might add!) how he realized when he was a student that if the rental income from a property is greater than the expense he would be cash flow positive and that would mean he could live for free. So he copped together the $ from student loans (I think with the partner he runs Keyspire with) to put a downpayment on a property and rented it out to students. He then spends the next hour discussing the very basic math on owning a rental property and how leverage is great because you can put 20 cents down on the dollar of property and borrow the rest, but the appreciation occurs on the entire value of the property, thereby magnifying your gain on the money you put down. This should be no surprise to anyone who even knows the basics of real estate. He then spends 15 minutes on how owning income properties is best to do long term and that it's always a good time to buy real estate no matter what your age is and don't look back and have regrets that you should have done it years ago. The last 15 minutes is spent encouraging you to sign up for his course by driving home the fact that if you don't do anything nothing will change. A lot of the techniques he uses in encouraging people to take his paid course are very similar to those that courses like Landmark use to sign up participants.

All in all I enjoyed it but didn't learn anything. However, you may and I would not say it is a waste of time to attend. If anything you will find some of his stories entertaining. What I am curious about is what he teaches in the course that I don't already know. Well I don't see any reviews about it and I'd have to pay $1,000 + HST and 3 days at the course to find out so I passed on that. What I did instead was buy his 3 books for $60 and get the 4th one for free at the library:

These were written before they started offering their paid courses and I bet if they could go back they would not have written them as the revenue from them pales in comparison to what they are earning from their courses, yet I bet the bulk of the material is the same. It is telling that the first 3 are no longer offered on his website!

Now, having said all that, I would run this seminar exactly the way he did. He is there to dangle a carrot in front of you that you have to pay for to get so that he can earn revenue from people who sign up for his course, not to give that carrot away for free!

I attended the Barrie session today and it was excellent and inspiring. Scott is a wonderful speaker and his presentation was informative, captivating and humorous. It was interesting to hear how he began his career as well as to learn some of the helpful tips and pitfalls along the way. I'm sure the 3 day workshop will be even more enlightening. Thanks Scott for sharing!

Attended Scott Macgillivray's Wealth Tour. It's about investing in real estate. It was great presentation and challenged me to think differently about the possibility of investing in real estate.

My wife and I attended Scott's seminar today in Allisiton. Before the session I felt it was too late to invest in real estate and Scott advised us it is never too late to invest. He passed along some good information and tips. Thank you for an informative session, We thoroughly enjoyed it and have signed up for the August event.

I have been a fan of Scott for many years, I feel like I know him. I would have really liked to shake his hand. I am a Baeumler Approved Home Inspector and am very interested in everything Scott had to say, I really hope to attend an upcoming event.

Attended the April 11, 2015 seminar in Surrey. Scott is a personable, knowledgeable speaker and loved the seminar. He has inspired my sister and I to go outside our comfort circle and seriously explore options in investment real estate.

My wife and I attended The Lifetime Wealth Academy presentation in Edmonton this afternoon. Scott's story and knowledge gave us affirmation we are taking the right steps in getting started as young property investors. His session enlightened us on some important tips and questions we need to be asking ourselves when looking at prospective properties. Overall, this afternoon was educational and valuable. My wife and I are motivated and have already started to look into making our third property purchase!!! Small investments equals long term gain!!!

Attended the Wealth Tour in Calgary on Sept 20th 2015. I found Scott's portion of the presentation to be interesting and funny. Scott is a good presenter due to his experience on TV and seemed to be genuine and natural. I was able to pick up one tip from Scott's portion of the presentation. As an experienced investor I have to leave a mediocre rating because about 90 minutes of the presentation was done by someone else (not Scott) and did not contain any content that was useful to me. It was more like an infomercial and did not entice me to attend the 3 day workshop.

Went to the free information session but because i didnt have the money that night, i got treated differently and made to feel embarrassed. I was told i they call and if i could get the money i could attend the three day class at the discount price still. I got the money but never got the call back. Long story short if you dont have money dont attend, money is what they want

Attended the Edmonton Sept 21 LWA event. Great information! Scott was a motivating and dynamic speaker who knows how to bring the challenge of learning real investment to an understandable process for anyone!

Wow what a motivating, clear, concise and very direct seminar I attended today in Ajax. Scott was a very engaging and down to earth presenter that made me realize that I was not missing an opportunity by not using all the money I have in equity to make more money. His strategy seems like a pretty fool proof system. I was sponging it up as soon as it was coming from his mouth.

The Wealth Tour workshop this weekend was an engaging introduction to the possibilities that lie ahead with respect to real estate investing...from many different angles. Scott is an engaging and captivating speaker who has a way of delivering valuable information and ideas in a way that inspires and makes you feel empowered to create the life you want. I would highly recommend this event to anyone who either already is investing, or has ever considered building the future they want through real estate.

