there was nothing worth taking and running with
less info than free bigger pockets can give you or any of the free multifamily investing podcasts like Joe Fairless or Michael Blank. I dragged my son with me, what a turn off for him. Would have loved to take away something good but no it was just a bunch of fluff who gives these guys a 5 stars? I'm in sales and this is sales of nothing. 1st free sales seminal - we have members that got rentals (wow) but if you pay us 1000$ plus you get more info. you go and they try selling you a 30K package of ? more fluff. Feel sorry for people who actually got taken and are too easy into believing Scott will make them millionaires. Why do you think the seminars keep being used for up sell without concrete info. Older people with no real estate knowledge join and keep paying more in hope that Scott's people will help them. After 3 gauging seminars they are more broke than ever. the second seminar is only used to sell 25000$ packages. how annoying is that when you come to learn and all you hear is you should invest 25000$ with us because.....you just paid to sit in an advertising commercial paid by your time and money.
