Unbelievable, can't get emergency service on a Sat...

Unbelievable, can't get emergency service on a Saturday, the person I was told is sitting at the service desk and won't pick up the phone and I get sent to message. I wish administration sees this and looks into who was in charge on 5-16-2015 in the service department because this will affect the business. That person is getting paid to do nothing. .... so frustrating

Avoid the service center . Expensive and poor quality. Paid 2500.00 for a catilyitic converter that lasted two years. When I called they wouldn't help or fix problem. Over charged for poor quality parts. Do yourself a favor and avoid the service center. I'm in market for new vehicle and know where I won't be going.

I recently purchased my first car from this dealer...

I recently purchased my first car from this dealership, and I couldn't recommend it more. Ben Aul was my salesman and he is amazing. He walked me through every step of the process, and got me the car I wanted. I don't feel like I went into any part of it blind. He was incredibly personable and showed great integrity. Everyone I met there was very kind. I am extremely happy not only with my car, but with the dealership I chose.

The Car buying experience was good. They got me the exact make and color with the precise performance package i was looking for. The car is everything i could have imagined and more. The Fiesta ST is a hoot to drive and any enthusiast should seriously consider one. Unfortunately, as soon as i drove the car off the lot my salesman dropped of the face of the earth and stopped returning my calls. This was extremely disappointing and hopefully is resolved soon because if not, i will be taking my new car elsewhere for service.

Edit: I have to make an Amendment to what I said above. Kenny Ross, and specifically Jacob Marvin, really stepped up to the plate to make this right. Turns out what happened above was just a communication error and has since been resolved above and beyond what I could have expected. Because of this I have changed the review from 3 to 5 stars because honestly, I'm driving away with the exact car I wanted with every need being met in the buying process. They've also worked with me in the aftermarket department and couldn't have been better.

Edit #2: I have to change my rating once again and this pertains to the customer service. I bought this car back in February and have since stated my experiences above. Well, back in July, the paint started to yellow inside the doors of my car. This wasn't due to sun damage because it was happening inside the door jam. This yellowing has since spread to other doors and I haven't been given help by Ford or Kenny Ross. I went through Ford corporate to have them fix this but they said it was something I or someone else did to the car and refused to cover it under warranty. Since then Kenny Ross has told me they're willing to help me but refused to explain if they'd cover the cost (The car has 8K miles and under warranty) and hasn't returned my phone calls. Every time i talk to the service department/sales/management doesn't seem to have any idea of what's going on regardless of the messages i leave or the people i talk to. My last communication was with a manager via email and he said he looked forward to our communication. I'm still waiting for said communication.

Overall, dealing with this place has been a nightmare. The only person who would regularly get back to me and tell me her honest opinion was Paula Mooney in service. She was wonderful through every step, even if she was giving me bad news. As for everyone else? They were as dependable as a Pinto with 200K miles. I've had enough of Ford. They don't stand by their products and don't honor their warranties when they deem fit.

Edit #3: I had my 10K mile service done at the dealership to keep my lifetime warranty intact. Well, this was a mistake on my part. On November 8th they changed my oil and filled my fluids. Little did I know they didn't fill my windshield reservoir with fluid that's rated for cold weather. During this recent cold snap all my windshield fluid froze inside the lines of my car and I had to thaw them myself. This is just another problem with Kenny Ross.

Edit #4: I took my car in for service because I was worried during my previous visit, they had filled the oil too high. After Paula checked the car out, it was seen that I had nothing to worry about and the oil level was fine. Jeff Byrge made it right got me taken care of and apologized for everything that had taken place up until this point. I'm changing my rating to two stars since this is the beginning of a long road back to trusting this place. Thank you, Jeff for your kindness the other day, and I hope further communications and experiences push the rating higher for you and myself. No one wants to dread going to the dealership and yesterday's experience was great. Hopefully the first of many.

