I ve been dealing with this dealership for many years now and today left a sour taste. I scheduled an appointment last week for 7am for a inspection. I came and was then told my car wouldn t be worked on until 8 am when the technicians started. Why was I given this appointment time if technicians weren t even in the building and I m waiting for my vehicle. So now I m here just sitting for an hour while nothing is getting done. I wasn t offered a discount, a loner vehicle or anything. I feel like they don t care about my time.

I was blown away by my experience with Kenny Ross Ford South! After arriving on the lot due to poor performace and lackluster service at another dealer, Steve step up and made all the difference in the world. He and Mark had a team can do attitude from the get go that got me feeling better about the car buying experience within a few short minutes. They told me they would take care of me, put me a a great car and a great price and they did exactly what they said they were going to do!!! It's more than just the dealership when buying a car, it's the people who work there that make the experience good or bad. This team made it AWESOME!

What a joke this place is! I see a truck on the Kenny Ross Ford South website advertised as $28,521 after all incentives. I go down to have a look at the vehicle. After keeping my wife and I down there for almost two hours they come back with "Well the truck is sold at our other location." When pressed further about how that can happen then it was "Whoops! We made a mistake on the price! We doubled up the incentives! Sorry about that ha ha ha." I asked them if they had another at that price and got the run-around. I left. It's funny though that the price remains on the website as a sleezy come-on to get you in the door to lie and upsell you. Save yourself some time and find a dealer with integrity. I was told that this is how it would be by family members and others who have been burned. I learned. I'll just head over to C Harper, Woltz and Wind, or Uniontown Ford. where my 30+K will spend up just fine.

We purchased our 2013 Ford Fusion at Kenny Ross Ford earlier this year (2014) as a pre-owned vehicle. During the purchase, it was explained to me that the mileage on the car was in excess of the limits set by Ford for the standard new-car warranty, and it was recommended that we buy the pre-owned extended warranty as a precaution. We decided to do so.

In mid-December, the check engine light came on while my wife was driving the vehicle. She was concerned about operating the car with the light on, and called Kenny Ross Ford. She spoke with a service advisor who assured her it was safe to drive and promptly made a service appointment for her for the next day to get the condition assessed. This provided her with piece of mind and allowed her to continue to feel good about the vehicle.

We dropped the vehicle off (which was very easy and user friendly) and received word that the light was caused by an emissions issue. The service advisor stated that the extended warranty purchased during the original vehicle purchase carried a $100 deductable and the remainder of the repairs would be covered by the warranty. However, the service advisor told us that since we had purchased the vehicle at Kenny Ross Ford less than a year prior that the deductable would be waived and we could pick up our Fusion about 2 hours later at no cost to us. We were thrilled, especially around the holiday season. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the pickup process was also very quick and convenient.

Needless to say, we are thrilled with our choice to purchase from Kenny Ross Ford and will continue to use the service department for all of our future vehicle maintenance needs!

Gary and I spoke on the phone prior to my appointm...

Gary and I spoke on the phone prior to my appointment and he helped me figure out what kind of car I d be interested in before I even walked through the door. He was very professional and friendly. Usually when you think of the car salesman stereotype, you think of someone being pushy and trying to scam you. But Gary was very honest with me and put my needs first. I ended up driving off with my new car the same day and I m very thankful for all of his help.

Worst customer service ever! I will never buy another car from them! Try to get your car fixed there is terrible! Paula in service is very rude and lies to your face! Paula should not be working with the public! Chuck the service gentleman was very nice and was there only two weeks. He told us about how Paula was towards him no wonder he quit there. We know exactly what he was saying! The managers really need to take a look at how Paula treats people! We spent alot of money through the years there! Kenny Ross Library Road just lost a really good customer!!!!

If it was not for Mark, Joanne and Jarrod I would ...

