The person who took care of me was Tricia, and she was unbelievable. She was kind and understanding. She let me describe the problem, asked pertinent follow-up questions, and trusted me to know my car. She was thorough in her review of past service at other auto service locations, and made sure that all prior service was done appropriately so I would know where my car is. I baby my Honda Fit and I would wholly and enthusiastically return to this location for service.

Just took my Odyssey in for some brake work and everything came off well, as always. The counter person, Norma, was cordial and pleasant to the max, and the work was performed on schedule and for the predicted price. I have been buying vehicles and having them serviced by Kendall Honda and its earlier affiliates since 1983. Without exception, I have always gotten excellent service at a fair price. I would recommend them highly to Honda owners who are looking for a reliable and reasonably priced service facility.

I had a great experience at this Kendal Honda. I worked with a wonderful lady named Elizabeth Anderson, who was not only very understanding of my situation but did everything she could to help me. It took less than a week for me to get my new car and i got it at a really great price. The listened to my needs and worked with me so I got exactly what I wanted/needed. I definitely recommend going here to get a car.

Kendall sold us our first ever brand new car--a Honda Accord. The sale was pressure-free and we felt the salesman really had our best interest in mind. He even took us to a sister car lot to try out another brand. We purchased through the Costco Car Buying program, which I would highly recommend. After the sale, our car was prepped and ready when expected. We've been in their shop twice now; once for an oil change and once for a wiper motor replacement. The staff was very helpful and accommodating each visit. Problem solved. Work completed. Loaner car available. It's been a great experience so far. I'd recommend Kendall to others.

We just purchased our third vehicle from Kendall Honda--a used car this time. Justin Lange was great at helping us find and then finance a used Odyssey in our price range. We so appreciate his persistence and helpfulness

My experience with Kendall Honda was very positive. I was comparing new vehicles and test drove a car at Kendall twice. Paul Casey, the internet sales manager, was very responsive with pricing and availability information. Ian Jarvis, the sales rep was outstanding in his commitment to providing service based on my needs. His post-sale instruction and followup to insure I was satisfied with and understood all the tech features of the vehicle was exceptional.

Oil change service was great but price was very high. Had increased $10 in the 2 weeks time since my husband had had his oil changed on his Honda. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a less expensive place to get our oil changed.

New to Eugene and I took my HONDA in for a routine oil change. The customer service rep Isaiah, was delightful. Interested in my history with Honda, communicated frequently during my wait, offerred me a shuttle, and was just an all around friendly, funny guy. Great first experience.

I recently brought my 2011 Acura RDX in for tires, a battery, and repair of a seat latch. My wife and I decided to wait even though it would take approximately two hours. The service staff was friendly and courteous as usual and answered all questions to our satisfaction. The prices quoted were right on and the wait did not exceed two hours. We were pleased with the service and intend to return for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance even if we must travel from Roseburg.

They are always friendly. My only complaint is I wish there was a way to flag my information that we bought the service agreement when we bought the car. I have been in 3 times and they always want to charge me when it is a covered service.

I was caught off-guard with my car problem - all of a sudden vibrating like crazy upon acceleration. I called Kendall Honda and got an appointment the next morning. When I got there, I was told what the plan was going to be. I was informed of a free shuttle service so I didn't miss my other appointment that day. Tricia Toner kept in touch with me all the way, went over and above the call of duty in making my experience pleasurable (I didn't want to leave the wonderful waiting area) by doing all the nasty Insurance co. calls to see what was covered and she went to bat for me to ensure that this was actually a great experience - and I got a free car wash too.

I have been a customer of Kendall Honda since 1988. I can honestly state I have never had a negative experience with them. It's great to trust the people who work on your vehicle. Thanks to all the nice folks at Kendall!!!

Service was great and I am always amazed how organized Kendall is and how quickly the routine service is completed. Thanks also for your courtesy.

Got a key cut and programmed and my first time using it I wasnt able to get it out of ignition I have several other hondas (pilot,Fit) and haven't had this problem but I couldn't get the key to come out of ignition. I parked the car and someone got into it and managed to get key out somehow but I tried putting it in neutral and still no luck. I contacted the dealership and still haven't gotten there "supervisor" to contact me back. Still waiting and hoping for some reimbursement.

It was "that time again" to service my CR-V. Kendall made the appointment and was ready for me. AMANDA explained the anticipated costs and when it was completed....it was exact! I enjoyed watching the staff in the office and others as they served their customers. It is a "well-oiled machinery" called Kendall Honda.

I would like to take the time to thank my salesman...

I would like to take the time to thank my salesman Michael Conrad.I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. Just go find him at the Kendall Honda lot. He is honestly the only reason I purchased a vehicle from Kendall. He is incredibly friendly, honest, willing to go the extra mile, and is straight to the point with pricing (he didn't play pricing games when I told him that is exactly what I was tired of dealing with). Salesmen can go to any of the Kendall lots, I would strongly recommend anyone ask for him by name.