Overall this was a great experience getting to meet Scott and learn a bit more about where he had started off from. While I reached the goal of having my first investment property at the age of 24. Hearing Scott's story definitely motivated me to keep on track with acquiring as many income properties as I possibly can. The first few seem to be the hardest but I look forward to the challenges ahead !

Scott is a dynamic, insightful and motivating speaker who will convince you to sign up for the Keyspire workshop where you will learn some information at break-neck speed by one of his coaches and at the end you will realize that you just paid for a 3-day Keyspire membership infomercial. If you want to invest in real estate and be guided through it, who better than one of Canada's biggest and most knowledgeable investor teams. But I don't know how confident I am in people who pretty much lied about the contents of the workshop. If you read the reviews on the Keyspire website, you will notice that the majority are reviews of Scott's talk and only one is for the workshop and one for the membership (this was been changed after I wrote this but not the case at the time of my workshop). I really wanted to believe in this organization but now I just feel sick. I think they need to clean up their act if they want to continue.

And in the words of my sweet mother who encouraged me to go to the workshop and fully supported me even though it meant missing Mother's Day, "People are sick and tired of hidden agendas in every aspect of their lives. It is time to break that. Play fair."

A very inspiring talk! I attended the May 23rd talk in Ottawa along with my husband, and we spent the rest of the day discussing all that we'd learned. We're very keen to try the three day workshop as well and will definitely be signing up for their November dates.

It certainly took the "mystery" out of real estate investing and makes you realize that this is something that even the regular folk can achieve.

I attended the LWA event in Edmonton on september 21st. I will suggest to anyone interested in real estate investing to go to any future presentation. Scott is full of energy, funny and he's an inspiration. I loved how the conference was well organized and full of pertinent informations. It's all about finding yourself, putting you on the right path and encourage you to reach your goals. I will definitely pursue my dream of having multiple real estate properties. I can't wait to put into place what I've learned; set goals, plan for the future, have energy, momentum and flexibility and accept advices!

My husband and I attended the seminar on Oct. 26 at the International Centre, Toronto. I have watched Scott's tv show and always find him to be one of the most honest personalities, with real life knowledge! I found the attitude of all of the people involved with this organization to be very motivating and as a realtor, I usually find these "free" events boring or simply a waste of my time, however, we stayed right to the end and Scott kept us engaged and entertained! Not only did we stay, we signed up for the 3 day event and are very excited!!!

Not only was This a GREAT way to spend a rainy day but I also learned a great deal. I got a boost of confidence that I'm doing the right thing with the house I inherited a few years ago. I have the encouragement to keep up with my end goal with the house and now have the knowledge to move forward.

I have been wanting to get into Real Estate Investment for a while now. The session was entertaining, informative and eased my biggest fears. I am ready to take the plunge and take charge of my own future!

Dear Scott - I attended your event in London last weekend. You are a very talented speaker and this is definitely your calling. You kept the interest of the audience, told us your story, gave us tools and just enough information to keep us interested in going further in your academy. I have watched all your shows and love how entertaining and educational they are for those just starting out. You are so good at what you do and should be so proud of what you have accomplished. I was really surprised how, near the end of the event, you started sounding like an infomercial. For the low price of...and this is for two people...sorry - you were so good, and then I felt like I was sitting through a time-share presentation. This is so not like me to give poor feedback, but I think you are so incredibly smart that this just didn't sit right with me. As soon as I feel like I am being sold, I tune out...and I don't think that is how you want your audience to perceive you. Also, a full three day event is impossible for those with young families, but if you offered webcasts, podcasts, these sessions on video training - I would have bought immediately...or in the middle of the night when I was awake thinking about what income property to purchase...the point being, you could be increasing your income when you are sleeping...and reach people across the world with your message. Coaching programs with you and Michael would be interesting as well - sending out a video each week etc. I also would have liked to hear from Michael - obviously you are both brilliant and hearing from him would have been great. I rated this event as a 5 star as it was very educational and fun to meet a celebrity and hear your story. Take or leave (delete) my comments - I just want to see you continue to be super successful...and these are only my thoughts. P.S. We have already looked at two income properties since your event -thank you!!!

My husband and I attended the 2 hour presentation in Niagara Falls yesterday. Scott did an amazing job at presenting his story and also motivating us to take the 3 day workshop to learn more. We already have a couple of properties, but we have a lot of questions we would love to have answered by the experts!

Scott was an excellent speaker, very informative and transparent. It has now given me a little more confidence to take the path of real estate investing.

I recently attended a 3 day Workshop in Edmonton, Alberta. I was thoroughly smitten by the ideas and concepts and there was a kind of affirmation that coincides with what I had always believed, there was also some surprises. To sum up, it was awesome! Only those that want to succeed should attend....

