We worked with Whitney Small and had an amazing experience. We were first-time buyers who didn't know anything. Whitney was very thorough and clear in explaining every step of the process to us. Many of the homes we looked at were older and had been revitalized; Whitney was so helpful in looking beyond all the pretty details to checking the things that matter, like the foundation, the plumbing, and other things that would come up in inspection. Whitney also worked so quickly. We saw our house and within an hour of us leaving, Whitney had our offer in. We closed in 20 days, which was perfect for us. And it can't be understated - Whitney was an absolute joy to work with. She was so friendly, inviting, encouraging, and professional. We often had side conversations, which quickly one of my favorite aspects of working with her. We had multiple offers on our home despite some difficult circumstances and were very pleased with how smoothly the process went. We then used Jonathan to help us find the new perfect home. He worked very hard to help us find a place in our desired neighborhood despite really low inventory. We were impressed with his efforts to think outside the box by calling neighbors who might be selling soon and in looking for different options that might not naturally show up in our online search. Overall very satisfied!

We met Chris Shea probably two years before we actually listed. He came to the house and told us what he thought and he waited. He didn't pester (which we truly appreciated), but he did keep in touch with warm wishes from time to time. When we were finally ready to list, he and his partner, Rachel Alley, came again, gave us a few pointers (move furniture here or there), and worked with us to set a date (around Mother's Day and some ugly weather) for an open house. Chris was excellent at keeping in touch with us, giving the highlights of each offer, sharing insights, explaining things, and answering questions. When we declined offers, Chris didn't fight us and worked to get another. We were VERY pleased to work with Chris Shea and felt he truly was working for us and what we wanted.
