Good for kids, but lacking adult information. I was expecting lots of science and engineering information about space exploration and was keen to see lots of space artifacts. There are some real space rockets and of course Atlantis (which is amazing), but overall it's more aimed at fun for kids. Due to Covid the bus tour is not running and I expect they are a highlight of the visit if running. We did enjoy our visit, but it just wasn't as educational as I hoped.

Was surprised by just how much there is to do here for all ages. I went with 2 kids ages 11 and 4 and they both had a blast. The sample itinerary on the website was a great help for planning our day and made things go a lot smoother I highly recomend the bus tour and to do it early. It took us about 50 min to get through the line to the busses but it was well worth the wait.

Anything worth while is closed. You end up paying $57 to watch cringey, unsubstantial videos that consist of clips of rockets flying to epic music. If you want a tour hosted by an actual person, it costs $20 on top of the $57 ticket and $10 parking. Since mostly everything is closed due to Covid, the price of admission is severely too high. The park is currently more than disappointing, and a waste of money.

It was the highlight of our trip. I would highly suggest it. Also i would like to have gone with the tour guide as some parts there was alot to read that i felt a guide could habe just explained and i could have enjoyed it more. But be sure to wait for the videos and such because they add so much more to the experience and they are free with your ticket so why not?!

Great place to go for anyone even remotely interested in space, engineering, history, or just something different to do. Very chill place to walk around, good pacing, bus tour is a must! Easily a 2-3 day venture. Could do the core stuff in a day though, a very full day.

Despite many attractions being closed, it is a nice family outing. In these times of covid, the entry will remain valid for 1 year.
Well maintained park, there is a spectacular museum with a hall with all the astronauts, rockets and space capsules. In short, I must return to enjoy it, there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops and an exhibition with animals, which is somewhat out of place with the spatial idea. Parking is free.

Such an interesting place for children, youth, and parents- grandparents...to learn more of the rich history of NASA....the Gemini era, NASA Astronauts, Space Missions, our International Space Station.... A must visit for ALL future aspiring astronauts!

Great place to take the kids and learn about space exploration. There is enough information to interest the adults but enough fun things to keep the kids happy too. Was very excited to see Atlantis and thought that whole exhibit was very well done. Especially loved the way it is first shown to you.

Altough the place is nice and all the stories and exhibibits great i have to leave a negative review: 1. The restaurants are dirty. Literally. Conditions are 3rd world country like. I was discusted seeing the hygiene standards so lowm 2. A minor remark is to stop cooling the imax down so much. People next to me were freezing.

Hope that helps to imorpve the service. Such a great place in general...

Had the AWESOME experience of watching the recent SpaceX launch from the north lawn of the Kennedy Space Center. It was unbelievable!

What was also unbelievable was how friendly the space center staff all were, how clean the facilities were, and how much of an educational experience going through all of the facilities were! Going through the Atlantis tour was breath taking! The actual shuttle is in the building!!!

Was an amazing experience and worth the trip!

I am a local here near the Visitors Space Center and have only been 1 other time many years ago. My husband's father worked & retired from NASA. He started in 1958 and worked there over 28 years and passed many years ago. It was wonderful to see the accomplishments that were made through much sacrifice! We took out 2 older grandkids to see it. It's truly astonishing to know the technologies that have come from the space industry. Laser, communication devices. Etc...
Go, you won't regret it!!!

Pay to see a rocket launch and you can't even see the launch pad like in the shuttle, Apollo era. Can't even see the VAB from the north lawn.
Until NASA opens a better viewing area and let's guests see the launch pad, where you can see the main engines ignite. Until then best viewing area is Coccoa Beach along 1A1.

Wanted to go here since I was young watching the moon landings and finally got to see it in jan 2020. It didn t disappoint. The shuttle unveiling was particularly dramatic. A must for everyone who dreams of space travel.

