I just picked up my new 2016 Honda Civic Touring. Our experience purchasing my first Honda was made simple and easy largely due to Ian Jarvis. He's so knowledgeable, personable and a very patient "teacher", as there is so much to learn about this amazing car. We're so glad we came to Kendall Honda and would highly recommend them. No pressure, no uncomfortable feeling, just people who believe in their product and love what they do. Big shout-out to Ian Jarvis who made it happen seamlessly. Thanks Ian!
