I wish I had not bought into this. It was a lot of money. Over 15k. I didn't find it worthwhile. In fact, I my profile is worse off now than it was before. the coaching wasn't really providing any value. They nickel and dime you. They sell hacked-together programs with lots of overlapping content, and lots of tedious filler. Also, the 3-day workshop is very misleading and is only a way to panic you into buying the larger program

Scott, your talk today completely changed my perspective on real estate investing. I gained such valuable insight that I am so excited to apply and explore! Knowing that there are so many resources available to me is super encouraging. As a 26 year old real estate student who has never identified with "conventional wisdom", I now see infinite opportunities in this field and for creating maximum happiness & wealth for my future. Thank you so much for your knowledge, for sharing your experience, and for your positive attitude. I can't wait to share updates on my successes with you!

I have met many people in real estate investing but Scott is THE best. His wealth tour event was an eye opener. I highly recommend attending his knowledge sessions.

As a young professional in the Architectural Design field, I have always been very interested in the possibility of owning my first home and having a income property in the basement. After attending yesterday in Edmonton, Alberta, I can say I am even more excited. I learned so much yesterday, which encouraged me to start making decisions today , for the future. Not only will I start implementing my goals today, but my goals have slightly changed and become much larger ( still realistic).

I attended the Hamilton seminar in June and was amazed with the knowledge I received in the 2 hours I was there. It was an awesome and inspiring seminar. Scott was an excellent speaker and a provider for wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend to everyone interested in becoming a real estate investor to attend one of his seminars. It gave me a whole new outlook on investing in real estate. I immediately visited my financial advisor and within the next few weeks, I was on the hunt to search for first property. Kudos to Scott and his amazing team!

I just attended a presentation in Calgary today, September 20th. I was really excited to hear that Scott was coming here and got on line to reserve as soon as I heard. I've been waffling forever about income property and always talk myself out of it in fear of losing my savings. The information I came away with today was both encouraging and empowering. It gave me the kick I need to get serious. I've been watching the show long enough. Its time to be the star of my own show. I appreciated Scott's no-nonsense, down to earth presentation of information that's crucial to just getting started. I especially like the concept of "not easy, but simple". I've never been afraid of work, but can find ways to make things a lot more complicated than they are. Scott and Katie helped me to realize simplicity works and that it's never too late to do anything as long as I'm still breathing. Thanks for a fun and info packed afternoon. See you again soon.

I attended Scott's Wealth Tour in London on July 19th. Scott had some very funny life stories, he was very informative and provided a lot of very good information, not to mention that he is so easy on the eyes. I was at the Nattawasaga Inn demonstration this past weekend and I thought it was an awesone information session. Scott was fun, easy to follow and very informative. I would recommend to friends.

I attended Scott's introductory seminar in Toronto on May 30. Scott is a charismatic and engaging speaker. He was extremely positive and inspirational. I will be attending the 3 day workshop, and I am super excited to learn more about what I can do to get started today.

Stay away from this company - I'm really disappointed with my experience with them. i took it all the way to the membership level and I feel sick to my stomach right now. First off when you're at the wealth tour, which is the first event - you don't notice you are quietly being scared into buying this 3 day workshop. They drop little scare bombs all the way through, disguised as information, and you also don't notice there is an army of commissioned hard-sell sales people quietly appearing at the back setting up an arsenal of stuff to push on you. Sneaky. The sales people claim to be members and who knows if that's true but I did two of these seminars before I decided to do the work shop and I heard the same salesperson tell 2 different stories. The 3 day workshop is nothing more than a sales event where they don't give you quite enough info to know what to do, just to get you to buy the $25,000 membership where they claim they can get you special deals and networking and vendors, blah blah. Its not worth it. I fell for it though, and my first Mortgage lending deal they got me with Profunds just went bankrupt and I lost $50,000. I feel like throwing up right now. I hear nothing but horror stories from other members about Calum Ross, their mortgage vendor - almost loosing people deals, and their Land development company, Greybrook is hands-down the worst company I have had to deal with. They are a bunch of meat-head hockey players that consistently ignore my requests for help. I'm not a millionaire, and they clearly favour people with bigger pockets than me. I pulled equity out of my home like they teach you so I could invest it, and didn't get any offers for 9 months. I was paying $2000 per month on it, and basically lost $18,000. This company has horrible fulfillment and people need to stay away from it. i am so filled with regret I just wanna cry. More and more of us have finished our first year and there are lots of unhappy members. Trust me folks.