Loved it

The experience on offer will fill a day with an entertaining and educational tone. I am a former Space Shuttle scientist, so I am biased, but this is a national treasure that should be appreciated.

Great experience, many attractions closed due to current pandemic, but they provided a ticket valid until December 2021 to visit again for FREE! I will be visiting again next year with my family and friends.

It was fantastic! There were many exhibits and it was very fun. It really shows the scale of it all and the detail of the rockets. The shuttle exhibit was breath taking and awe inspiring and the shuttle launch simulator was also a great experience.

An excellent space to visit. With a full 1 day visit is enough, although the place is bigger than it seems. Imperdible Atlantis simulator.
Then there are buses that take a tour that takes 1hs 30 to know in detail the Apollo missions and see the launching platforms.
Tickets can be purchased online or right there.
Every day there is an Astronaut telling his experience, unmissable!

Wheelchair information....for anyone interested, wheelchairs are available for rent at the service center which is the building to the left after you enter. Staff was excellent with helping us thruout day. All exhibits are wc accessible. If you want to do the kennedy space center bus tour...which i highly recommend...there is a separate entrance for wc's and they tag your chair and give you a ticket. The chair stays where you board and a new chair will be given to you at other end for you to use at that exhibit. When the tour returns they will have original wheelchair back for you. Amazing day...so much to see and do. Ps...once you return your wheelchair at end of day to service center....they will have a complimentary wc avail for you to use getting back to your car. You just leave chair at end of row where u parked.

Of all the places we visited in Florida, this was hands down the cherry on top for me. Seeing Atlantis in person was unbelievable. The bus tour was great, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The shuttle launch experience was great. We picked up several souvenirs while there. If you haven't been there, make sure you so.

Absolutely amazing place! Visited it with my family on 12/27, was very crowded, did not see all the events and exhibits. Theater shows are stunning! Well organized bus tours. Clean bathrooms. Great impressions overall!

What a breathtaking experience it is to walk among historic rockets in the rocket garden. Walk through and learn about the astronauts in the astronaut Hall of Fame. Be ready for the rush of emotion as you tour the Shuttle Atlantis building with the actual shuttle there. Have lunch with an Astronaut. Our astronaut was Steve Smith. Brilliant!Take the bus tour to Cape Canaveral with our driver, Doug and your guide, Margaret and see the launchpads. Fabulous! Walk into the Apollo building and see the massive Saturn five rocket and take in all of the other displays there. Touch a moon rock. A privilege. And be sure to have some space dots, especially the banana split. Mmmm. So much more to see and do. Put this adventure on your must see bucket list.
A tremendous 3 day visit.

So you can check the creditability of these reviews and that most that are 5 star reviews are "local guides" clearly paid accounts to send positive reviews for businesses.

So this place is a waste of time and money. Very little to do that DOESNT require extra money after your initial ticket price. The main attraction which is the shuttle pad takes 2-3hours worth of wait time in line to be able to finally see it and trust me, it's not worth the time and money to see this. This honestly feels like some want to be cheap amusement park that lacks attractions but has overwhelming shops for you to spend your money on. You're better off going to Disney, universal, even Bush gardens. Anything is better for the ticket price it cost to get in here. Its 100% not worth it promise you that.

Need a solid 8-9 hours here to fully experience everything. Was an amazing place and well set up. Only downfall if you do the bus tour 100% do not sit on the left side of the bus as you will see almost none of the structures they talk about and have no photo opportunities. Other than that it was a great time!!!

I recommend you go to this place now you can really learn to learn a lot here my favorite part of this experience was exploring space shuttle Atlantis and I really wish I could go back here right now. You sure are going to have a lot of fun here

What an awesome and emotional experience! The way you re introduced to the Space Shuttle Atlantis was shocking - once the film presentation was over, the screen went blank, and then they lit up the Shuttle behind the screen! Fantastic! Seeing all the memorials to the fallen astronauts along with the Original 7 was emotional too. Glad we took the time to spend the afternoon here.
