Kenzi Menara Palace Marrakech Review

Not that a good place except for night, lots of entertainment when dark starts..lmao.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The Hotel grounds indeed is a palace and I would definitely rate it 5*. However the rooms are spacious, airy and quiet modern. The walls and furniture need some TCL and the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. I would highly recommend this hotel..x

The service was very attentive and courteous at this hotel. I especially thank the reception service which has given us a very warm welcome. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting the city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Kenzi Menara Palace both by the beauty of the place and by the services offered there as well as the kindness and attention paid by the staff.

First of all, my family and I were very well received by the receptionist Salma whose professionalism and kindness marked us.
She made us feel very welcome and showed us a lot of attention (one of the reasons why we chose to book on site at the Kenzi Menara Palace).
During our reservation (on site) we opted for the "all inclusive" formula and we were not disappointed.
Indeed, we were able to enjoy unlimited drinks and snacks by the beautiful Palace swimming pool. Cocktails like the Acapulco and the alcohol-free Mojito (on request) were well served and we were able to enjoy them on comfortable deckchairs accompanied by refreshing granita.
My family and I also enjoyed the generous and tasty buffet that was offered to us.
The latter, well supervised by the chefs, cleaning staff and cooks, scrutinizing every detail, was very tasty.
Subsequently, we were able to meet one of them, Chief Rachid, who received us very well.
This one has been listened to many times, including once accompanied by one of her colleagues, Ms. Ptilhaj, who was also very nice.
We ate our meals in a beautiful, clean and tidy restaurant, being well served by the friendly waiters.
The dishes and desserts were well made and the taste was there.

During our very short stay in this place, appreciated for its calm and beauty, we greatly appreciated the work of the duo (a woman and a man) responsible for the atmosphere of the Palace.
They were able to entertain us and invite us to dance during an evening. They also set up a Water Polo match in the palace's main swimming pool which was very well supervised and appreciated.
This very friendly duo and having very good contact with the residents of the palace we really liked.

Finally, let's talk about the bedroom.
The bedding was of a very good standard, the sheets, pillows and the like were clean. The room was clean and well equipped (desk, cupboards, televisions with international channels, mini-bar, seats, clean bathroom with tub and shower, kettle, air conditioning ...) something surely due to a good team and management.

Thus, our stay was greatly appreciated by all of my family, we hope that the quality, friendliness and friendliness of the staff (from security to the maintenance agent) will be maintained until our next stay, since we will be back with pleasure!

Friendly staff and great value for money. Easy access to the airport is a plus, with a great pool, a full pool, all inclusive buffet meals and beverages. The disadvantage is that the kids club program does not know and the staff does not have the expertise to see the children.

Nice quiet and peaceful hotel. But you get birds coming into the restaurant.

Pleasant setting, rooms a little viellottes, by cons the restoration leaves something to be desired (except for the breakfast)

I have been going to Kenzi Menara Palace for several years.
I am still satisfied with all the services of this hotel.
Pastries a real treat for the eyes and taste buds is the best pastry chef in Morocco.

I have been going to Morocco for 15 years twice a year.
I did a lot of hotels and riads.

Spread over a large area, lots of greenery and large rooms

Most of the guests were French of Moroccan origin. Our experience was bad, when we arrived they moved us to another hotel because it was full, they lied to us several times and the extra bed did not meet our expectations. They do not have animation and as in Spain you have to get up to take a place in the pool. The best pool and bar staff and cleaning.
We will not be back.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed at the Kenzi.
The hotel is in a great location 15 mins from the airport and 20 mins from Jamar Lafna Square.

One downside was the shower, we also had a bathtub. The shower was leaking ...
But hey, nothing serious.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, the garden is clean and pleasant.
Finally, special mention for the cuisine. We ate every day in the hotel restaurant.
High-end buffet catering. A lot of choices.
Mainly Moroccan food.
The chef varied the dishes every day for lunch and dinner.
What to say about the pastry: excellent !!
The pastry chef is a renowned chef.
Everything is homemade, not too sweet pastry, everything is fine. And he uses some great products.
The staff are really nice !!

I had a good stay, the food was delicious but also wonderful and I liked everything else except that in the room they were missing things like slippers, towels because as soon as you wanted to shower there was no had none, so we had to wait until the next day.
Otherwise I would like to thank the staff and room service

If I could I would put the 0 star rating.
Hotel which calls itself "palace", I find that really pretentious because it is not even worth a 3 stars.
This hotel is a joke you get a lot better for the same price in Marrakech.

Very good hotel. For the price it would not be possible to demand more. The pool has enough beds to use. The hotel shops are good and with good prices. There is a navette every 20 minutes to the center of Marrakesh. Quiet place.

This place is okay. Our room has patches all over the wall. The sink doesn't drain. The staff gave us different pricing for the same thing and were confused when we told them about their discrepancies. The breakfast food is not at a level of a 5 star hotel. Pool is good and rooms are really big

The hotel has nothing to do with a palace we must review its status, we were frankly disappointed. We will never come back here again. Already at the first contact at the reception we were received in an unpleasant way, not to mention the lack of smile, robotic communication, no sympathy, At the beginning we asked the reception if we could have a room with pool view , the gentleman told us that it will not be possible today and that tomorrow he will change the room (we were ready to pay the extra) we had no return in relation to our request. The staff and the service leave to meditate. When accessing the pool they always ask us the room number I think it's not nice, also the fitness room is zero planted on the roof with little equipment, the quality of food on the menu is zero (By the way we had an intoxication on the last day of our stay), we must always ask the waiter to give us coffee which also has no taste, the staff gives you the impression that you are not welcome . Too much to say but to summarize: it's a big disappointment. At checkout Miss Rabab asked if my stay went well, I said no and she did not even try to find out why!
