Clearly deserves its 5 stars! We (my husband and I) have been here since November 1st, 2017 and we like it and more every day. Great service, tasty food and heavenly desserts. The waiters are literally waiting for the glasses to be emptied so that they can be refilled in no time at all. The pool is very clean, quiet and great music is played (something for every taste in music)!
The animators always try to ensure a good atmosphere, aqua courses, etc.

I would particularly like to highlight ZARA with its dance courses such as Salsa, Kudoro, Oriental and Madison. It makes the pool area a real experience and is the sunshine when the sun is not shining there. At this point, many greetings to you!

In the U-shaped hotel, the dining and reception rooms are located in the main wing, the rooms are in the side wings. We were lucky enough to get room 227 with a view of the pool area. The room is very clean, the towels in the bathroom are constantly changed.

In addition, the hotel offers a shuttle service that goes to the old town (approx. 5 minutes drive!).

So far we are completely satisfied and can recommend the hotel in all respects.

Ous stay here was amazing. The staf is very friendly and very professional. The rooms are big and the bed is comfy. The chefs prepare a delicious feast everyday. We loved lounging around the pool. The animation team gave it 100% every day to get visitors involved with aqua gym or watervollybal. Our stay here was very pleasant

A delightful hotel. Large site with the building a "horseshoe square" around two outside pools and gardens. Clever gardening sections off areas of seating so that it doesn't feel too much like a line of sun loungers.
I stayed over winter and although cool in the morning and evenings the weather is more than sufficient to swim in the smaller pool during the day.
Food was good very good in the buffet and I was pleasantly surprised given to ocassion critical review of it.
The devour is a little tired in sections. This doesn't trouble me as nothing is "new" once opened to the public but I suspect is the route of some of the negative comments along the lines of "this is not a 5 star establishment"

The staff have been nothing but delightful and helpful. All I have encountered speak perfect English, and French substantially better than me.
There is a shuttle bus that takes you into town. It drops you off approximately 10 mins from Jemaa El Fna, a rather pleasant stroll through Parc Lalla Hasna and across a main road. They run 10, 12, 15, 19 and return 15 mins later. For an included service I found this more than sufficient but if you are mobility issues you will of course need to invest in private taxis at a cost of between 50 to 70 Diram.
Overall relaxing, enhanced my experience, convenient to explore the hussel and bussel but pleasant estate to retreat back to. There is some noise outside from a road and ocassion aircraft as the airport is so near the city and thus hotel is the west side also.

Excellent hotel, some really great staff, superb food. The hotel is huge and modern but has been built and fitted out to give a Moroccan feel (the main guest wings are built in a riad style etc.)

It's not in the centre of town but there is a shuttle to town and you can get taxis very easily.

The room is beautiful, the bed is so comfy, the gardens are relaxing. The pool area is very nice and wasn't crowded.

Very nice hotel, recommended. :)

Excellent hotel, traditional style, spastious and clean rooms, air conditioning, wifi, large balcony, but staff at L. Disappointable, and service to the restaurant. Against the professional service.

Hotel named palace .... just the name !!!!

Hotel named palace .... just the name !!!!
The cocktail menu is perfect but just on paper, the bartenders can hardly do any ... none !!!
Dusty hotel
Same buffet every day, little change.
If you are not all inclusive, this hotel is very expensive for services below all standards
The spa: the masseuses are jaded, treatments at the limit of the price
I do not recommend this hotel which only has the name of a palace but not the service

To start from the beginning.

To start from the beginning.
On our arrival we had a surprise waiting for us. We was upgraded to a suite and on arrival we had a cake surprise for our anniversary....
After that i had an incident and Maroua helped me to find a good hospital to go, she arranged even for our transport and everything....
After that we had to spend and day in the hotel as I wasn t feeling very well. Maroua and Simo made us feel so so comfortable and they helped my husband to plan a surprise for our anniversary... They made as a big and nice cake and offered us a la carte menu. The people that are working there are very friendly and make us feel really nice.
Simo is the best entertainment, and makes you laugh all the time. Like he said: Always Smile Like Banana ....
On our last night there Maroua picked us up from the hotel and we went to a really nice sky view restaurant... and she got me a nice present with body treatments as I couldn t go and visit anything.....
The only part that I wasn t that good is the buffet. There is a lots of food but the food was cold... If they can pay more attention on that it will be everything perfect. I will definitely recommend and go again.
Thank you guys for our amazing stay....

Pleasant hotel, welcome welcome.
The staff are available and very helpful. Should be a bit more indoors, during breakfasts.
The gardens are superb, and the view of the Atlas mountains admirable.

Sumptuous hotel and very clean. Friendly staff. However flat on the buffet which was poorly organized and especially a staff in the room who is more helpful if there is a tip. Otherwise you are not a priority, too bad.

Best experience ever. The hotel has everything you ever need and the staff is more than friendly, professional, experienced, qualified and happy to help you.
My husband and I have spent 4 lovely days here celebrating our marriage anniversary and we will definitely come back for holidays.
We strongly recommend this place and if you ever need something special talk to Mr CHERIFF. He has the ability to talk in 6 different languages , he can and will be able to make your visit extraordinarily special and organise all the things for you.
Enjoy!!!
And a big THANK YOU for everything

Big hotel and a giant pool and with a dj the lousy reception service you arrive at the hotel and they put you where they first catch you without caring how many guests there are in my case 3 and we only had 2 single beds 4 hours it cost us to solve the issue. regular housekeeping service doesn't make beds right, they don't leave towels. I didn't like breakfast, you end up eating 4 things
