I had a terrible experience at the Lexus of Kendall. I turned in my lease early in September and purchased a vehicle the same day. I was told when I turned in my lease that I would not be held responsible for any outstanding balances. I received a bill from Lexus Financial two months later stating there was an unpaid payment and was due within a week. I called Lexus of Kendall several times, sent emails, and NO ONE has called me back ( it's been two weeks now). I regret purchasing my vehicle at this location. The customer service I received initially when I was purchasing a vehicle compared to how they're treating me now is mind blowing. I will not be coming back for any future appointments. I am a loyal Lexus customer and will be returning to West Kendall of Lexus where they value their customers.
