reinforced ideas that already knew. Scott is a great speaker. I also started buying homes when I was 21, but have been out of loop for a while. I have just got back in the game, with the purchase of a large duplex, that needs a basement apt. I had my wife sign up for the 3 day course, and she will take one of our adult children. Thanks again for a great afternoon. I cant wait to see how my wife enjoys the course.
