I would love to say everything was great but it looks as though someone wasn't having the best day. Upon leaving my husband (who had taken the car in) noticed that the car was running a bit odd and was making more noise than usual. When he got home he noticed that the technician had left the air filter unsecured, obviously that is not something any service person intends to do so we took care of it. We then decided to check other areas where he had worked and found the tires were over inflated. Especially because we are entering warmer weather this is a concern because it can cause uneven wear on the tires as the heat causes the tire pressure to further increase shortening the life of the tires. I'm going to chalk this up to a bad day but it's still worthy of note.

The service advisors at this location are always incredibly helpful, as are the technicians. Although prices on service and parts at the dealership tend towards the expensive side of the spectrum, the stellar and quick service/ shuttle options make it worthwhile.

I recently had a broken driver's side rear-view mirror assembly replaced at Kendall Honda. Service there was thorough and professional. I especially enjoyed working with Norma Hagen, Service Consultant. She was very friendly and helpful through the entire process from ordering the part to its installation, along with all of the paperwork involved. Excellent experience at Kendal as always! Thanks!

I took my car in that was under warranty due to a loud noise with my tires and wheels. The service department said i could buy new tires and wheels and the noise will go away! I said I bought my car brand new and it should be covered. Well needless to say this is happening with a lot of 2017 Honda Accords and they aren t willing to stand behind their vehicle! I know I won t be purchasing another vehicle from Kendall Honda in Eugene nor will any of my family or friends!

I came in to Kendall Honda to figure out what I wanted in terms of my next car. Working with Mitch Ripke was the best experience I have ever had. He was patient and informative, and helped me to clarify my priorities as well as what features were most important to me. I never felt pushed, and always felt supported. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I also learned in the process that he can help you buy any model of car that the Kendall group owns. I went in for a regular oil change and noticed my front fender was a little ajar after being towed out of a ditch. The mechanic took out a screw that held it and was able to pop it back into place and re-attach the screw. They didn't charge me anything and the car looks so much better. Excellent customer service and no charge for adjusting the fender. And I always get a free car wash with an oil change. What's not to like?

I scheduled an appointment online and was greeted by Andrew in the service department when I arrived. He was very friendly and after checking my mileage he let me know that I did not need an oil change quite yet which was great.

I let him know I was going on a trip and he said they would check out the car just to make sure nothing was needed before we left. Andrew was friendly, honest and showed he really cared about his job. I also spoke with Katie and she was super friendly and made sure we received great customer service. These are some of the reasons I will be back for sure!

Outstanding experience with the automotive service...

Outstanding experience with the automotive service department! After many months of trying to figure out a periodic starting problem with my daughter's CRV, we finally broke down and took her car to the dealer (Kendall Honda). We should have done this from the beginning, I hesitated because I thought the prices would be excessive. I was wrong. In less than an hour, the technician diagnosed and fixed a problem that no one else had been able to figure out. I'm very grateful for the honest and competent service we received.

I have been taking my Honda Fit to Kendall Honda in Eugene for service for over 5 years now and am very happy with their service department performance. They always do a great job and keep me informed of any current and future issues. I give them 5 stars.

However, the appointment setting process I give only 3 stars. It is difficult to get through and errors have occurred. It seems this is some kind of answering hub and is in no way efficient as to wasting too much of my time waiting on hold and their lack of knowledge when asking questions. It would be better if each location had its own trained people who answer and book appointments.

Yesterday I stopped in to trade in my 2016 Honda for a used car. When I came into the building I was ignored as I stood there for nearly a minute, when I had to ask for help. I was assigned a very nice young salesman named Luis, who was patient and helpful. I also had friendly help from Colton. When it came to the offer for my trade-in I was extremely disappointed, it was almost $6K below Bluebook.
I came back today after a visit to Lithia Nissan. I wanted to test drive the cars I saw yesterday. Luis was there to help me. Unfortunately, the selection was disappointing, and Lithia offered me over $3500 more for my trade in! I'm now the proud owner of a 2008 Prius and am pleased as punch. My two stars are for Luis and Colton.

I took my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid into Kendall Hon...

I took my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid into Kendall Honda on 08/03/16 for an oil change and a brake line flush (which is something I was told I needed to have done) and the price I was quoted for was $122.00. I have been a good customer of Kendall Honda in Eugene-I've had oil changes, purchased new tires from them, and have had my car serviced there.

After about one hour, the customer service person approached me and told me that the repair technician found sludge in the brake fluid reservoir, and didn't want to risk damaging the brake master cylinder if it was flushed. I was also told that a new brake cylinder might take as long as three weeks to arrive, would cost $1800, and with labor the total I was quoted was $2500. I decided to get a second opinion, so took my car to a local mechanic, who flushed the system, didn't encounter any problems, and only charged me $45.00-and drove my car back to my workplace. The cap on the brake fluid container might have been slightly loose, which may have accounted for the sludge (which had been captured in the filter underneath the cap) and the fluid was somewhat discolored. All of this was addressed by the mechanic. I also checked on-line for the brake master cylinder and while the price I was quoted by Kendall Honda seemed to be on the high end, it was in the ballpark. I earn slightly more than what's considered a "living wage" for this area, and I certainly didn't appreciate these type of scare tactics.

