Went to the dealership after receiving a recall notice for airbags was promised one day service within two hours three hours later individual manager Joe Kingston stipulated to me that, I would have to return the vehicle a 2nd Day Because they had Broken off a Part inside the Vehicle and Needed to reorder the Part.I told them I were on the road and Busy and couldn't just Pop back up anytime soon ,Plus I were Promised a $50.00 MasterCard Reward Card for coming out . Joe Got Loud and stated He didn't care what I were Promised and he weren't giving me anything and that were were between mee and GM I told him that that weren't the agreement that Erica Ervin Had Previously called mee and stated > He told mee well she's not at my Pay grade I'm the Manager like that meant something to mee.I told him that the customer service that I received were very unprofessional ,he told me He could care less and if I didn't like it there were plenty of other placers to take my vehicle. I reported this to chevy HQ they took note as well,I felt that this could have been somewhat race Based Truly . Don't do business with this Company !!!!