I recently signed up for a virtual course for $300 and have since been charged over $3000 on my credit card, which I just had to cancel as the company would not return my call.

My wife and I just completed the 3 day workshop. It was incredible and Rae the presenter was outstanding. the organization was no pressure and all the workshop team members were very enthusiastic and helpful. It was comforting to know that each of them were in the exact same situation as my wife and I not that long ago and that they are progressing on the road to success. From what we experienced this seems like a very upfront organization and honestly I would expect nothing less from Scott and Michael.

I thoroughly enjoyed this seminar with Scott. It's been said that when you want to know something, you talk to the best.... and Scott certainly is the best.

The Alliston event was both informative and entertaining, two elements which we find critical for ongoing financial education. My wife and I are both excited to continue on our real estate investing path and eager to begin applying and implementing new tools which will add one more element to our wealth building strategy for the long term. This is the second Wealth Tour I have attended in Kitchener on Mar. 8, 2015. Last year I attended in Guelph with my son, who is graduating this spring from Renovation Techniques at Conestoga College. We are interested in getting started in owning our first income property and to get him going as well. Timing wasn't great last year for us, so when the tour came to Kitchener again I decided to bring my husband this time. With my son graduating this spring the timing is now, we are excited to learn how to do this right the first time! Who better than to learn it from, than the expert Scott McGillivray! Was Pleased to Attend the Keyspire Wealth Tour in Kitchener!

The event was professionally organized and presented. Scott was entertaining and informative. He provided some terrific tips and stats to assist anyone purchasing real estate for personal or investment purposes.
Decisions to attend the up and coming 3 day workshop was left up to the individual, there was no pressure to do so. An offer of a discount towards the seminar was offered to all in attendance which was generous (as compensation for the two hour time frame already invested).
Thanks to Scott, his partner Michael and their team, I enjoyed this worthwhile opportunity to learn and grow!

We are planning on attending the 3 day seminar in the future.

My boyfriend and I attended the seminar in Toronto on Feb 8. I was so excited to finally see Scott McGillivray in person! We've been following his show ever since the first season! It was good to learn about refinancing and a bit about leveraging. I really wish we were able to attend the Feb workshops. Hopefully the workshops will happen sometime later this year when I purchase my first home and rent it out.

Attended the Wealth event and liked the information provided. Scott M. has a very warm, funny and engaging style. Need more information toward content of 3-day Workshop before I can invest in program.

So glad I decided to attend! Scott McGillivray has such a wealth of real estate investing knowledge and shares it with the audience. He is able to communicate it in simple understandable terms and is a very dynamic and inspiring speaker.

I just attended the 3 day workshop, first of all I would like to thank Rae and team for an excellent weekend. This workshop opens your eyes up to the many possibilities you can take in real estate investing. The knowledge you acquire is invaluable to help you achieve your goals for retirement. For anyone wanting to change the path their future is going this is a must workshop.

This well organized presentation confirmed many of my real estate investing impressions and provided a new perspective that I found refreshing. I would highly recommend the seminar and the follow-up workshops.

Scott recounts a lot of his own personal experiences and makes great real estate business recommendations based on his past 15 years of experience. Well worth 2 hours of your time to learn from his knowledge.

I attended the April 11th seminar in Surrey BC. It was an amazing experience as it was also the first. I have never thought about investing in real estate because I imagined that it will be impossible but the seminar gave me a whole new perspective and I am now seriously considering it. I particularly loved the 12 core steps and I look at them everyday before going to bed so as to keep the dream alive. I really hope to make it for the 3 day workshop to continue the experience.

Spent my Sunday afternoon with Scott ; ) I was not disappointed. Content was great!! I picked up a few tips and am looking forward to the 3 day seminar so I can get my "Cash Flow for Life" in full swing. Thanks Scott for the information and inspiration!!

Saw the crew in Mississauga today and was very impressed with the amount of information I received in order to get started in investing. Am eager to get started and don't want anyone else to go so I can selfishly, buy up the market and own the world! I would recommend this to anyone who has a desire to learn and earn.

I attended Scott's talks a part of Scott's wealth tour in Ottawa on November 1st 2014, and was thoroughly inspired! Scott is a great speaker and shared with us a good balance of anecdotes and personal experiences along with some numbers, statistics, and strategies. The level of information given was accessible enough to follow, but also specific enough to leave you wishing you had greater understanding of the details. I was so inspired, I signed up for the three day course in January!

I have been in the Mortgage/Real Estate Industry for over 14 years and have attended many seminars and sales courses, this one is by far the best, most practical and user friendly system ever presented.

I attended the February 8th seminar. Scott was very informative and personable and kept the seminar engaging.

He had valuable insight into strategies for real estate investment. As a first time home buyer recently, this seminar has given me confidence that it is manageable and I am now going to put a plan in place to increase my property ownership over the next five years (and beyond).