I attended a Lifetime Wealth Academy presentation this afternoon at the International Centre in Mississauga with Scott McGillivray and I must say it was fantastic. His presentation was very informative and as a young person looking to invest, it was a very motivating presentation and I look forward to implementing some of his tips in my future endeavours. My favourite part was when we were asked to share a goal and our best advice with someone else ;) ... I was also surprised to find out that I have a bit in common with him, having also studied Marketing Management at the University of Guelph, Go Gryphons! haha.. Thanks for the educational Sunday afternoon.

I'd be interested in attending the 3 day workshop, but am currently unable to due to health issues. I would recommend Scott's seminar to anyone interested in generating passive income from real estate. Based on the material presented at the free seminar, I'm confident the 3 day workshop would be very worthwhile.

My husband and I have been talking for the past few years about buying an income property. The event in Alliston was just what we needed to get focused on that track again. I hope to attend one of the upcoming 3-day seminars to really kick start the process. Scott is a really effective speaker; I applaud him and his team for sharing their knowledge and expertise to inspire others to succeed in this business. The one piece that really jumped out at me was when Scott said "don't look for the people in the business who tell you what can't be done, look for those who tell you how you can do it." Such practical advice but inspiring at the same time. Loved, loved this event!

My husband and I attended your workshop in Sherwood Park, AB just this past Saturday and were both very impressed. We loved how through the presenters stories and information we felt like this is something we can do and do well! We have always wanted to get into real estate investment, but something has always seemed to hold us back. But now we know that it was just fear and not enough knowledge. After the seminar, we immediately signed up for the 3-day workshop and are both really looking forward to it! We can't wait to get started!

The Sunday Afternoon Seminar was very engaging. Scott is an excellent speaker and definitely inspires. I wish I had this information earlier on in my life but I have one rental property and looking to get my second within the year. I've educated my 30 yr old son on creative financing over the years and he now has two properties and looking for a third. I have signed up for the 3 day workshop and hope my son is able to be my free guest as he would definitely benefit.

The seminar gave me the courage to move ahead with another property and look at possibilities of continuing where just last week I was making excuses as to why I shouldn't buy another property due to my wanting to retire in 5 yrs. After the seminar I thought this will be my retirement job which I will love since I do nothing but watch Scott's show and listen to how he crunches the numbers.

I am so looking forward to the workshop and learning more about financing and different ways of getting good tenants, rental insurance etc.

I've been to several of these type events and this is by far the best one. More substance, less fluff, more genuine, less pandering.

I attended the seminar with my husband in Toronto. Scott was very motivating and broke it down into manageable pieces.
We are already doing the majority of what Scott had suggested but it is great to hear it again and we gained a lot of knowledge. The biggest tip was the "Flip to yourself".

I also appreciated it how the 3 day seminar was not pushed to the extreme.

I attended the Surrey, BC April seminar. A very inspiring presentation that makes wealth through real estate investment achievable!!! Well worth the time!

My husband and I attended the April 26th presentation in London. We found Scott to be engaging and informative for the entire time that he spoke. His anecdotes were entertaining, but, more importantly, guided those in attendance to think about the future. At no time did we feel pressured to move on to the next step, and, given a few pointers have already changed our thinking about real estate investment. I would definitely recommend the Wealth Tour to all people who would like a deeper understanding that thinking out of the box, and working hard to achieve your SMART goals can reap rewards.

I attended the Wealth Tour yesterday at the TO Congress Centre in Mississauga. It was awesome to hear Scott speak. He is quite the entertainer and captivating speaker. I appreciated his story and how he built success in real estate. It has been an amazing pleasure to watch him over the years share his understanding and creativity via his shows. Katie, presenting in more detail some of what we can learn from Keyspire, is a fantastic speaker. I had the pleasure of listening to her speak previously at another seminar and loved her then too. I attended the Nov 1 seminar in Ottawa. It was very useful and helped me fill in some of the blanks around real estate investing. The emphasis on positive cash flow was important as I know people who must have invested in negative cash flow properties. I had shied away from real estate for that reason. I am much more interested in buying property now.

Just completed the 3 day Keyspire training. Rae was a pleasure to listen to. His style was light and fun but he very successfully got his message across. Rae made time for us after the session and during breaks so we could get clarification on any items that we were not clear on. I feel the weekend was well worth my time and that I'm continuing on the Real Estate path better equipped to embrace the opportunities.