I have never been more discouraged or upset about this place!! I have a 2013 Ford Fusion and had to take to a Ford Dealer for coolant leak, which found out the water pump was broke, luckily I still have warranty , well the coolant continues to leak and they say they have done the test and find nothing leaking!? My front passenger side door latch stopped working so I could not close my door, took it there where still covered under warranty they had it for over a week , I was leaving for vacation to finally get my car back and when I went to open the door (same door the latch had to be fixed) the whole door handle fell off!! Had to spend whole week on vacation with no handle. Took back to have them fix it and they tell me that it s an internal door problem??? And have to order a part , so now I have to go back again AND now the oil is leaking???? They never answer the phone when your car is there and why do so many mishaps keep happening after the very first time I took it there?????? Will never go back again once my warranty is up and will probably get rid of the car too!!

I recently purchased a used car from Kenny Ross Ford. I experienced NO pushy sales pitches or efforts at intimidation toward purchasing from any of the staff (we interacted with 3 employees). My sales person was Steve, who I found to be kind and easy to work with. I was given the time and space to consider my options when needed. In meeting with Wendy, the financial consultant, I felt respected when I was not inclined toward warranty options. I like my car and would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.

I ve been super impressed with everyone at this whole facility! My family has purchased four cars in the past six months from Steve Wine. They haven t been gimmes , either: we do our due diligence every time and shop around, but Steve and Kenny Ross have had the best deal each time. I hate shopping in general and car shopping more so, but it s been quick and easy every time.

Kenny Ross' service department is excellent. Their counter team is fast, friendly, knowledgeable. The mechanics do great work the first time. They don't over commit and they don't fix stuff that isn't broken. I am very happy with their service.

Bouggt my wife a 2013 Dodge Avenger last December ...

Bouggt my wife a 2013 Dodge Avenger last December of 2017, with the platinum extended warranty. The car lasted 8 months before it broke down. . The warranty doesn't cover anything, they send out thier dodge work to Pittsburgh dodge.. They give us the run around and don't fix nothing, they want to charge us $9000 for a new motor while I made only 8 payments before car just quit, ask them for a refund for warranty and they they stole $1350 and refunded GM $1050 instead to us to get car fixed. The car is a lemon and they won't do nothing about it. I had to file a complaint with attorney general, still making payments on dead horse. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND MOST GREEDIEST, DESPICABLE DEALERSHIP EVER. MY GRANDFATHER, MOM AND DAD HAVE BOUGHT VEHICLES FROM KENNY ROSS AND NOW ME, BUT NEVER EVER AGAIN, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEMED DEALING WITH KENNY ROSS, NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTIST. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, ANGUISH AND GRIEF AND BUY YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Very poor service. They told me my vehicle would be ready in 7 days. And I had been receiving the text updates with progress of completion and saying it will be finished at 4:30pm on 7-th day and will call me if there is a delay. However, I haven't received any updates on 8-th day. I tried to call them three times but was being constantly directed to a different agent and no one was able to help me but redirect my call to a voice mail finally. On my fourth try, I was eventually able to speak with a representative in body shop answering my inquiry, told me it would only be ready next week, which is on 11-th day. Delaying the date of pick up is fine, but not answering my call is very annoying despite two voices mails I left.

They had great service and Jared was great! Updated me on my car after about 30 minutes and helped me get the best deal! Even washed my car!

After having my car act strange I decided to take it to a dealership. I thought that they know their cars so I want them to look at it. They were very pleasant at 8:00 in the morning listen to what I had to say and then they told me there was a recall on my car and if I wanted it fixed today. They fixed the recall notice I got a oil change and all the pluses that they do. He checked a few items and we discussed what I needed to do to fix my car. I have no problem waiting for the parts to come in. My radio is out and this is causing my car to act out. Sounds like a pet right. I will call them in a month to see if the part is in and then schedule my radio to be fixed. The gentlemen only charged me $80.00 instead of $180 for trying to find the code on my car. I appreciate everything they did today and appreciate the kindness that is shown in their handling of all of the customers I saw them talking too. Kenny Ross Ford South is a wonderful dealership and I will continue to support them