I gave him a price range and a general idea what I wanted. He took me to multiple lots until I finally decided on what I wanted at the used Toyota lot. I have been treated differently by so many different car salesmen, particularly by salesmen who work at Kendall Chevy. They treated me me like a child and made me feel that I was unwanted and like I wasn't a serious customer to them. They have also done this with friends of mine which made me never want to purchase a vehicle from Kendall. Michael restored my view of Kendall and made my new purchase enjoyable. He took the time to get to know me, what I wanted, and went above and beyond to meet all my requests. He is unlike any other salesmen Kendall has.

Honda Service in Eugene, Oregon has always given me good service. I always appreciate the courtesy ride back home and back to my car. Their repairs work and my cars have lasted a long time. They are well organized to serve efficiently, within their time estimates and dollar estimates.
I also appreciate being able to always go to the same place. They might cost more than some, but they always have competent service assistants and competent technical repair people to work on my car.

I had a flat tire. I brought my car in and they had to keep it overnight. Not only did they give me a nice loaner car, but they fixed my flat for free and washed my car. Very positive experience! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Called service dept mid July re: airbag recalls s...

Called service dept mid July re: airbag recalls sent out in July. Made an appt for late July, and it was cancelled at the last minute because they didn't have the parts. Was ASSURED that I would be called when parts were in. Called again today (Sep 4), and am told that they have the parts, but no openings until October....Per NTSB, these repairs were to be made in a "timely" manner, which they consider to be 60 days from the time I contacted the dealer. Not a satisfied customer, and they haven't even started the work yet.... additionally, they "need" the car for 3-4 hours PER RECALL, despite the recall stating that one recall takes 30 minutes, and the other takes 42 minutes.

09/10/15 Update:
Rec'd nice call from the service manager, who rescheduled me for Sep 10 at 9:30, and said it should take 2-3 hours. Arrived on time on Sep 10, and am told "plan on 4 hours". When I objected, I was told "It all depends on how many mechanics we have available..." If I schedule an appointment a week in advance, I assume that the dealer has a mechanic assigned to do the job at the scheduled time. Had to cancel, as I had another obligation at 12:30. Made an appt for 09/18 at 7:30 AM, so I can allow the "full" 4+ hours for a 1.25 hour job. Am utterly disgusted.

Final update: Service manager called same day (Sep 10), picked up my car at home and returned it several hours later. They'd done the two recalls, and run it thru the car wash. Included was a list of problems they "noticed" - adding up to almost $700, including a replacement of leaking camshaft seal for $362, brake fluid for $122, clutch hydraulic fluid for $90, and a new battery for $120.
Took the car to my beloved regular mechanic, and had both fluid systems replaced + an oil change and battery terminals cleaned for a total of $143. There wasn't a camshaft seal leak, and there isn't any leaking oil that any of us could see. Even checked my garage floor when I got home, to be sure.

So, I'm grateful that after multiple phone calls and one wasted trip, they took care of the recalls. But for regular service? Absolutely not recommended.

I am only posting this as a response for feedback ...

I am only posting this as a response for feedback from Kendall. I emailed the response below to Kendall on Monday. Not a peep back from Kendall. The original request from Kendall was for feedback and to post it on Google, so here it is.

When I dropped my Ridgeline off for an oil change on Saturday, I specifically asked the service rep to have the tech replace the drain bolt. After all of these years the bolt head is looking fairly worn. I also brought my own oil in (Castrol Synthetic High Mileage and filter). Yesterday I crawled under the truck to check the bolt. Same chewed up bolt. This is the reason I hesitate to bring my Ridgeline in for service. It is a matter of trust. The new oil filter was installed as I can visually see it. Other than that, it is all trust that the service department does what it is supposed to do. Why was the bolt not changed for a new one. When I picked up the Ridgeline I asked the service rep if the bolt was changed. She said yes. I did not see the charge on the invoice, but I took her at her word.

The staff have been very courteous and helpful. It is a little disconcerting for me in that I never get the same person to check on the car when I call in for service. When I was in Southern California I had the same service technician every time unless he was out on vacation/sick. Maybe that is something that is not possible but it would make for more consistency.

Otherwise I am pretty happy with the service I have gotten. But please make sure there is Decaf coffee available even if there are not a lot of people that drink it. It is what I drink.

I couldn't have been happier with the experience at Kendall Honda Acura. I took my Acura in for service, was greeted promptly and provided a ride to work. When the car was finished I received a phone call and a return ride. It couldn't have taken more than five minutes for me to complete paperwork and me to be driving off in my car. I was very pleased with the service.

After dropping someone off at Kendall for their car to have the oil changed we started talking with Sales Rep Sharon Y. The other person with me wanted to try out a CRV, which we did. I also test drove it. Then I mentioned to Sharon that I was planning to buy either a Suburu Forestor or a Camry. Without hesitation she took us to both the other Kendall dealerships and I tried out cars. Even though I was buying a Toyota at the other dealership, Sharon was able to continue to work with me and helped me sort through the various options until I found the Camry I wanted. Sharon was easy to work with and so were the guys at Kendall Toyota (Josh was easy to deal with on price-no haggling). To top it off, Sharon even came in on her day off just to be there on my closing day. The whole process was smooth and unstressful. I must say I was surprised it was so easy. Thanks.

