Great hotel, unfortunately less well maintained in recent years, but still a safe bet. On the other hand, the all-inclusive formula is not recommended because it only includes entry-level drinks. Staff attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner ok but could be better seen the standing claimed by the hotel

Pure scam, we booked with end of year party included, but our surprise when we were asked a supplement of 2000 dh per person to attend.

Very nice hotel, spacious hall scented with orange blossom, spacious rooms, very pleasant garden, 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Varied buffet breakfast. "General" restaurant buffet style, u 'inexpensive for the quality served. 2 "specialty" restaurants (Moroccan and Italian) open only in the evening, very disappointing. Better to dine elsewhere ... In short, very nice hotel that must make efforts on the restoration.

Very professional staff, welcoming, caring and attentive. Very contemporary room and very spacious.

Wonderful breakfast.

We particularly appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. From the front desk, to the waiters in the restaurants, from the chef to the musicians, to the service ladies and of course all the spa staff, they were all perfect! The garden and pools were 1st choice, the water aerobics instructor and the staff at the poolside restaurant were really attentive and competent. The dishes that were offered to us were not only a pleasure for the palate, but just as much for the eyes; nothing was left to chance. The rooms were perfect, spacious and very comfortable and we will not hesitate to return to this hotel on our next trip

Nice hotel, although it is a bit older .. Friendly and helpful staff. A flat: access to the indoor heated pool is not free.

An unforgettable stay in a wonderful setting.
Everything is done to feel comfortable: the staff are welcoming and attentive.
As soon as we arrived, a nice surprise to discover the very large rooms and their terrace.
The Cherif concierge offered us a program for a week's vacation (excursions, driver ...) while respecting our wishes and a holiday rhythm.
The restaurant is amazing with a variety of dishes and a choice being renewed every day. The desserts are worthy of the greatest pastries.
The servers are very attentive.
On the entertainment side, you can count on Simo's good humor (and he'll let you win at ping-pong!)
The garden is very beautiful and after a day in the noise of the city, it is a pleasure to walk there.
We will be back with great pleasure.

Good service, good accommodation in beautiful gardens. Food is excellent for mass catering. Staff are pleasant and attentive. Restaurant staff are good but could benefit from some additional training on how to manage their sections. This was an irritant rather than a major issue. Overall very good

Stayed here with my family. The staff including cleanersall are lovely. Waiters are very good. Thanks nice experience will be back again.

The hotel is beautiful I would suggest that they put more for rieti in left food and their customer-service could-be better as they are slightly slow the workers little learn English he cares not everybody speaks French and it's very difficult explaining things to them when they dont speak any form of English the good side to staying at this hotel wars there is a more very close by and a stocks everything so you can ritually go to and have lunch or dinner there it's very convenient

Excellent Experience Highly Recommended: We went on an all girls trip, and we loved the hotel, from the pools, views to the choice of seating areas.

The room was cleaned well and beautifully presented, better than the photos.

The location is ideal with free shuttle courtesy of the hotel during mornings. The dinners in the evenings were beautiful!

The live entertainment (band) was exceptional.

Last but not least, the staff were amazing, the highlight, as they treated you like family. Including concierge who went above and beyond to help us as a friend.

The best holiday I've had, thank you!

Superb hotel great cleanliness good value for money address must

A very nice place with a huge pool. The personal is excelent.

If you do not have access to a car, the Kenzi is located very far from anything in Marrakech besides a pair of nightclubs and other hotels. For food there is almost nothing around except overpriced hotel buffets or the fast food court at a nearby mall. Many of the staff are very kind and welcoming, but there are also many of them that wear their dissatisfaction working in a hotel on their sleeve. I only speak English and Spanish, so the difficulty in communicating in an Arabic/French speaking country falls mostly on me, but because I was in Morocco for work not by choice I found myself often frustrated with an inability to communicate whenever I had an issue. Lastly, upon leaving I realized I left some personal effects including credit cards and US dollars in one of the bedside tables in my room. I immediately contacted the hotel from the airport with specific instructions as to where these items are and in part because of the language barrier have been unable to get the situation rectified. My experience was not unique among my work group, so much so that we will not be using this hotel when we return next month.

Lovely large hotel at luxury end of the market. A little out of Marrakech but still close enough to the medina to make it a viable location for a city break.

Very poorly received, the sunbeds to be desired, I booked a double room with two single bed I was given a double bed with a small bed that unfolds, no atmosphere in the hotel.
As much pay a little more and go elsewhere.

We were well received I highly recommend this hotel at all levels I will always come back to this hotel next time

A nice hotel just let down by some niggling touches. Food is pretty samey , and the bar staff can be a bit miserable. Good pools and no rush to get a subbed, excellent concierge service and very pleasant atmosphere. Well worth 4 stars. Not quite there for 5. Potential is there tho.

Good hotel, big premium spaces, beautiful terrasse and garden.. The rooms are also large and fully furnished. I recommend it.

This hotel has changed the setting remains the same I have always had a lot of fun coming but after this time not sure that I come back too noisy the children run and knock on doors even after having warned my location of my son's mattress. springs hurt her back I asked someone to change me, they told me yes I'm still waiting

Amazing experience at this hotel. Staff were very hospitable and the service was impeccable. No request was too much for them to oblige!

Great diversity in the dishes on offer ... a delight! Family atmosphere, casual, suitable for children and adults with various activities .... impossible to get bored.

Good views. Large rooms but service isn't suitable for a five star hotel. Staff at the restaurant isn't warm. No service at table and when you ask a server to bring you something, you'll probably not get it as he would "forget it". A person nearby asked for a spoon and the guy told her there you are on the other table. I found it very impolite. Some friends reported that their rooms are not clean enough and sound isolation isn't top neither.

unpleasant staff, sublime pool but sunbed horrible umbrella hs, food not fresh, I had to go to the pharmacy several times, not to mention too far from the city center, taxi a shot c 10 euros a shot c 5 euros a shot c 3 euros, for visiting this hotel in 2016, it has received, do not change anything you are at the top (value for money) you will find bcp better cheaper and not far from everything I advise you ps it is 45 and the air conditioning turns to slow motion impossible to sleep

Lovely place. Its a French speaking hotel with the majority of the staff not being able to understand or speak English. Cocktails are not for the faint-hearted as they don't measure any spirits. The desserts are lovely and are the best thing apart from the views about the hotel.
It is difficult to get the local currency changed into smaller notes at the hotel or the shops within the hotel, however if you speak French you might be in luck.
You are not allowed to bring in outside food or drink into the hotel. Be warned they say room servuce is included if you're all inclusive, but if you order room service you will be charged-which is confusing.
The hotel excursions are good.

Beautiful and friendly atmosphere with very professional services. The food is great .One of the nicest resorts with the most professional and helpful people. Always ready to help you with a big and real smile. They really make you feel at home. Five star hospitality! !!!!!