If it was not for Mark, Joanne and Jarrod I would have given a 1(very bad) on all of the above. And the only reason I would recommend the dealership to someone else is because I have chosen to believe that my experience was because of one person not Kenny Ross Ford Self in its entirety. Unless you plan on buying a car outright and having no questions DO NOT let Drew help you with a car. He ignored my questions, talked to me like we were ex girlfriend and boyfriend, and did nothing to help me with my problem. He did not even tell the sales manager what was going on. To make a long story short there was a discrepancy in what I thought was happening with mailing information to my co-signer and what they actually did. Which was not an issue in and of itself because I knew it would take time, but being ignored when asking why it was taking so long and treated like it should be no big deal was an issue. At one point Drew actually rolled his eyes at me and told me, "we'll hook you up with a full tank of gas". When I DEMANDED for the third time to talk to someone else; he finally got up and went to get Jarrod. Jarrod was kind, explained things, looked into the issue by calling UPS, and was appologetic and understood how I felt and why.After being ignored, parinated, and mocked by Drew, Jarrod made me believe that Kenny Ross South was a reputable/professional dealership again. He accomidated my needs and was helpful through the rest of the process. Mark was who took over when I came to claim the car (I met him when I walked in the first time and should have stayed with him instead of going with who I made the appointment with). When i was there beyond upset at how Drew had regarded me he bought me a soda and helped make me feel comfortable with the dealership after losing faith. Mark was professional and helpful in what was probably the easiest part of the process. I would recommend Mark to anyone as the sales person of choice. My experience was probably one in a million because it did take some extra work with the mailing situation. However, it is still an example of Drew's unprofessional behavior and inability to do what was necessary to secure his sale. Therefore, my recommendation is that if you want someone who will take responsibility and not blame everyone else for a situation, as well as answer your questions no matter how many you have or how many time you call, DO NOT GO THROUGH DREW. Learn for my experience. Hopefully Kenny Ross, who is known for caring about their good name, will get rid of hm sooner or later for running thier name through the mud. My experience began with purchasing a used vehicle...

My experience began with purchasing a used vehicle with 22k miles. One would expect a vehicle with this low of millage to be fairly issue free but that is far from the case. The rear passenger side window goes down but doesn't come back up. There's issues with the transmission. Something is wrong with the sync call quality to the point I cant understand the person on the other end. The rear brake rotors somehow need replaced already. I reached out to the dealer within a week of purchase to voice my concerns and was told the earliest appointment available was more than 2 weeks out. I was also told there will be a $125 fee just for looking at the vehicle even though I just bought it and obviously all these issues were overlooked by them. At this point I was still trying to be reasonable and give them a chance to resolve these issues. The service manager asked to me to call him today Friday before my Monday appointment to ensure a loaner vehicle was available for me. I have spent 30 minutes and 6 calls now being transferred to invalid extensions and lines that just ring and ring. I just want the issues with this vehicle resolved and I don't think it's too much to ask to get that accomplished without all these added hurdles.

Update: before I could reach 30k miles the transmission failed leaving me stranded on the turnpike. Shortly after the fact the engine failed before I finally couldn't take it anymore and traded the vehicle in. Thank goodness for a warranty.

This dealership gets as many stars as I can possib...

This dealership gets as many stars as I can possibly give. Here's why:

I first contacted Kenny Ross Ford South via email. I received a reply email and a phone call pretty promptly. I initially spoke to Chris, who was very friendly. He took down all of the my details and preferences in a car, and set up an appointment with Dave the following Saturday. I could tell per our phone conversation that these folks would give me A+ customer service, but when I arrived at the dealership, I was blown away. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by someone at the show room. He introduced me to Dave, my salesman. Dave then went over some of the things I spoke about with Chris, and already had a couple cars lined up for me. He mentioned that he felt the first car, a 2012 Ford Focus, was exactly what I was looking for (he was correct). During the test drive, he was very honest with me about the car's history, the features, and its performance. And when we returned to the dealership, he was equally honest about the finances and the fact that my current car (2003 hyundai accent) probably wouldn't bring much value in trade.