What I loved the most about the LWA event in Ottawa was that it affirmed what I do know, inspired me and gave me a comprehensive outline of real estate investing topics that are imperative to study and learn about in order to succeed. Considering it was free, it was definitely well worth my time! I am excited to create wealth through real estate because this is the first time in my life that I have felt it is possible. I have wanted to invest in real estate since I was 18 but unfortunately talked to people that discouraged me and also lead me to believe that it was not feasible for me at that time. 19 years later, I am older and have developed persistence and realize that if someone says it can't be done, just keep looking until you find someone that says it can be done and how to do it. Very down to earth presentation. Scott gave lots of situations that we relatable, and is very humble at explaining how he got to be where he is. For a free seminar, he knocked it out of the park for sure.

I attended the Alliston seminar, was very pumped after leaving. I am a single mom who bought myself a home in a new development near a university, already renting one of my rooms. I am so inspired by Scott, now I'm thinking of renting out my house and wanting to buy another. I have that itch wanting to learn more. Scott is very Knowledgeable. We needed that push and inspiration, and the jam-packed two hours was full of helpful advice and just enough information for us to know that we were on the right track. The financing information was of the most value.

Inspirational Event!

I attended Scott's show on February 8th, 2015 at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre. I have recently been at cross roads with my career. I have graduated from U of G as well specializing in the real estate program. I have specialized in commercial appraisal, however I have been at a cross roads with my career. I believe Scott's ways of gaining an income stream is an excellent way to realize profit over time. Anyways his show was great and I love his natural sense of humour!

i recently attended the key spire wealth touring kitchener with my wife and was very excited to hear what scott had to say ,being a first time investor he really made me sit up and think about investing more seriously and i signed up for the three day course in mar and i am really looking forward to hearing what Rae Ostrander has to bring to the table ,and hoping to take this new knowledge and start a new career for myself in investing .

I'm so glad I took the two hours out of my Saturday morning to come meet Scott, and hear the words of property investment wisdom that flowed from his years of experience. He is such a down to earth, authentic, and motivational speaker. I have been inspired to make a plan, learn all I can, and move ahead with making the most of the opportunities at my doorstep. I vow not to live my life as a barking duck!

Loved the seminar. Could have kept listening for hours. Unfortunately, I will no longer be in London when the 3 day session will take place so I could not sign up, but if this is coming up in Calgary anytime soon, I would love to know. :) Scott, you have a great way of putting both a positive and realistic spin on real estate investment. One advice that will stick with me (and I will take this one), is to surround ourselves with people who can tell us how to do what we want rather than people who will discourage us from doing them. From the staff offering water upon arrival, the opportunity to take photo's with Scott, Scott's introduction of himself and his story into Real Estate Investing, Katie's presentation and story. I thought it was very well presented and sparked enough interest for us to further our education into Real Estate Investing through Keyspire. I would recommend attending the Wealth Tour to anyone that has ever considered Real Estate Investing and to anyone looking for ways to increase your wealth. It's 2 hours that could change the way you invest.

Interesting seminar! Great to see Scott in person. Picked up some interesting ideas and thoughts regarding the differences between approaching real estate from an investor perspective versus the usual home owner's perspective.

I attended the Wealth Tour and was so inspired to learn more, I signed up for the weekend workshop. I am now a Keyspire member and just attended the 3 day summit in Toronto. Very excited to join this amazing team. Scott and Michael (and their team) offer education, guidance, a networking stream and more which is priceless when navigating the world of real estate investing. It seems like a lot of money to join but I feel as though we already have positive ROI. Knowledge is power and they make it easy to educate yourself.

I went to the April 12th Event in Vancouver. It was a really informative and modern take at Real Estate Investing. New to the business I found many handy tips n' tricks. I'm really excited to build wealth through estate to reach my dream of building low income housing for at risk, homeless, and recovered demographics. It was great. I had gone to other similar events, and I liked the straightforwardness of this one as compared. Scott was sincere and made very good points on how to create wealth. I am currently talking with professional brokers and realtors on how to get started!

Highly recommend Scott McGillivray's Wealth Tour. My sister took me to it and it was a good investment of my time. Scott's two hour overview gave specific tips for realistic opportunity. Information is clear, concise, relevant and often delivered with key memory phrases for easy retention. It's a lot of information, but I never felt overwhelmed. Scott doesn't just deliver info, he explains it.

Had a great and wonderful time today at the Lifetime Wealth Academy! What made a big impact on me was the fact the Scott was actually there! I have been to other workshops/seminars and it was the employees who were there not the actual host.

I learned today that you need a good support system. Either a family member or a business partner to keep you on track. It is the negativity that keeps us from moving beyond the information and the education whether from ourselves or others. There are so many points that were made and how true they are that I can not put them all down. I'm impressed!!! Thanks Scott for sharing!!!

