First it was difficult to get the appointment with...

First it was difficult to get the appointment with the adviser I wanted. Finally after a work around it happened.

The concierge that receives you on arrival is prompt and pleasant. Disinfected the car before sending to the mechanic. Al wearing masks.

Reception was fully staffed.

My service adviser is super pleasant and took my car sooner than I expected. Gave me a great price for the service which no one else seemed to be able to do, TPMS sensors reprogramming.

Couldn't get a loaner. That was a little disconcerting because when I arrived to get my car there were dozens of loaners for the picking. Maybe there were none when I arrived. Now I know where to look. I was advised by the setter lady ahead of time that it required more planning to get one. I was offered a paid Uber to go get my car but on COVID19 time I declined.

What was supposed to take less than an hour turn into about five. I don't mind if it takes the whole day if I'm told that up front.

Payment was prompt and pleasant with the usual over charges which never seem to stop surprising me.

The car washing was not great but at 20:00 hours didn't look bad with shinny tires. No vacuuming inside.

The little snafus is why I gave 4 stars. Maybe is CORONA time?

In the end my repair was performed and my TPMS system is working again.

The only technical issue I'm concerned is that I didn't get s heads up to a missing lug nut. I knew but they didn't know I knew.

Would I come back again? Probably yes.