I had an electrical problem/nightmare with my fog lights blowing a fuse. I couldn t get the safety sticker because of it. Nobody wanted to mess with it without jacking up the prices to unaffordable amount or they didn t have the time to get into finding the problem.The call center that sets up appointments for Kenny Ross gave me all bad quotes and times. So when I got to the dealership I was told way different prices and time frames. You can imagine my frustration at this point. Yes, I took at out on the man telling me these things.(Rick) I quickly realized I was and apologized to him. But instead of just sending me away like don t matter. He worked with as much as he could and they found and fixed the problem at a price I could come up with. I can t begin to tell you how great full I really am!! I won t go anywhere else now. I felt like someone cared.

We had to cross 2 bridges but we got the best deal in town and would do it again. Ben Aul, Internet Sales Consultant, will give you the best possible deal the first time around without the normal hassle and headache that comes with buying a new car. We searched the internet to see if anyone had the car we wanted. None were available so Ben special ordered our 2017 Titanium Ford Escape and everything is just perfect. Ben is the best!!

After numerous calls I was told my car has not been looked at yet (they were busy). After about a week and a half the person who answered the phone responded to my question with are you sure it s not under a different name . This was extremely unnerving because it felt like they did not even know whether my car was in their system. This happened twice. They did end up solving the issue with my vehicle but it took almost 3 full weeks to get it resolved. It was an unnecessary amount of time to fix the small problem. This was not my first negative experience at this dealership.

After calling for details I was contacted by Gary who made the whole process from buying out of state painless. Picked up vehicle yesterday and could not be more satisfied with the vehicle or treatment by staff. They even took care of returning my rental car I drove to pick up my flex.

I decided to tag along yesterday with my dad. Basically wasted our time. They would not run numbers at first unless we would commit and take it home that night. Didn t realize it was such a hard job to plug numbers into a computer! Rahal quotes me within 10 minutes via text. Also, it was 8:30PM and people work the next morning. Finally got the numbers and they were way off. Time wasted. Sheisty pressure tactics that remind me of Century 3 Chevrolet, but I ll give a three star rating based on the inventory selection and facility as a whole.

I did have an issue with the finance guy as he really pushed his warranty even after declining. The next day he called me to let me know he got the warranty price down and again I declined and he just said good luck and hung up the phone. It was very unprofessional.

I worked with Mark Pritchard and David Liebro in the sale department to buy my very attractive 2015 Ford Escape SE. Mark made me feel very relaxed with his easy going no pressure approach. You get the sense these people genuinely want to please the customer. I got a great deal on this new vehicle and they worked with me all the way.
Would highly recommend Kenny Ross Ford South to anyone that asked me and certainly tell them to see Mark Pritchard. He has an excellent demeanor for a car salesman; he is a rare type of car salesman from my experience. Additionally David was very professional and supportive of my purchase process and dealt very fairly with me.
I can only say I am completely pleased.

Service department employee Erick treated me and my vehicle like absolute garbage yesterday(9/11/18). I was talked to in a disrespectful manner. My questions weren t answered repeatedly. In fact he did everything he could to not answer a question as simple as what have you inspected on my vehicle he threatened me that I d have to pay out of pocket for warranty work. He spoke to me in a clearly demeaning manner. Then blatantly demanded I come get my car without fixing any of the issues I needed fixed.

When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, Eric was driving it back up to the service area. When he walked back into the office he wouldn t even make eye contact with me. Didn t acknowledge I was there. Didn t provide me with not even one sheet of paper documenting the work that he d supposedly done.

The absolute worst part!? I got in my vehicle to find it smelled like an ash tray at a strip club. Smelled like Eric took a smoke break in my vehicle. Nice.

I drive for Uber for a living. So not only am I out a day of work having my car at your shop for a full day, only to have not a single thing fixed. Now I m out another day to take it to another shop. Add another day and $300 for my car to get detailed to hopefully get rid of the nasty ashtray aroma.

