Took car for 2nd free oil change. Seems that all is good so far. Highly disappointed that they noted the transmission fluid looked cloudy but didn't investigate further. I guess it'll be good until the CPO warranty runs out. I'd take it in to have them look at it again but I'm sure they won't find anything wrong with it just yet. And I don't want to be schlepping rides for however many days it takes to look at it.

Didn't update me with how much it was going to cost before they did the work. Also didn't do a very good job explaining what was actually wrong. Additionally, had I known that I'd be days without a car, and not having the opportunity for a loaner, I would had not had it towed to Kenny Kent!

I'm not very happy with Kenny Kent's service department, I took my truck in for SERVICE and told them what the truck was doing and it was doing the same thing as the last time I brought it in, only this time a little bit worse and they changed the torque converter last time and now this time there saying oh there's nothing wrong, well I picked up my truck and before I got out of the lot the it went thud when I stopped to exit the place, Chris Byerly says on there commercials that at Kenny Kent ,when we say no worries we mean no worries, ha , I'm afraid where I'm going to break down at next and how long will it take to get it fixed ! The last two times I took my truck in the first time they said 16 hrs , it took 4days this time it took 3 days for them to give me an evaluation of the problem an then they say nothing's wrong , and my service adviser says to me please give me a 10 on my service score ! Please ! I'll never buy from Kenny Kent again because with there service your expected to be back soon to pay for nothing but lies!

I had trouble with my auto on Saturday. I went to your service department that day. They were able to schedule it for service the following Monday at 9am. Saturday and Monday, staff professional, courteous, and mechanic completed the job Monday morning.

I was taking my truck in for a recall and was not planning on buying a new truck but the sales person (Chris White) was so into getting me exactly what I wanted no matter how difficult of job that was going to be for him. This young man ran to get trucks that had the color, interior or feature I wanted just to make sure I was confident with my selection. Then he found one at a different lot that had all the stuff I wanted and never acted like I was a problem. He never pushed a different truck on me he was there to get me what I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rodrick was friendly and knowledgeable. I also liked that I got to test drive the vehicles I was looking at before, they ran my financial information. I have went to other car lots in the past and they ran our financials before we even looked at or test drove a vehicle. The financial process was explained to me in terms that I could understand. Daniel was very helpful in the financial aspects, also told me to make sure the insurance company new about the safety aspects that could give me more savings on my insurance, which it did.Saved 30% on my insurance.

Took my vehicle in for service a couple of weeks ago and service was fine. The reason for the one star is very simple my phone over the last few weeks has been blown up by text messages I never signed up for, emails I never signed up for, and scripted phone calls I never signed up for. I have been contacted by the dealership itself and third parties using the name of the dealership. Whoever made the decision to sign customers up for this digital assault should be tarred and feathered before burning in hell!

The service dept did not let me down. They fixed the problems at no cost (under warranty) without me having to argue that I had a warranty. I had other dealerships tell me I had to pay for certain things before I purchased a vehicle thru Kenny Kent. Even answered some other concerns that I had. I will return to Kenny Kent for my next vehicle which will be within a year. I will also bring my other vehicle to their service dept instead of where I purchased it. They apologized for not having it ready the day I brought it in and explained why which I then understood. I do not live in Evansville but will travel there for all my vehicle needs. Thank you!

I bought a car that had a factory DVD player. BEFORE I bought the vehicle I tested it and it did not work. I asked about it and he assured me (and my step-father who co-signed on the vehicle) that they would "take care of it". Then, after having it a few days, the check engine light came on. I took it in to him and he had a tech from the service dept. look at it. They said it was an o2 sensor and that it would be covered under the extended warranty I purchased. Well... I took it back a day or so later and the service department said the DVD was not going to be covered and that the o2 issue wasnt' covered in my warranty. After many phone calls back and forth (and several days of Gary avoiding calling me back) I finally talked to him and he said that he only said they'd look at the DVD player and that he never knows what's under warranty. Lies, lies, lies. He is the true stereotype of a car salesman . Do not buy from him!!!

