I really wasn't sure what sort of car I wanted. I was at umpteen dealerships before being recommended to this dealership. I was pretty burned out by the time I called and spoke with Santiago and then made an appointment. I arrived at their beautiful showroom and Santiago introduced me to Mike Alonso. Mike was such a pleasure to work with. I was looking at the CTH which is a hybrid - we took a test drive and he explained what made this car special. I'm not really a major car person but this car was just great. Mike was such a great guy to work with - a real professional. He called me a couple days later to see how I liked the car. The rest of the team from the sales manager, Sean O'Grady, the finance manager, Mauricio Ferreira were all great too. I look forward to visiting again for maintenance! They are like my car family! I will absolutely recommend Mike to all my friends and family. Thanks so much. I'm so happy I visited Lexus of Kendall. I'm a very, very happy, satisfied customer.

My experience was so negative and dreadful it was unreal. A very friendly sales person approached me as I was parking my vehicle and very politely escorted my friend and I to his desk. We inquired about an online offer for a lease and he got right to it. When he started explaining all the "additional costs" we asked for a break down on paper. He then brought us a breakdown that did not make sense. We were comparing 2 papers for two different vehicles with about 9 thousand dollars difference in msrp cost.
Yet the taxes for the cheaper vehicle were more expensive than the higher end vehicle. Then we asked about non taxable fees which that is all it said and they said those are just fees. At this point we ask for the manager and he comes back and says I can have zero on everything here to which we said perfect. He later comes back and the payment is 120 dollars more expensive and all the fees are reduced to zero better yet non existent. He added all the fees to the cost of the vehicle at this point I can't believe this is real does this manager think people are this gullible?.
We almost walked away and then the sales person says hold on and calls us to the general manager office. At first he seemed polite until he started yelling out calling his to his employees because he could not understand the sales offer on his own website after saying repeatedly that he created those ads. The general manager who's supposed to give us a better deal or at least we thought comes back with a higher monthly payment and higher fees than we had been offered. At this point we decided to walk out. This was my first and last visit to a Lexus dealership. One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. Good job Lexus.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lexus of Kendall. Before we left they asked me to give them a review on Google. I'm sure they wanted a 5 Star review, but after thinking about it I can only give the entire operation 3 Stars. All the people we interacted with were 5 Star. That included Tony Garcia (salesman), Jordan Malvarez (manager), and Jose in finance/paperwork. However, the entire Lexus of Kendall only gets 3 stars because of the following issues:
1. They do not allow a customer to take a used vehicle to their own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. They will allow the mechanic to come to Lexus of Kendall, but obviously that makes it very hard to do a thorough inspection.
2. Florida has the higest "Dealer Fees" in the nation. The average Dealer Fee in FL is $670. For Lexus of Kendall it is $899. In some states such as TX and KS the dealer fee is regulated or illegal and doesnt' exceed $300.
3. Lexus of Kendall tries to charge a $498 "Electronic Registration Filing Fee". We live in the age of electronics and more than likely they subcontract this out to a firm to do. It probably costs Lexus of Kendall no more than $25 to register your car. I believe it costs $8 at the tag agency.
4. In FL it costs $225 for a new license plate. Lexus of Kendall will try to charge you $450 for that (or $250 to transfer a plate).
As a buyer you have choices. If you are buying a new Lexus I would look elsewhere for cheaper "fees". If they have a used car you want then you have to negotiate these fees or the price of the car down. We live in a capitalist society (thank God) so you are free to walk out whenever you want. The salesmen and managers are very reluctant to negotiate on the fees as they are pure profit for the dealership. I'm sure Lexus of Kendall tells them they cannot negotiate on the fees.
I have no problem with Lexus of Kendall making money. In fact, they must to stay in business. And I did buy a car from them. All in all their people are great, but their policies are not. Get the best deal you can from them then shop around. Your two feet are your best negotiating tools.
I give them a C+ or B- as a dealership. An A+ for their employees.

Decide to purchace my 4th Lexus ES 350 for my wife and the experience we had at Lexus of Kendall was the absolute best you could possibly ask for.Met with Alejandro iianes the sales person. He spent so much time with us until the sale was completed. Very patient man and I really recomend him. Actually he spent 8 hours with us going over every possible car we were interested in. As far as other people that were involved every person was very professional and very respectful.Just to let you know Lexus of Kendall is my New Lexus Dealer. Mechanics are not individual certified to work on vehicles do not take your vehicle in for any recalls you will end up paying for there mistakes.