That s 3 days of work you ve cost me. And $300 which I have to come up with on moments notice.

I got rear ended and ended up here to get my car fixed. They did a pretty good job overall, but they completely missed obvious damage to my right muffler (they completely replaced the left side, so I'm not sure how they missed it). It was cosmetic damage, but if I'm getting my car fixed after an accident, I need it to be done completely. When I pointed out the oversight, they apologized immediately and got the part on order. They are making it right, but it means an extra trip out for then to install the part, and makes me wonder what else may have been missed if they missed something that was obviously damaged and could be seen without even bending down to look at it.

I had a horrible experience at this place, I was given the option to come here for some minor front end damage, they had my car for about a month!!! When I got my car back the first time from the collision center here at Kenny Ross it was two weeks into this month. The day I drove it off the lot it wasn t experiencing any problems that I could see. I say the next day the engine light popped on so I called to let them know, the guy tried to write it off like it was nothing. The next day after that multiple lights were coming on my windshield wipers were turning on by themselves. By the time I got to work and parked it, it wouldn t even start I had to get it towed back to the collision center!!! They had for another week in a half. I took it to my normal mechanic today and got a oil change they said my oil plug had been tampered with, I had to get that replaced!! Who knows what else these people have touched that was not even needed to be touched.

Wound up buying a fantastic 2013 Ford Edge that's so clean, some of my neighbors don't believe it's a used vehicle. Glad I worked with Kenny Ross Ford and Kelli.

Absolutely infuriated with this place. We traded in a truck to buy a used car here and they failed to make the payoff payment for the trade-in. The bank says the dealership never sent it and they say they did. After MONTHS of dealing with this, they have washed their hands of it because the payoff was finally made (3 months late), however, my perfect credit is now screwed because it reports a late payment. The bank won't remove it because the dealership can't (or won't?) prove that they made the payoff on time. If you trade in a car here, you should probably keep paying on it until you're sure they did their job, because everyone has the ability to pay two car payments for three months, right?!

Recently I purchased a 2015 certified ford edge from Kenny Ross.The transmission did not seem to shift properly so I called this fact to the attention of the service manager. He promptly scheduled an appointment to investigate the problem. The service manager agreed that something was not right and arranged a service visit to determine what was wrong and fix it. He expected to resolve the problem in a week and arranged a rental car for my use, free of charge. (the rental was a 2016 escape) During the process of repairing the transmission, parts delivery was an issue along with recurring unsuccessful efforts to repair the unit. Finally after trying to achieve a satisfactory resolution Kenny Ross and Ford Installed a brand new transmission in my car. It now runs great. I want to commend Dave Milligan the service manager and Paula Mooney the service consultant for all their hard work in solving my problem. They kept me in the loop with a lot of phone calls. I would also like to commend my salesman, Jacob Marvin who also helped answering questions and explaining how various systems that this car is equipped with, function. Thanks again to all for a great job well done.

This was going to be my second visit to this locat...

This was going to be my second visit to this location, and I was really impressed on my first visit which was about an oil change and possible air filter replacement. Recently, I wanted to set up an appointment with them for state inspection and the resolution of the recall on my vehicle for 10/04 at 1:00PM. About one day prior to my appointment around 5:00PM I wanted to edit my appointment details from "waiting with car" to "drop-off" from the online scheduling tool and the tool mistakenly changed my appointment date to 2 weeks later. I immediately called them about the unwanted change and hoped them to help me about reverting the date change. The woman on the other end of the phone was very rude and unhelpful, even if she saw my original appointment request and date on her computer, and I gave her my previous confirmation number she did not even bother to look further and just said "I'm sorry tomorrow 1:00PM is full now". I told her that it should have been my original appointment but nope she did not want to help. Highly frustrated with this experience and I regret leaving 5 star feedback to Ford website about this place, when I asked for my previous visit at that time. I guess they are thanking to their customers in a different way.

