We were fortunately tenant that we are smart otherwise we would have stayed 15 days without hot water.
I did not want to give a negative opinion but I had to because this day January 12, we realized that they had charged us the rent for January while we left the apartment since December 28 ...

In any case jspr be reimbursed as they told me within a week. I will not stay there.

This agency managed for me until June 2020 2 rental apartments (for about 5 years).
A tenant left on this date. Following an accounting error (which the agency noticed in September ...) money is missing from the owner's balance and they have already returned the deposit.
Surprised phone call from the owner that I am, confident in the professionalism of my interlocutors.
The agency acknowledges its error (the software is obsolete and generates difficulties). Good.
But refuses to take the steps towards the former tenant because I have withdrawn the management of this apartment to sell it on my side: "I am not going to work for free when you have withdrawn the management from us". I'm surprised. In my world, when we make a mistake, we assume. What's more, I'm still a bit of a client since there is still one apartment under management, right?

I strongly suggest reviewing the overall strategy. Bad faith is very, very rarely the posture to adopt in an interpersonal relationship.
