Scott & Michael's 3 Stage books give you a proven step-by-step guide to investing in real estate. With the help of their teachings we acquired our first property at 24, created a high-end 2 bedroom legal basement apartment which now pays for the majority of the mortgage, and we are getting ready to refinance for our next property! Highly recommend you attend their seminars and read the books- their my real estate investing "bible"!
