I purchased a 2016 RX 350 with Rafael Faria at LEXUS of Kendall. He was extremely professional. Told him exactly what we were looking for and within a few minutes he took us down the stairs and we found exactly what we wanted. I am saying all of this because the day before, we visited another LEXUS dealer and the sales person was pushing another type of model that we did not ask for. Needless to say we left.
Rafael was very courteous and professional and made us feel very comfortable. He even called a few days afterwards to follow up to know whether we had any concerns or questions. We'll definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Rafael and the other team members that were involved with this transaction.

Excellent service. Luis Rivera my service advisor was very professional and caring. He took care of my car and the issue was fixed. I will do all my car servicing at Lexus of Kendal for sure. Also thumbs up to Enrique at the services drop off area!!! I could not be happier with this place!!

I had a walk in service today and the lady of front desk told me it s about 25 mins wait. I was there like 3:25 but now it s 4:38 but I still didn t get help or any advisor. Also the lady who put me on the wait list has off already. And the people just came to work didn t know anything made me keep waiting.

Finally got help and the advisor name Richard is nice. He tried his best to help me and give me a best deal.

I am very disappointed with Lexus. I have been waiting 3 years for them to change my incredibly damaged/melted dashboard and all I am told when I take the time to show myself in person is that they "don't know when the parts will arrive" or that I am at the "top of the list", yet I have been at the top of this "list" for 3 years now and I personally know people who got it fixed a week after calling it in. Not only have they not called back to update me on my status as far as when I will get my car fixed, but my father reported damage on the dashboard far before Lexus announced the recall on their RX models. The damage on the dashboard is Lexus's fault and there is no reason why the wait time should be this long.The car will probably be in the junk yard by the time they reach back to me. At this point, not only do I deserve one, but I demand a reasonable estimate on when this will be resolved. Once again, very disappointed.

Very bad I bought a GX460 my car since it left the dealer was pulling to the right they aligned it and two days later he had that problem again, he made an appointment with the service department and when he arrived there was no car to give me, but the worst that my 2017 new car was crashed and they did not want to change it after almost 20 days of being the car in the dealer, notice how they were painting it to deliver it to me and hide that it was damaged by the dealer, the managers of Lexus gave me their word that Ivan To change I spent the whole day waiting for it to be changed, I spoke to the general manager and the same command that they changed it now that I arrive at the dealer at 7:00 p.m. they tell me that the new car cannot be delivered trying of forcing me to keep my car that they collided, it is 8:10 PM at night and they have not solved me now they come out that they do not have a car to give me and I am asking to cancel the business and they sold the car that delivers ES350 2016 , this dealer is not serving and even less the service department that nobody solves anything and they are getting rid of responsibilities. I will never buy a car or refer to this dealer because they are thieves and have no word.

Alex was very good in sales department, financial adviser didn't take very good care of us,we have great credit rating, tier 1 credit and got a terrible finance rate, was told it was Sunday and bank's were closed but he would check Monday and get back, never did and never returned our messages?? p.s. love the car

I have nothing but good reviews for the Gentlemen that worked with me to get my Lexus. I met them at a credit union car sale and their professionalism never changed even after signing my papers. Being a woman makes buying a car nerve wrecking because you don't want to feel taken advantage of, but my anxiety eased the moment I interacted with these dealers at Lexus of Kendall. Furthermore, there was a small piece missing from my car (used) which the gentlemen took the effort to make sure the part was ordered and fixed. This small gesture influenced me to give them 5 stars. I recommend asking for Vladimir, Tony Garcia or Joe Gennaro for those interested in buying a Lexus or Toyota in the near future.

I leased an NT in May from the dealership, My sales person Edwin Obando has been my Lexus Sales person at this dealership for the last 10+ years. Excellent sales guy. My complaint however, is not about Edwin, but about the service department. I took my car there a few weeks ago to get the 10K mile service. In addition to the 10K service, I explained to the service advisor that the right front tire had a slow leak, there was no sign of a nail in the tire. and I found myself having to put air every two days or so. There also was a clacking noise coming from the rear when I would reverse the car.

I spent my entire Saturday without the car, plus I live in Miami Lakes so taking the car to service at Lexus of Kendall is something that takes planning on my end. I received a call from the service advisor to tell me that the car was ready for pick up. He explained that the slow leak in the tire was a result of a faulty valve.