My Trick was hit in right bumper and side corner panel on Sep 23 2017 in a parking lot. I took my truck to Kenny Ross Ford South on 88. on September. 27 2017 and spoke with Jason, Jason came out and took pictures and took the picture I had of the damages. He stated the end cap Of my bumper would need replaced and my off road fender would need painted and the plastic lens on the turn Signal scratches could be buffed out. They would have to take it all apart to see if there was any damage to the underneath and the corner panel and it would take them 3 days. I asked when they put the new parts on would it mach the rest of the truck? he stated they will take care of all that. I have a Hummer H2 that has the spare tire on the back mounted steel arm mounted to the bumper. On Sep 28. they called and stated my trucks ready it would cost $899.00 the guy that hit me came down and payed cash. I stated wow that was fast.That night I picked up my truck. I looked at my truck and saw that the Lens was not buffed out and the scratches are still there. They didn t take the spare tire and rack or the bumper off to check to see if the was more damages instead try to lift up the plastic on the bumper to try to squeeze the end cap on and broke the all the clips that hold the plastic center of the bumper to the bumper . So that it was just rest on the bumper held there by spare tire rack they didn t remove. After painting the rear bottom section of the fender they broke a chuck of plastic off the part that it connects to. The new parts and painted part they try to put on the truck didn t match or did they bother to try to clean or buff out to match the rest of the truck. That s how they returned my truck back to me and the quality of their work. On Sep 30 I called and left a message with recommended manager I did not get a callback. On Oct 2 I took my truck back to The dealership in there and speak with the Manager that has the kid that painted the fender with him. They come out and I show them The quality work they done and the broken parts they broke. The manager states I thought you were just another one of those customers that complain about everything until I saw this . The kid is giving me excuses of some of the other problems it might be. probably damage underneath is one of them. I explain to laugh manager that fender is only sold as a kit and you can t just buy a section. this is unacceptable and how could you even let this come out of your garage . The Manager stated they were so sorry and that he was a new manager just started and he would take care of everything. I stated that Jason know what s going on. he stated he wasn t working. Then he stated they will have to order the part and they will take care of everything that wasn t taken care of prior and they were so sorry. We will call you when ever thing comes in. I,called the dealership to report the bad Quality of work and the excuses that I was getting and was recommended to leave a message with the manager. Never got a called back after a couple days. I call back it was recommended to leave a message for the GM. No call back. So On Oct. 17 I had to go to the dealership to talk to see the GM to explain the situation. He was not available and was recommended to GM. of all the body shops for all of Kenny Ross. I asked why they did not call me to explain the situation. while in the dealership they told me that they fired the manager I spoke to. because he wasn t working out . I drive down to speak with this G.M of all the body shops and show him my truck and how they returned it to me and asked if this is acceptable and why they didn t call me to let me know about all the problems they have . With no response. He stated I would have to call back the guy and have him come back and pay for the fender kit that cost $875 I told him that not my responsibility. On Nov.10 I got my truck back. LOOK LIKE GRAP! Ran out of space.

We bought our F150 at a different dealership, but have been servicing it at Kenny Ross. The first visit there service had already closed, but their Sales Manager there was awesome and helped us out. We have been servicing there ever since and plan on buying both my husband's new car as well as mine at Kenny Ross. We have had experience with Collision, Service, and Sales and everyone was professional and timely.

What started off as poor communication was quickly remedied by Kenny Ross. A huge shout out to the folks - specifically to Nate - for the great attention they gave me on a repair to my Ford vehicle. My service adviser is very helpful, and my mechanic is honest and knowledgeable. I always always take my car here, and I highly recommend this dealership. I will never go anywhere else.

Rick Sutton is an excellent service advisor and I would highly recommend that you deal with Kenny Ross Ford for your service needs of your Ford vehicle.

Rick and his team were able to properly diagnose a problem with my diesel truck that numerous other garages were unable to properly diagnose. Some of the other so-called solutions were to purchase nearly $800 in parts, and then they were going to charge me $1100+ to install.