I enjoy the service at the service department. I always have my maintenance work done here. Recently, they listened carefully and asked reasonable questions when I expressed concern about an unidentifiable 'clunk' in my car which had been going on for months. After careful analysis they found an unopened can of Orange Fanta rolling around under the driver's chair. Yes, I'm the idiot. They, on the other hand, did not make me feel like one.

Great service. Bought a used car, and luckily Kendall has a 3 day buy back guarantee. The car had some issues and had to bring it back. They took it back with out an issue and showed me other cars. We had trouble getting a straight answer via the internet from other dealers, Isaiah Boles gave us a straightforward answer and communicated promptly so we knew it was worth our time to travel 2 plus hours. Thank you for being a part of the internet age!! We were able to get a great deal on a Honda Ridgeline. Isaiah (sales) and the business manager Jacob Wallace were great to work with, gave us all the information without being pushy. It was a great car buying experience for which we are grateful!

The used sales manager and saleswoman lied to my daughter, an 18 year old buying her first car with her own savings, by changing the numbers agreed upon as papers were being signed. It would have been an inexpensive fix on their part to keep the customer happy. Also let her drive off the lot with an empty tank of gas, knowing that she was from out of town and had to drive home. Shameful!But the manager was cocky and couldn t have cared less. These are the the typical dishonest salespeople. I had a fabulous experience at Kendall Ford but will never step foot on the Honda lot again.

Brought my 2004 Honda in for a recall notice. My person was extremely busy but very helpful. I was happy with his help and he was thoughtful in answering all my questions. I never felt rushed. Everyone was very courteous. I have one more notice that you have no parts for. They will call me when they come in. I love my Honda. I'm beginning to lose confidence in driving it. Sounds like the next fix is to keep from impaling my passenger with metal parts. Yikes!!

Arrived on a Monday to inquiry about my CR-V's transmission oil change. Received professional assistance regarding my inquiry as my '03 and '07 CR-V's had in-line transmission oil filters. Thanks to Sam in parts, it was explained the new Honda transmission design doesn't require an in-line oil filter as the '07. I scheduled an appointment for two days later at 7:30 AM. Arrived as scheduled. I was greeting by your scheduler. During the service it was brought to my attention the cabin air filters needed changed, therefore that recommendation was followed. The maintenance service was completed within one hour! In summary, my experience was positive, professional, efficient, friendly as well as quick-turn-around. Further, this has always been the customer treatment and service I have been accustomed to at Kendall Honda for at least 14 years. Thank you.

Great buying experience. We first met Eddy inside and asked to see used CR-V. He brought us to a great 2016 CR-V Touring. We fell in love with the car. While looking around, Eddy was shadowed by Luke as Eddy is new which I thought was a great for training and improving the experience. We were going to think on it but decided to get some numbers to think on. We then met the sales manager Trevor. Really nice guy, broke down payments and we were able to get a great price.
Next is finance, which from previous experience is very dry and boring and feels like an eternity. We met Tammy who was very cheerful even though it was after closing time. She was very thorough and kept us interested in what s best described as boring number material. The process did not take as long as others and she handled basically everything for us.
Their car wash was having some maintenance done so we brought it back and they used the Chevy car wash, detailed it and filled the tank. Will recommend this dealership for its friendly staff and quick process.

This shop plays a lot of games. My father worked as a shop tech and knows how it works. They refused to do work on my car because I wouldn't do the full deal. I asked them to just replace the throwback bearing as it was too expensive for the rest of it. They told me it was all or nothing, which it isn't, said they would put in writing why they wouldn't do it, and did not. The price was double what was even on the Honda website. I refuse to go to places that play games. This place is slimy.

My experience at Kendall Honda was easily one of the smoothest I ve had at a car dealership. My honda was in need of a serious tune up and they were straightforward with what they recommended and what we could hold off on until next visit. Nicole in customer service went above and beyond to make sure to answer my questions in simple terms (I don t know too much about mechanics) and keep me updated on the status of my car. I paid for a safer vehicle to commute to work in but I also got an easy going, quick experience as well. I ll be following up with them for any of my future needs, for sure.

I admit, I give 2 stars, but keep buying from them. Kendall is one of the only reasons to not like Honda's. They give you the runaround like all dealerships do. Waiting there too long, not getting advertised price, service prices, selling used car with unsafe tires, the list goes on. But I like Honda too much.

We had problems with our breaks and were able to get an appointment to get it fixed early the following day even though it was shortly before Memorial Day. Staff was very helpful and kept us updated during the repair. Appreciated the detailed tracking and info on what was wrong and also recommendations on what will need to be done before too long. Really helps us to plan our expenses and feel comfortable that things are taken care of. Have been there several years now and have always been very satisfied with their courtesy and the quality of their work!