When I picked up the car, the service ticket/receipt stated that nothing wrong was found with the tire, which I found weird, since the service advise told me that it was a faulty valve. Nevertheless I took the car and went on my way.

Sure enough, two days later, the low air warning light comes on.....same right front tire. This tells me that the car wasn't even touched the entire day that it sat there. Doesn't the 10K service include tire rotation? So the tires were not rotated, the leak was never looked at, and God knows if the oil was even changed (I doubt it)!

I will not go to this dealership again to get my car serviced. I have Lexus of Pembroke Pines closer to me, and I have never had a problem at there.

Is there anyone a this dealership that ensures that work is getting done? Luckily this "10K service" was free, but how many people bring their car to this dealership and and actually pay for services that don't get done? Maybe since it was free they decided not to touch the car?

I am very happy with the experience I had with my sales rep, Shak. He made the process of leasing very smooth for me. They had very decent offers online and to be honest, I didn t think I was going to get the offer. But they even went lower on the price for me. Overall, I would give them 5 stars. The sales reps and the managers are all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy/lease a Lexus.

Absolutely the worst service center. I have owned three Lexus vehicles and I leased another one because of the outstanding customer service from Lexus but this last year, the service at both Lexus of Kendall and Lexus of West Kendall have been horrific. They have tried to add tinted windows on my brand new Lexus 3x since delivery in December 2017 and still cannot get it right. Bubbles everywhere and strips. My first grader can probably do them better. No confirmation of loaner vehicle to the day sercice is scheduled. Highly disappointed and do not think for the future I will get involved with another Lexus.

Had a service appointment at 11:15 AM. 1 hours later someone walks in and gets serviced right away. Just because they knew someone inside. Now another hour later. waiting for a loaner, same thing and same person. Was given priority over the rest of us who waited. Still waiting by the way.. This was the biggest reason why I hesitated to come here over JM Lexus. I rather drive the 30 miles and get better service.

It s been 5 years since I had to come back to this place and sadly nothing has changed. Everyone here is nice and all when you re buying a car but the moment you need services or parts...you get the run around with phone transfers or they simply hang up. At least they hang up now before I would do my 25 min drive while remaining on hold.

RUN FROM THIS DEALER!!! my ant lease a Lexus for this disorganized dealer in Kendall Miami, the person in the financial department told her that she would received everything by mail between 30-45 days because first papers always take time, for that reason she wait, when she notice 3 weeks pass she called the dealer and the sales person she explain that she doesn't have an account number or bank information to make the payment, he told her that it always take time and not worry about it. Well on 10/23/18 she receive a call(never the papers by mail) that she was late on payments and by consequences have 30 days late maker on her credit report, I was so upset and disappointed at that moment! that day she make the payment and send a letter to them asking to fix they mistake days later she received a first letter(certificated this time) telling her that they cannot do anything about it.
As result her credit score droops from 730 to 570 what make me so upset because she is a single mother working hard to get her credit on task. for that reason I'm writing this review to advise anyone that not buy from this dealer. they are horrible, irresponsables and disorganized...only nice when they sale to you!

When my car broke down 100 miles from home and it was not cost effective to repair it, I had to replace it on short notice. I found myself at Lexus of Kendall and purchased a used replacement vehicle. A pleasant process, many very service-oriented people. But we had some issues after we got the car home. They picked up the car, drove it to Miami, fixed it and returned it. Another great experience. Special thanks to the salesperson, Geovanny and a few other people that impressed me, Dee a scheduler, Terry and Ileana, two drivers. It is rare to find so many talented, enthusiastic and service oriented people in one company. When things go well Customer Service is icing on a cake. When there are problems, you learn whether Customer Service is for real. Lexus of Kendall gets an A for Customer service.

I am so beyond irate with this Dealership's dishonesty!! After receiving a call from Mr. Hayek and speaking with him about all our issues, I was more than confident that we finally had all our issues resolved! NOT THE CASE!!! I was totally taken aback today when I received an Email from the Better Business Bureau stating that Lexus of Kendall stated that "all of our issues were resolved, check was sent, etc.!" SO NOT THE CASE!! After being promised on June 23, 2016 that we would be reimbursed for our Mercedes Key that we never received upon the original purchase....almost two months later, we have yet to receive that check!! It should NOT take their Accounting Department two months to cut a check!

