I attended the Nov 1 seminar in Ottawa. It was very useful and helped me fill in some of the blanks around real estate investing. The emphasis on positive cash flow was important as I know people who must have invested in negative cash flow properties. I had shied away from real estate for that reason. I am much more interested in buying property now.