Rick and his team we're able to fix the truck for half that price, and then they found some other problems, which no other garage ever pointed out to me, despite having the truck in and out of their shops numerous times. Rick fixed those problems as well, and the total bill was still significantly less then the ridiculous $1,900 that the idiot garage wanted to charge me!

Found this dealer on internet with terrific selection of cars. Found an Amazing Kia Optima! Fully Loaded! Great price! Ryan Kiffer provided excellent customer satisfaction in product knowledge, friendliness, professionalism. Chuck (Manager/Supervisor) personally made time to also inspect the car. He authorized their body shop to provide cosmetic touch up on a slightly scratched front corner at No Charge. A body shop person crawled on the ground, inspecting the entire car; underneath and around the outside. Ryan continued his terrific personal touch and honestly wrote down the details of the purchase. Jed (finance) walked us through the numbers of the purchase, answering all our questions. Jed shopped around and found a lower interest rate. He also carefully explained the excellent service packages and hand-crafted a detailed package for us, providing great protection for the car while saving us yet more money!
The entire crew is so friendly and professional that we brought in a pizza and shared it with everybody! Ryan even invited our dog to come on in for the pizza party! Our dog loved everyone! She laid down right at the feet of the wonderful staffers at the Kenny Ross Dealership. Toffee loves Kenny Ross and her New Car!

I booked an appointment online (two-weeks in advance), and called the day before my appointment to ask a question. (Had to call twice because the first time I called I waited on hold for ten minutes just to be transferred to voicemail). When I finally reached someone I was told my appointment time had been triple-booked and they would need to reschedule me, BUT had no available appointments for more than 2 weeks. It's also worth noting that the service I needed was time-sensitive and simple (an hour's labor max)!

My car was taken in the night before for an inspection and oil change on Wednesday, August 5th. Everything went well except for a failure of the service staff to call me and tell me it was ready. I called at 3:30 pm to find out what the status of the car was and they told me that it was done and ready to be picked up. As they close at 5:00 pm on Wednesdays, I wasn't able to get there soon enough so I picked up the car on Thursday.

I was looking to purchase my first vehicle which was just a ridiculously stressful experience before I even got to a dealer. New? Used? Make? Model? Color? Options? Just shoot me. I found out that I got a pretty good deal through my employer which directed me to Kenny Ross South. I was greeted by Jarrett as soon as I arrived (and not in that gang up on you way that you expect when you go to a car dealer) and after being juggled a bit which was no one's fault but my own, Jarrett walked me through a few car choices. I was literally there for HOURS and held the place open long past closing time. Mostly being indecisive and making sure I made good choices. Everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience, including one of the salespeople giving a ride home and back to the dealership when a forgotten driver's license needed retrieved. I was a basket case, but Jarrett very calmly walked me through it, never once making me feel pressured or try to rush me.

Dave and Angie provided great service after the mechanic team was not so helpful. Dave provided the most thorough customer service call ever. The mechanics are great, our car just needed a lot and their customer service could have been better. Overall, this is a great place to take your car! We would recommend!!!

My husband and I went to 4 different dealership looking for the car we really wanted. We went to Kenny Ross and met Jack Walsh who was very helpful.
He did not have the car we wanted but found it at another dealership and had it brought to Kenny Ross the next day. Jack was very thoughtful and thorough and went over all the features and made sure we were satisfied. He gave us the best price and the best customer service that we expected. It would be a pleasure to purchase another vehicle from Jack in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience. Completely lied to from the getgo ans cheated out of the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Contacted dealership when the ad for the car was posted, and Benjamin Aul - responded first thing the next morning. He confirmed the Jeep was available and I told him I want to buy it. (I have this all in text). He said there are a few people coming in that day that we re also interested. I told him I will buy it over the phone but I just want to see pictures, I also explained that I didn t want it sold out from under me since I was first to have the opportunity. Benjamin said he understood. Then he sent 3 pictures that were barely of the car, so I asked for more pictures. He responded saying he will take better ones. Then I never heard back. So 2 hours later I asked for a manager, Jason answered the phone and said is this about the Jeep? I said, yes it is. He said it s already been sold . I asked how that was possible since I was technically first and offered to buy it. He said sorry, Benjamin worked a deal with someone else in person so now you re second. I said that isn t fair and the other person should technically be second. He said he agreed but that s just the way it is. I asked for them to sell it to me and he said that would need to be approved by the GM. Then, he said he d talk to the GM and get back to me and guess what?! HE NEVER CALLED BACK!! This is completely deceptive and underhanded. The way they handled the situation was piss poor and they took no regard for my intentions or ability to buy. They treated me like garbage and left me out to dry, even they knew they were wrong and I was 1st. Benjamin and I corispinded via text and I have the messages. This dealership sucks and I will make it my mission to share how horribly I was treated!!