Had a deal lined up for $24,600 with only $400 off the asking price which was $10 away from being outside of the KBB fair purchase price range after the reduction. So it wasn't a killer of a deal from the start. I also had a hold on the car (which I haven't been refunded yet) then a manager relisted the car and dropped the price to $20,999 i called and Shane Bell said it was a typo and they removed the listings from the sites the car was on. I backed out of the deal due to the fact that they were being overly greedy on the price, plus they wouldn't give me the car for that price & cared less about giving me a good deal. Think because i was using my own bank to finance the car plus i wasn't buying a Lexus.. That's not all they have it listed back at the price of $20,999. Consumers look to get a great deal when buying a car and this dealership failed to meet the standards of doing so. I have called and emailed Shane multiple times yet he hasn't reached back out to me. This Dealership is a joke and isn't fair, go someone else if your looking for a great deal and not settle for a sticker price!!!

If you notice in many of my other reviews, you really have to screw up for me to leave a negative review. The bottom line is find another Lexus dealer. Lexus of Kendall and their management team cannot be trusted. There are several other Lexus stores in South Florida. Go to one of them, NOT Lexus of Kendall or West Kendall, both run by Bean Automotive Group and their CEO, Chris Roberts.
Imagine my surprise when I received an email stating that there was a mistake with the numbers and a new buyer s order was attached charging me $1,100.00 more than our agreed upon, negotiated price. I asked how this could be? No real response. No explanation other than that s the way it is .
Having already bought my non-refundable airline tickets, hotel and rental car, I boarded my 5:40am flight out of Chicago and upon landing in Miami, proceeded straight from the airport to the dealership. When we sat at Jordan s desk, he immediately said what is it you want to do ? And I replied buy the car". Just got a zealous absolutely no , with no explanation of why I was being charged an additional $1,100.
It seems apparent that their team has no desire to make things right, in any capacity. I thought the Lexus name was synonymous with class. I guess that's my mistake.
My advice when looking for a Lexus, Go elsewhere. Anywhere but Lexus of Kendall.

Love that place. We get there 30 minutes before thay closed. We wanted to see the car advertised online. Sales man Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Very disappointed- not organized- unprofessional- Raised agreed upon pricing. Raphael on internet was fine. When I arrived on time for my 9:30AM Dec 14 appointment to see car I wanted-they said they had car but assigned salesman Javier knew nothing about appointment & asked if I could wait 90 minutes to see car!! )I had just drove an hour to dealership. I said no way!! They said Ok they would drive me to where car was located at Lexus of West Kendall- almost 30 minutes away!!then they couldn t find the car & we drove up & down aisles of cars pushing the clicker to find car!! I liked car & was given lease terms. They said they could beat competitors offer - I agreed to their new offer & they said put down deposit but did not take AMEX. I did that & later found they do take AMEX. We agreed to pickup time & I even brought my 2 grandsons. It took over 2 hours- Doug in leasing said no - their offer not valid & lease payment $30 higher!! I said unacceptable- only way I could keep payment the same was to extend lease. The only difficulty I had was finding a parking space. When I arrived this dealership was so full of people I thought they were giving something away. I had phoned ahead and set an appointmeent with Alex the internet manager.As busy as it was I was treated like I was the only customer in the store. I was driving home in my new NX 200 T an hour after I arrived. I definitely recommend this dealership and specifically ask for Alex the internet manager.

Really bad experience first time took 4 hrs for oil change second chance with appointment, and 2 hrs later still outside and nobody said a word . Please avoid take your car there. Customer service really need to change. Also first time order a sd card for navigation system 6 months ago and still awaiting for a call from luis.

my advise is be careful and alert of receiving your statement on time because on the first month that I get my car, I not received any paperwork or invoice.. NOTHING! WELL 45 days later they call me that I was 30 days late and put that mark on my credit AS A CONSEQUENCE MY CREDIT GO DOWN FROM 722 to 570. after so many calls and letters to credits report and financial services they fixed and my score get up again, I'm glad and grateful that finally they do it and my credit its right again.