I went in for brakes , oil change, and detail. I never got a call Friday. I call Saturday to find out my car is still not done. Monday I find out my car was dead was the reason it wasn't done Friday when I was promised. I have never had any issues with my battery. I pick it up Monday night. I drive straight home. Tuesday I go out to start my vehicle and it is dead. How is it I never had battery issues until I went in there? Now, I had to pay another $198.78. Extremely disappointed.

Bought a new truck great folks. I would have liked them to be faster since I walked in and told them I had to be at work. They probably could have sold me some more things but they ran out of time.
We were sold a Pre-Owned Certified vehicle that "passed all the requirements" except we left and it had a shake in the steering. The service department took 2.5 weeks to "fix the vehicle" Except it wasn't fixed. We took it to our local GM dealership and it was fixed within a day.!

Two service failures. The "service" adviser was inconsiderate and did not contact me until 6 hours after I dropped my vehicle off and then tried to upsell me something I did not need. And, the technician left the wheel lock on; I discovered it when I inspected the vehicle after I had left the dealership that evening. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. for my Equinox due to amber ABS and StabiliTrak lights coming on, and I dropped the vehicle off a little before then. By 1 p.m., no one had contacted me, so I called in. I was told that **** was my service adviser, that she was with another customer, but she would be given a message and would call me right back. She didn't. Two hours later, she called. No apology or even acknowledgement of my previous message. She tried to upsell me on a cabin air filter that had been recently replaced. It turns out, no one even checked the filter; the contents in my glove box where the filter is accessed were not disturbed. **** was already gone when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle. The lady who assisted me apologized. When I got out of my vehicle later, I went around to look at the right front wheel where the work was done. The wheel lock was still on it! I had to get a lug wrench to check that all of the lug nuts were tightened. I have no idea how someone could not have noticed it was still on. Apparently there is no checking of work. It did not give me confidence in the repair.
Mixed review here because for the most part, I had a fantastic experience with Kenny Kent when purchasing my truck. Roberto was incredible in helping me find the perfect truck and was very patient and informative. I would highly highly highly recommend working with him on your next purchase and will definitely be recommending him to clients of mine, friends and family. I brought it in and I had an issue I told the gentleman about it to see why the light won t go off in car. Usually they check everything and give me a print out of things that need fixing but this time I didn t get anything so now I don t feel so comfortable driving around. Other than that I will just wait till next oil change time but will possible find someone else to take a look at the light issue just for my piece of mind.

These guys worked hard to get me the best deal. It was not your stereotypical car salesman experience. I had to get some mud flaps added this week, and the service department took me in early and fixed me up in no time. Everyone is dedicated and courteous. Best experience I've had in Evansville. Would buy from this company again.
There was grease left on my seats I had to get cleaned .. They used to be more careful in ur car and use mats and plastic but thats not the case now

Took my car for a diagnostic ($375.00) and ended up buying a computer for my car ($200.00) The computer didn't solve the problem, so I took it back to the dealer and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car, and suggested that I replace the ABS module (somewhere around $800-$1,200) So basically taking my car to your dealer ended up costing me $575.00 and I still don't know what the problem is.I believe that a refund is the least thing that you can do. I trusted your dealer hoping to get the best people to work on my car and solve my problem, instead, I got ripped off like never before.

Gary is an extremely friendly, genuine salesman who listens to you and does not try to pull bait-and-switch tactics on his customers. Went in Kenny Kent to buy a new ride today ask sells man to give me is bottom dollar u came back with the same sticker price and said what will u give for it so I said some dum low number so I would know what they want for it he laughed at me I said again what do u want for it bottom dollar he laughed at me not knowing that I would have bought it then if he was just honest to me on the price instead he told me to have a good day and laughed at worst experience I ever had I will never go back and as a business man my self everyone has a bottom dollar honesty goes a long way but when your employees treat people like this tell me how Keny kent treats them