As Scott seems to avoid the Maritime, I went to Ottawa and attended the presentation there. As much as Scott's stories and experiences made for an entertaining and interesting presentation, I was sorely disappointed that it was simply a pitch for their LWA course. I didn't expect a full on 1 1/2 hour of Scott passing on trade secrets, but I wished there would've at least been a Q&A segment. With no course planned in the Maritime, I guess the cd-book will have to do.

The session was very informative and clearly there is a lot more to learn. Scott is entertaining and tells it how it is. Love his attitude. Very interested in moving forward in the Real Estate market.

The 2 hour presentation was great. It was hosted at a great venue, the hall looked very professional, sign in was instantaneous, the speaker was engrossing and shared some helpful information etc...I highly recommend it!

Great event in Calgary! I think beginner real estate investors would really benefit from the 3 day course.

Attended in Surrey on April 11th and highly recommended! Scott is an engaging, entertaining speaker who is able to explain his ideas clearly in layman's terms so everyone understands. I am excited to learn more at the three day workshop! Two thumbs up!!

These were the best two educational hours I have ever spent. Thought provoking content and a very engaging speaker. I have two income properties, which I just purchased in the past 7 months...I can't wait to change it up a bit and really let the properties work for me. I thought I would be a 'flipper' and learned I would prefer to Flip to Myself! I attended with my adult children and now they understand my passion. It doesn't matter if you are in your 20's or 50's or any age...you just have to understand that is you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done! Thanks for a great workshop.

Most eye-opening 2 hours you could ever spend. Scott was very engaging and had a wealth of knowledge to share.

there was nothing worth taking and running with
less info than free bigger pockets can give you or any of the free multifamily investing podcasts like Joe Fairless or Michael Blank. I dragged my son with me, what a turn off for him. Would have loved to take away something good but no it was just a bunch of fluff who gives these guys a 5 stars? I'm in sales and this is sales of nothing. 1st free sales seminal - we have members that got rentals (wow) but if you pay us 1000$ plus you get more info. you go and they try selling you a 30K package of ? more fluff. Feel sorry for people who actually got taken and are too easy into believing Scott will make them millionaires. Why do you think the seminars keep being used for up sell without concrete info. Older people with no real estate knowledge join and keep paying more in hope that Scott's people will help them. After 3 gauging seminars they are more broke than ever. the second seminar is only used to sell 25000$ packages. how annoying is that when you come to learn and all you hear is you should invest 25000$ with us because.....you just paid to sit in an advertising commercial paid by your time and money. SCAM

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Creating Wealth Through Real Estate Barrie Event at the Nottawasaga Inn this morning.
Scott was enthusiastic, charming and very funny as he shared his stories and experiences. The 2 hours flew by making us crave more information.
My husband is a contractor and I am a dental assistant looking to retire in the next few years. I have always found real estate a sound and lucrative investment, buying low, renovating, and then getting top value with my own homes and seeing huge profits that I never could have realized with savings or other investments. In the past 2 years I have started a part time home staging business working with a realtor to help others maximize their profit as well.
My husband and I have been thinking more and more about investing in a number of rental properties to help with our retirement. We are poised and ready to go, with a fabulous real estate agent who follows the market religiously and who worked tirelessly with me during the last 2 home purchases, and would love to attend the 3 day seminar. We can clear our calendar for the Aug dates but are sitting on the fence because we are concerned that it may be primarily a motivational event. We do not need motivation....that we have.....but a concrete working knowledge of the ins and out of the real estate investors business which would give us the confidence to finally pull the trigger to start the ball rolling.
We are reading the ebook that was presented to us today and find it very helpful. What a great gift for attending! I am certain it will become our bible as we move ahead with our future investments.

i attended the three day workshop. Really valuable real estate investing course. Tangible information without a hard sale about the membership. Even a seasoned real estate professional could learn a few tricks.

My wife and two sons attended the seminar Feb 8th, 2015 in Toronto. We have enjoyed watching Income Property hosted by Scott McGillivray for some time now. Scott has always impressed us with his honest, straight forward approach, so we were excited that he would be speaking here in Toronto about investing in income properties.
We were not disappointed. Of course it was wonderful to learn that Scott is the same person off screen as on, but I was even more delighted when I saw that all of the stats that Scott had charted regarding housing costs and interests rates over the past several years were bang on accurate. This gave me even more confidence that Scott and his team were providing us with material and information that is not presented just to "sell" us on an idea but actually factual and reliable information that will help us get started. The presentation was inspirational and positive, but not over the top fake salesmanship. The information is clear, concise and easy to understand.
My wife and I have both signed up for the classes starting February 20th and we can't wait to get started! I now have confidence that when my wife get this started, we can help our sons, who already have great work ethics, work smarter and not harder to succeed.