Now... here's the kicker. When I decided to buy the focus and keep my old car, I wasn't sure how I was going to get both vehicles back to my house. That's when Dave volunteered to drive my old car and follow me home! He said he planned on taking a cab back to the dealership but I insisted on driving him back. (I wanted to drive my new car around anyways) But wow.. what great customer service. I understand that I was making a major purchase and the time/cost of him taking a cab was well worth me buying the car. But he did not have to offer to do this. I was floored.

Its this level of customer service that will not only make me a life long customer of this dealership, but I will absolutely recommend them to my friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else who will listen. These folks are 5 stars, 100%, A+++.

Plus they have a kid friendly waiting area with cartoons and fresh popcorn. (I don't have kids... but I definitely appreciate cartoons and fresh popcorn.)

When I arrived I thought I'd reserved a rental because I had a dr appt at 10:30. I guess I didn't but I was told they would get my recall taken care of within the hour. It was more than an hour but it wasn't a bad wait & I had plenty of time to get to my appt.

I was dreading the thought of truck shopping, had my last F-150 for 13 years. I went to 1 dealership before Kenny Ross & I thought I was getting a fair deal on a new truck, then they beat theirs by $20/month on my payment plus extras. My salesman was Bryan Ledbetter & he was very pleasant to deal with & very helpful finding me the truck with the options that I wanted. The Sales Mgr., David Leibro was able to get the numbers to where I needed them along with some extras into the deal that I couldn't believe! Also, the dealership offers lifetime inspections & powertrain warranty & the 1st oil change. The Business Mgr., Brent Hammerling handled the finance end of it & was very nice to deal with & very accommodating to a after-the-fact change I needed made to my contract. I will definitely recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to go there.

Great place to do business

I had great initial experience buying my truck. Chris and Mark were very helpful and got me a great rate. After having the truck for a while there were some issues with it. This is no reflection of the dealership as it was an older vehicle. We had come complications with getting it repaired and whether or not it was covered etc. In the end they resolved the issue efficiently and the maintenance was done quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of attention that was given to my issues once the proper people were involved. Thanks so much

The service at Kenny Ross has been great so far. I m just disappointed in the product. Waited all my life to buy a new ford and have had nothing but problems with it since I ve had it. Seat was ripped, moon roof leaks, running boards have rust spots all over them, truck is getting 13 mpg. It s rated for 19-22. Was expecting much more from ford.

They did not have my appointed scheduled. Ended up waiting a couple of hours. Invoice had to be corrected for over-charge (just like last year). Had the exact same work done at a subaru dealer for my other car a few days later. Cost was $20 less.

They didn't try and haggle me to buy a more expensive car I couldn't afford and I drove off with the car I wanted in about 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend them :)

Been here a couple of times to get my car fixed on insurance after some fender benders with Geico. The car was fixed quickly and the staff were helpful. Would consider bringing my car here regularly if I didn't already have a garage I was happy with.

Even though we were not in the market for a car for 6 months, we were doing our due diligence now as opportunities to browse without kids is rare for us.

We told the sales person, his reply, "Its Saturday, I'm busy movin cars here, can you come back on a week day" We tried to explain the kid situation and he wanted no part of it.

All the staff were very friendly. I was waiting to get my car. The service person said they might take upto 2hrs to finish but they will try to finish as soon as possible. Coming into Kenny Ross Ford i wasnt to confident they could help.. But they got me in a new car of my choosing & with a lower interest rate & payment! The staff upstair & down are down to earth & super helpful & informative. Big shout out to Ed Moore & Gary Bac, THANK SO MUCH!! You guys rock! Id refer them & this dealer to anyone!

Absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with! Buyer BEWARE! If you have a service need, go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. They will cause more damage to your vehicle & then tell you that you must pay for the damage they caused. We are filing a civil suit against them for causing more issues for us & now my husband does not have his truck to use for work, our livelihood & food on the table. They have poor excuses, sad explanations, and clueless Techs. We're 2k in already, this damage they caused he's saying will cost US another $2k at least.. Every time, we go there's more excuses and more problems. STAY AWAY!!! Luckily for us, we have videos DAILY of starting & running our vehicle because we knew something shady was going on.

I recently scheduled an appointment to have my SYNC updated as the entertainment system became unavailable" within 23 months of owning the vehicle with Kenny Ross Ford South off of 88 in Castle Shannon. I was told that while the issue I encountered is a known software problem, and while there is a recall for part of the SYNC system that is covered under a special five year warranty extension due to the technical fault, I may also have to pay $100 for them to install the software update. I asked about this and was told that it may or may not solve the problem, but that I would have to pay the $100 regardless of whether it fixed the problem if it was not solved by the covered solution. I indicated that I was not satisfied with this answer, I don t pay $100 for anything that may or may not deliver a solution. It s not that it s that much money, it s that if I pay for the software to work (which doesn t to no fault of my own) then when I leave it should be fixed and it should work. Paula then stated, Your satisfaction reflects on my service, not on the policy of the dealership to which I replied, Then the dealership should know that I will not be satisfied without a resolution if I have to pay to have something fixed and it doesn't fix the problem. She responded with, Well I don t think I want your business then which I have never heard anywhere before. The service manager then came out from behind his desk, Kevin, and went through the issue again. He said, I was threatening Paula with a bad survey (is that a threat?) and I restated, No, I said, if you are asking if I will be satisfied with paying $100 for a solution that you don t end up providing, then no, I will not be satisfied. And if the fix is not made, but I am charged the $100 and I get a survey, then no I won t say I am satisfied because I am not. The problem isn't solved. He then said the following, We don t want your business. You need to go to another dealership. I clarified, Excuse me? He clarified, You need to take your vehicle somewhere else and never come back again! Just to give some context, we have two leased vehicles that cost about $85,000 combined. One of them is up for renewal in a year, the other in six months. We won t be replacing them at Kenny Ross, and I wonder if it was really worth it over them not being able to just guarantee the fix I paid for would work. I called another dealership and they sated that the standard price for a software update was $49, and that if they performed an update (and the warranty work didn t fix it for free) we would either not pay the $49, or they would find another solution. I then contacted Ford Customer Service who confirmed this. What is strange is not only that they told me to never come back something I have never been told before in my life, but that they had apparently made up an even number to charge me which was double what is standard for other Ford dealerships. You can make your own judgements about my experience, and maybe I caught them on a bad day, but one thing is certain, they asked me to never come back, and I will oblige.

They told me that I needed to change my rear pads, and charged me $615, which is more than twice as much as market price ($253-$295 based on data from Kelly Blue Book). I believe they are exploiting the fact that many customers like me come in for inspection before a trip, and we do not have time to reschedule a repair somewhere else. This is pure extortion.

8 months ago i went to kenny ross in search of a new f250 super duty. I was not pleased with the first salesman i dealt with for 2 weeks. I then requested someone new and he seemed better. After finding a truck that i liked, i wanted to make a deal and the managers made multiple insulting offers on my trades and didnt seem to work with me on the truck either. I tried building one that i wanted but they wasted a month of my time because of lack of knowledge of the vehicle i wanted. Complete waste of time. I then went to Sturman and larkin and was treated great. Not only did they find me EXACTLY what i wanted to a T, but they made more then fare offers on my trades and i successfully purchased a 2016 f20 super duty at a great price. I would recommend sturman and larking over kenny ross any day of the week.

Our experience with Kenny Ross Ford South was great. No pressure relaxed atmosphere great people to guide you along the way to getting the right vehicle for your needs. Even the paperwork went smooth as every detail was explained so the proper decision could be made. Great place to go for a car !