After filing a complaint with the BBB of Miami, I received a phone call from Mr. Christopher Hayek of Lexus of Kendall, and I am happy to say that he has restored my faith in the process of purchasing a car from out of state! He was honest and professional, and he truly seemed to cared about the issues that we were having with the Dealership! Not being involved with the original purchase or dealings of the vehicle, Chris stepped in as soon as he learned of our issues with Lexus of Kendall and took charge! He not only apologized for the way that we had been treated, but he took the time out of his busy schedule to truly listen to our complaints! He helped us locate an owners manual, and offered to reimburse us for the purchase of the second vehicle key that we were originally promised but never received. We ended up purchasing one ourselves through our local Mercedes Dealership, so to have him state that Lexus of Kendall would reimburse us that charge truly restored our faith! Thank you Christopher Hayek!!!

If you are contemplating purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership "DON'T"!!! IF I COULD RATE THEM WITH A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!! They are dishonest and unprofessional, and I am completely disappointed with their overall service and reliability. Being from out of state, before purchasing a vehicle from them I went on Yelp and saw that they had nothing but horrible reviews. I did not want to buy from them, however, my husband wanted a specific Mercedes that they had for sale. Against my better judgment, my husband purchased the vehicle. We were told the vehicle would come with two sets of keys, and owners manual. Upon delivery, the vehicle was missing a set of keys, and there wasn't an owners manual. On top of that, the vehicle hadn't been serviced in over 82 days and upon delivery, we had to have oil installed and the mirror on the passenger side was broken. When I spoke with Santiago (the salesman that sold us the vehicle), he assured us that once they contacted the previous owner, we would have the second set of keys and manual. After two weeks of being promised we would have the items and promises of returned phone calls that never came, I called and spoke with Guellerimo and John Pedrianes who are managers. I again was told that the items were purchased and in the mail. It has now been over a month and 1/2 and still no owners manual, and we ended purchasing a second set of keys that ran us over $400.00, not including having to have our car serviced and repairs made! On top of everything else, the vehicle was owned by one of their own Manager's named Maurico, so they had us believing it was some other customer that came in and traded the vehicle in, when all along it was one of their own. I am a veteran and still work with the military, and this is the service and treatment that I get from them! We are currently in the process of taking legal action against them.

I have been a Lexus customer for 6 years, and after my new lease yesterday I will now be with Lexus for 9+ years. However, my experience at Lexus last night was unlike any other experience I have had at a dealer. My sales representative, Eric Same, was the friendliest and hardest working sales rep I have ever come across. If you are visiting Lexus of Kendall looking to get into a new vehicle make sure to ask for Eric!

I am currently on my second Lexus (IS 350 Fsport, a great car and what an upgrade for the lower trim levels). I strongly recommend the IS350 fsport for those of whom need a little more pep on that step.

I happen to be one of those hypercritical clients when it comes to my car, amongst other things. Once I had Harry as my service advisor I will only go to him. Harry goes the extra mile to make sure that you are not only satisfied, but that your experience exceeded your expectations.

I no longer dread going to the dealership for service since having a Lexus vehicle (I have owed Honda, Acura and Jaguar previously, all serviced at dealerships as well) and having Harry R. handle all my cars needs.

He is truly Amazing!

If you have a Lexus vehicle and you go to Lexus of Kendall for your cars service, do yourself a favor and ask for Harry R..

They make promises to lure you in only to completely down with false advertising. When you are honest and upfront about everything they don t deliver what they promise. Terrible customer service , poor resolving skills zero compassion , understanding and work ethic. Not the place to buy your Lexus!

The purchasing experience at Lexus of Kendall is second to none. A relaxed and hassle-free experience. The Sales people are knowledgeable and friendly (Shaq did a great job). I also had a chance to meet the GM (Armando) and he was terrific. Really made you feel comfortable. gave me time, showed great patience & I left with the feeling that I found a truly honest sales professional that cared. What else can you want when making a car purchase? I have purchased and leased many cars, from many dealerships, both new and used, but the experience at Lexus (aside from a providing great cars) will likely keep me in the family for years to come.