I scheduled to replace a rear brake light that was out. Over the phone I was told 60-90 minutes. I thought that was long and asked for clarification. Was told again--60 more likely, but maybe 90.
When I brought the car in, I was told 10-15 minutes. I recounted what I was told over the phone--the service rep told me, "oh they always over estimate." Huh???

Anyway the work was done well.

Almost didn't make the appointment because I was on hold for some time. However, once someone did pick up they were extremely polite and personable, found mine and my vehicles information and promptly fit me right in for an oil change (same day). When I showed up the service rep pulled me up on a iPad type device, confirmed my apt and checked me right in even when I was about an hour early. I decided to grab a bite to eat across the street and got a call within the hour saying my vehicle was already done. Picked up and paid for at a very reasonable price as well. Sorry Lube It, this dealer has their stuff together and I will be back.

Kendall Honda has done a great job with my 2016 Honda Pilot. Their service personnel are are friendly, and thorough. Sevice times are easy to schedule. The service is done promptly, and checks are always made on any recall notices.

Even though I had an appointment for an oil change...

Even though I had an appointment for an oil change, and told them I was waiting, it took over 1 hour. It would also be nice if they vacuumed the vehicle. Most other lube/dealerships do a complementary vacuum.
I may not return as that is a LONG TIME to wait for an oil change.
Other than that they do a good job and are nice.

I just picked up my new 2016 Honda Civic Touring. Our experience purchasing my first Honda was made simple and easy largely due to Ian Jarvis. He's so knowledgeable, personable and a very patient "teacher", as there is so much to learn about this amazing car. We're so glad we came to Kendall Honda and would highly recommend them. As a Toyota owner for many years, I am familiar with the terrific service provided at Kendall Toyota, and this is what I was expecting when I brought my daughter's Honda Civic in for an oil change. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

When I take my Prius in for servicing, I am immediately greeted at my car and escorted to the desk to have my car checked in. When I brought in the Honda, there was no one there to greet me, I was not sure where to leave my car, whether to leave my keys in the car ( as I do at Toyota) or take them with me, whether I was supposed to stay with my car, or go inside. Finally, I went inside and after standing at the desk for several minutes, with noone seeming to notice, I asked one of the employees standing nearby if I was at the right place, and was told to wait and someone would get to me soon. So I waited, but then another employee came in with another customer and said that she was next in line, even though I had been there waiting for several minutes. So I waited for 15 minutes, before I was finally waited on.

From that point on, I have no complaints. The woman who waited on me was very nice, and I feel I got good service. The waiting area is comfortable.

The only reason I even am writing this is because my experience was so much different than what I expected. I expected the same level of customer service I recieve at Kendall Toyota.

We just purchased our 4th Honda CRV. In 2008 we bought our first one and liked it so much we bought two others for our kids. After putting 283,650 miles on our 08 we took delivery of new 2018 CRV EX-L today. Elizabeth is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesperson. She made the purchase painless and the financing process was easy/peasy too. We got a fair deal and are very pleased to continue to recommend Kendall Honda of Eugene.

My experience with Kendall Honda was great. I personally dealt with Ian Jarvis who sold us our van. Ian was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. The prices quoted were definitely right on. Ian streamlined the process and had us in and out in no time. Ian sent a follow-up email at the end of the day asking how things were going and if I had any questions about the vehicle. I would definitely go back there again if I had to purchase another vehicle.

So at first everything seemed great, friendly people, quick service. Then they lost the file of what work my car needed done on there computer system. This lead them to fix things that i was never quoted for, worst part was it cost me hundreds and they wouldn't do anything about it. Im never going here again, what a head ache. Oh and by the way, now my car makes some sort of noise that it never did before. I cant wait to see what the next mechanic says about the job they did on my car because i have every record of maintenance since 0 miles and it wouldn't be the first time a Honda dealership had to pay for a mistake.

Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating in solving a couple of problems on my 2004 Honda CRV which I DEARLY LOVE!! Kudos go out to Meghan, Daniel the shuttle driver & Russell Giovenco who was so efficient and "speedy". At 85 I am praying I will not OUTLIVE my car!! :)

I felt he treated me with respect and truly listened to my concerns around what was going on with my Pilot. He assisted me with a loaner since I told him I was a front line care giver and had no way to get to work.

Extensive repair required our vehicle to be in the shop several days. We were provided a comparable vehicle for the duration of that time. When the repair didn't "take" (not because of something gone wrong, but because of something that had to be teased out), they took the vehicle back and extended the repair with no additional labor cost - and provided a loaner a second time!

It's better than any other dealer service center I've been to in a long while. No BS. The service is done right, fast, and there's a good waiting area with TV, snacks, toys for the kids, work stations, wifi, plug ins for devices, bathrooms, cars to look at in the lobby, resturaunt, place to buy aftermarket accessories for you car, etc., you get the picture. You get what you pay for - my next vehicle will be another Honda.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Justing Lang went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted and worked to keep it in my budget. Excellent customer service all around and I love my new car!