I had a $2,000 fender bender to get fixed and chose Kenny Ross because it was close to my house. They did a wonderful job with the repair work and detailed my car after which was such a nice touch. They vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned the entire inside. They ran it through the wash and shined the tires. My truck looked brand new when I got it back. I would go to the collision center again in a heart beat. Thanks Kenny Ross

I would honestly give this location zero stars if I could. They sold me my vehicle WHILE it had parts that were actively under recall/warranty and never mentioned it to me AND skipped that section of my paperwork entirely. As a first-time car buyer, I did not know any better - but upon researching, they had a LEGAL obligation to inform me before i purchased. Furthermore, I brought my vehicle back for service THREE subsequent times because the transmission was stuttering due to the part that needed replaced that they never told me about. The first two times I was told that I did not, in fact, have the part, and there was nothing they could do. After getting it looked at by an independent mechanic for an unrelated issue, and having THEM tell me that I had the part that needed replaced, I brought it in a THIRD TIME. They conceded that I had the part, told me it was on back order from Ford, that they were placing an order, and would notify me when it arrived. Shocker ... i never heard back. For 8 months. No one spoke to me with respect or took me seriously. If you are in the Pittsburgh area and have the ability to go to a different location, DO SO!!! The Moon Township location listened to my concerns, immediately confirmed the issue that needed addressed, and fixed it SAME DAY. I will never be back to Kenny Ross Ford South for any reason. I'm beyond disgusted.

Kenny Ross offers a competitive price online when I was looking for a 2014 Ford Focus. My inquiry is answered by internet sales manager Bryan. He is very energetic and helpful. It's very kind of him to drive me to the store, which saves me from taking bus and train. He explains functions on the vehicle with much patience, although it was dark outside when I finished document work at the store. I'm happy to buy my first car at Kenny Ross.

My experience was awful. I took my car to Kenny Ross for repairs from an accident. I told them up front i didn't have rental coverage. They said that's fine and sent me to enterprise for a rental and said I had unlimited miles. At the end they stuck me with the whole cost for the rental and I had to take my car back to them because they didn't fix it right the first time. I tried to talk to managers and they avoided me wouldn't call back. So they are shady and a horrible place to go. Do not go to Kenny Ross for nothing

Purchased a new 2016 Ford F150 from Kenny Ross. Excellent service and prices. Salesman including Rocky were very helpful and made the purchase easy. I did need some follow up warranty issues with door fitment and small dent from shipping but Jennifer in the parts department area of the dealership made sure it was handled in a timely manner. Jason in the body shop was also quite helpful. I would and plan to use Kenny Ross Ford South again for service and future purchases.

Best car buying experience ever encountered. I have purchased vehicles from various sources to include Bowser, Leopardi, Quality, Benson Lincoln and Kenny Ross Zelie. My father always has purchased his vehicles from this location and sent me over to take a look. This was by far the greatest group of people to work with and made everything perfect. They worked in my best interest to achieve what I needed and wanted. Big shout to Bryan and Jed ! ! These two are a great asset to this dealership. I will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely never buy another Ford. Warning: go somewhere else. Don't buy Ford

Walked into the dealer, it took 5 mins someone to even acknowledge that i was standing at the frint counter as 4 guys are standing in the glass wall finance depart. A salesman was walking by and i asked him, are they selli g car. He said yes and kept it moving.Would not recommend this car

Justin at Kenny Ross helped my wife and I get the car we found while browsing online. He was not pushy and very honest about the car. We ended up buying it the next day and are proud owners of a new car. Kudos for being open a little later so I could bring my daughter down to test drive.

When we are looking for another car, you will be sure we are going to comeback. We have been customers for years, and the sales staff have been a big reason for that.

Even though I didn't buy my truck from KRFS, they have performed many services on my truck. I have also purchased tires from here. The service staff are very professional and courteous. An issue that came up during a service visit was corrected promptly and professionally by the service staff.

I always deal with Chris at the service desk. If you want someone who will be honest and professional with you, ask for him.