Everyone from the salesman to the finance guy to the sales manager has complained to me about how the lousy service I have received trying to lease a Honda Clarity is not their fault. How a business deals with the tough situations is a reflection on the organization. Any idiot can do the easy transactions. Customer service starts with returning phone calls, following up and going to bat for your customer so they have the best experience possible. Whining about how you don't make any money on a Clarity does not gain my favor. Honda has made it a cost of doing business with them to lease Claritys. Kendall makes PLENTY of money on the rest of the Honda line so quit complaining to your customers or go sell Toyota. Everyone has the same thing to sell...or lease. The only difference is how you treat your customers. Epic failure Kendall. This is actually the third Honda deal I have don from 3 different dealers. The other 2 went great, the one from Kendall even considering the hold ups from Honda leasing, I would not darken their doorstep ever again.

And then to be even funnier they said they would call me in response to this review. Well Mr Bodine is the guy who complained to me in the showroom about not making any money on my transaction and shocker....24 hours later has not called.

I bought a new HR-V earlier this week. Isaiah Boles was my salesman and he was amazing. Isaiah was so kind and helpful to me. I recommend him highly. I could tell he really wanted me to be happy. The price negotiation was a little rough and time consuming but not because of Isaiah. I could tell he really was trying hard to see that I was happy. I was a bit annoyed when I was presented with a sheet indicating what the dealership paid for the car and what a great deal they were giving me. I was insulted that they thought I would believe that's what they paid for the car.. People do research and are more informed and have easy access to all kinds of information. They need to get rid of that negotiating tool. The car was supposed to be detailed inside before I left the lot. Although I saw someone inside the car doing that, maybe I was expecting too much. When I brought the car back for installation of a few extra accessories, Tammy and Mehgan were very kind even when I raised my voice about an accessory I actually was mistaken about. They were very attentive and were especially helpful. regardless. I can't remember the guy's name in the parts department but he was terrific too explaining what some accessories were that I might want to consider purchasing. Not pushy at all but I did in fact purchase several. The staff get 5+ stars but I was dissatisfied by the cleanliness of the car inside, outside seemed ok; the car wash was down so that wasn't anyone's fault. I did get a coupon for a free wash. Nick in financing and another Nick who helped me get the new car home were also exceptional. Very impressed with both. One last staff member who was great is the guy in charge of the car wash. I happened to have a chance to talk with him in the cafe. Sorry for the length of this but wanted to mention all the wonderful staff.

Had a dead battery in my wifes 2017 Honda CRV and did not know why. Called dealer and talked to Norma Hagen and she got me in and had mechanic check electrical system. Could not find anything wrong so will monitor and make sure everything is alright. Norma did a good job making sure I had a ride home and back and expained everything that was done and what to do if it happens again. Tammie was the shuttle driver and did a good job getting me to and from. I was pleased with the service I received.

My husband, Richard, and I have always had very positive experiences with Kendall Honda Acura of Eugene. When we take our Honda Accord and our Acura in for service, we are always pleasantly surprised. The bill is generally lower than we anticipated and the level of service is always greater than we expected. We are particularly impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff on each visit, especially Amanda Parker in the Acura service epartment. Amanda goes above and beyond the normal level of customer service. Thank you Kendall Honda Acura of Eugene; we will always be lifelong customers!

Service was fantastic as always. I have been taking my cars to Kendall for all my services for years. My Service Advisor, Mindy, always greets me by name and with a smile. I joke that she's my Kendall wife. I also recommend my friends and family. Apparently everyone else in town does too. Sign of a good business is one that's busy but treats you like family. Added plus.. free wifi, a car wash with every service and a deli on site. Keep up the great work!

Had the good fortune of timing our need for a new car after an accident totaled out our car with Elizabeth Yoo Lim's first week in the internet sales department. She was by far the most responsive (via email) salesperson we dealt with across 3 brands and a dozen dealers. By all means, if you are internet shopping you must get multiple quotes and still wheel and deal. But, know that Elizabeth will genuinely go to bat for you to get you a good deal. We drove in from 2.5 hours away and had a pretty seamless experience. She had the car redetailed to our satisfaction and took the time to explain a a bunch of features to us. She also requested all of the info she needed to expedite the deal before we arrived. We even got treated to lunch at the dealership cafe while waiting for the Finance Dept!.

We bought a new Acura MDX back in 2008 and have had truly professional help and service from Erwin Escobar since that time. Every single time.

I am 57 now and the wife and I have never seen anyone in the automobile industry more professional and courteous than Erwin. Period. It's people like that - that makes us come back. It's a sign of respect for the customer and his employer. Great job!

Any time we have had service done at Kendall Honda the people have been great.
The last service was on the A/C and it works great now. They of course checked things out thoroughly and we always appreciate if anything else needs attention they call and explain it very well.
