This dealer was my last visit of the day as I am shopping around for a car. The salesman was very pleasant, I thought this would be the dealer I purchase the car I've been looking for because of him. Until the ruthless shark in the suit came out. First he gave me a story about how they have been trained to make customer experiences better by asking customers what they dislike most about dealerships etc. Then when we started the negotiation process, he was very pushy for me to sign that same day even though I told him multiple times I'd like to wait for other dealer's responses. The fair offer that I gave him said couldn't be done because the dealer would be losing. But as I was leaving he said too bad, he could have offered me an even lower payment than what I had offered to pay but to leave and not to waste his time. So much for improving customer service. That is exactly what customers hate about car dealers. Maybe he needs some more training.