Purchased two cars (within a month apart) from Angel who is amazing to deal with. First time we went we weren't sure which trim level and color we wanted, Angel brought us to their inventory and was able to look without any pressure. Finance was great too but that is because i went through my credit union. As for the negotiation it honestly was not bad, we were able to get the deal we wanted. This is the first time i write a review, and i was inclined to write this review because of the dissatisfaction i received in this dealer. This whole ordeal spans in a time period of 2 long and extensive weeks, from the lack of communication and disinterest in me, to the establishment, who at first appeared to be interested in helping me but then after just kept telling me that they were working on getting me a deal, but unfortunately i have been waiting over 2 weeks and never got a concrete response. In the end i think i am better off at any other dealer that would put there time and effort in helping the customer.
There are plenty of honest and good lexus dealerships in Miami. This is not one of them, I went in and decided not to move forward with a used car deal. These guys ended up thinking I was going to take a deal and automatically had my tag transferred to the car I was potentially going to purchase without my authorization. When I went to the DMV to renew my current car registration the Car I test drove at Lexus of Kendall was registered that I owned the Vehicle with the Dmv. It was a mess, and the DMV basically told me they had a hold on my tag. I called and called, for some reason the used car manager Jorge was to busy selling more used car dreams to more Miami locals. Stay away. Goodluck with your car buying.
I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from Lexus of Kendall. The truck had a clean car fax and had been originally sold and serviced by their sister dealership. When I went to look at the vehicle they showed me the list of work they did on the truck before placing on the lot and the list included brakes. A day or two later the truck starting making a lot of noise during braking. The noise persisted for a couple of weeks so I brought it to my mechanic and he said that the dealership didn't do a real brake job, they did a "pad slap" meaning they just threw on some cheap semi metallic pads on the original rotors. In order to do the job right we needed to replace the rotors and the pads which cost me $1,100. I would suggest getting your vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before buying from these guys.

All the folks there are super friendly and professional. My salesman, Jerry Jacoby, was so nice and helpful. I bought an older used car but they all treated me with dignity and respect as if I was buying a top of the line Lexus!! I would definitely recommend this dealer!!

If there was no stars, I would choose that option. The WORST dealership, for service, I ve ever been to. First, we drove up and we re standig next to the car for about 10 minutes before anyone even came up to us to help us. No one was even around outside to see us pull up anyways. Second, when we finally saw the sales associate he left us in his office for about 15 mins before he came back to see what we were even there for. We went for the 25k service which only meant we needed an oil change and they changed the battery. He told us it would take about an hour and a half. 5 hours later the car was done but we went outside it wasn t there and everyone was scrambling around looking for the keys that someone lost. We were told the car has been done for 30 minutes but they couldn t find the keys. So basically the car isn t done ! Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I was walking around looking for my sales rep and no one else wanted to help me. So here s my review on this terrible service department. I just wanted to share my experience so no one else makes the same stupid decision I did to take my car there and waste a whole day on what was suppose to be an hour oil change.

Today, January 1, 2020, I took delivery of my new leased 2020 Lexus RX350 F-Sport - All Wheel Drive - Performance SUV, replacing my 2017 F-Sport which comes off lease this week on January 3. I could not be more satisfied with Lexus of Kendall and the people I have been dealing with, starting with Chris Roberts, the CEO, who is a real mensch, who gave me a terrific deal in December 2017, and instructed the new GM Tom Gilbert to do the same this time as well, and Tom is someone now becoming a friend, as well as Geovanny Tapia, the Product Specialist, who has handled the transaction extremely well and who delivered my car today. This was not an easy model and build to find; being highly sought after, and Tom, and Carlos Martinez, the Sales Manager, and Geovanny, made extraordinary efforts to locate and bring in this car in time. This is the 6th Lexus in my family; my 3rd; 3 were for my late wife. I left JM Lexus (origin of 4 of the cars) because I have a greater trust and confidence in Lexus of Kendall -- and much better pricing. I have also had the last 5 cars serviced at Lexus of Kendall and have enormous confidence in my long-time service writer, Isaac Glosson. Oscar Hortsmann, the salesman that handled my leasing of the 2016 Lexus ES-350 today, did a superb job explaining to me the lease terms and the features of this new car, He was courteous , friendly and prompt. Also Igor, the administrative person in charge of giving me the new 36 months lease was very efficient and prompt in preparing all the required documents.
The entire staff at the dealership was very friendly and all performed very well. Maer, the person that helped me connecting my Iphone to the GPS, Bluetooth System was also very good.

Called on a Thursday to schedule an appointment with Vanessa Caballero on Sunday at 1pm. Driving there on Sunday, I arrived around 2 pm because i live in West Palm Beach, however Ernesto Ameiva called me at 1:30 to confirm I was on my way to test drive the car. When i got to the dealership they told me the car is not available to test drive because it was sold the night prior. My question is, when i was called to confirm if i was on the way why wouldnt you mention the car i was coming to test drive had been sold?

Excellent service! from the receptionist to the finance team to the cashier!! The actual product is amazing - lexus is a super great ride.Edwin Obanda is a wonderful person and it has been my sales person for many lexus leases. He listens to my needs and wants and never pushes me to make a decision. He allows me to process the information and ask questions and he is always available by phone. My service person is Victor ( not the super tall one). Victor is also kind and great at his job. I strongly recommend Lexus Kendall for all your auto needs.
