I think it is an excellent webshop because it is very well organized. What you order today is almost always at home the next day. If it is different and you call you will be informed about the status of the package once delays can occur.

A disastrous '' company ''. Bunch of amateurs who try to put themselves in a '' company jacket '', but they still have a lot to learn.

When you place an order, you get it as agreed, but it is often broken items. If you want to return it, they show their real character. All products that are returned actually arrive at the company. The company claims they do not receive it, then shows you the POST NL details, stating that they do receive it. They also have an immediate answer to this. '' You should not trust Post NL '' is their vision ... Even if your Track and Trace code is received, this is not correct according to the company.

In addition, they claim that it should be sent by registered mail. So just a Track and Trace code is not enough. This is understandable, because when sending by registered mail, scamming customers becomes a lot more complicated.

But the company is of course smart enough not to report this by registered mail in their terms and conditions, which are publicly available on their website. Because if they do, they can't scam their potential customers. Article 9 on their website is about returns, which nowhere states that returns must be sent by registered mail (see photo).

Conclusion: This company with amateurs wants to make money from broken stuff. These things will sooner or later break. They do not want to take these items back and when you send them back you simply do not get your money back. When you make a comment about this, your account will be blocked. While you are legally still entitled to a warranty of the previously ordered items (as I mentioned earlier. Items from this company will sooner or later break).

Beware people of these scammers. Be warned.

Top Service Webshop online orders go easy and fast through the webshop means and stock is always correct. RMA are quickly picked up and package if no deposit are already delivered the next day.

This company is communicatively inadequate, very often try to get contact via email and phone hardly succeed. But they still call in a collection agency. The parts are also often defective.

EMC is a company of several pseudo sellers who sell in the name of a company only defective or reclaimed goods. Keep your fingers away from spare parts. Often they do not fit at all and are of such inferior quality that they do not exist. You can not complain, supposedly you should not believe the Dutch Post. I wish for improvement for this company, then I also change my mind and like to buy again, but what you are currently selling are mass-produced goods without quality. OK for Pakistani shops that have integrated a store in a supermarket but the merchandise is not for professional sellers.