I've been looking at the 2020 Expedition since last week, Mike Peacock was my direct contact person. At first, he was willing to give me the price I agreed, asked a copy of my driver's license to close the deal, I also gave him my insurance card. I even applied for financing through the dealership. Soon after I talked with their business manager, Ross, I gave her my credit card information to put down $3,000 as a payment to hold it last Saturday and she did not charge it. Today is the Monday and Mike texted me the car is sold to someone else. His reason for it was it took so long. I've tried to reach the business manager multiple times throughout the day, before and after Thanksgiving, never called me back until the Saturday. When finally she and I started talking on the phone I gave my card info, she said she will send me all those documents first thing on Monday to expedite the sale, did not happen, did not put down the payment I agreed upon, and sold the car to somebody. Thanks Mike, and thanks to all of you.

Here is my updated review:
The General Manager, John Eberlein, called me soon after I left my review, explained that it was him that told Ross to hold off of my down payment because he did not like that I am seeking for financing outside. I understand that he wants me to finance through his dealership and if he told me upfront that, I probably would have accepted that, but apparently no one informed me that. I told him I will finance through the bank of his choice and hung up. About an hour later, he texted me asking why I left a review the way it was, he thought I left my review AFTER I spoke with him, which is not true. Anyway, he basically told me to remove my review if I want to buy the car, if not, he would not sell it to me because he needs a positive reviews. Wow. This sounds like a threat to me when I am the paying customer and I expressed my honest feeling in the review, nothing but true. Hey John, I wish you good luck, I will be talking with the corporate directly for your performance review. And don't try to sell it to me, I don't know what you are going to do to it, would never buy it from you. Ford just lost a customer because of your action. I also posted our dialogues to prove I am not lying.

Another update after reading the feedback from the dealership:
Just stop lying. You charged me $3,000 to my credit card today as a down payment(I attached the screenshot, so just stop) after the GM decided sell it to me today. Then he threaten me to remove my review if I want to purchase the car. It has nothing to do with the distance nor communication. Where do you think I live in? What year is this? You know my email, you know my phone number, you've been texting me, I responded every single time on the same day, it was your business manager who never picked up my calls. You saying you could not reach me because of where I live? I've contacted the corporate headquarter today, I will talk with them, not with you. This is my last update for you.

Took my car in to be serviced only to find out that it didn't need to be serviced which is nice but, really didn't like that I had to pay $70 to have a service technician rumage through my car, take my sunglasses, and tell me my car is fine. At-least my airbag won't kill me...

I went it to purchase a car and received the best customer service possible. Our agents Connie and Ben took such good care of us. They made us feel like our business mattered and not like we were just another couple shopping. We got the car I wanted, it was fully detailed and ready to go. The most terrible service I ve ever received in my life. People continuously lying to me and telling me something different from another person. They broke something on my car and tried to tell me it voided the warranty and they weren t gonna fix it, yet they broke it. This is a ford service shop and the second time I ve taken my car to the dealer and BOTH times were absolutely terrible. Ford has severely ruined my experience with them. I will be trading my car in and moving on within the next year due to this. Ford really should look into the ways they do things and also Kenny Ross should probably get better communication skills and stop lying to people. And once someone is having a bad experience it s best you fix it and not continue to make it worse.
