We met Chris Shea probably two years before we act...

We met Chris Shea probably two years before we actually listed. He came to the house and told us what he thought and he waited. He didn't pester (which we truly appreciated), but he did keep in touch with warm wishes from time to time. When we were finally ready to list, he and his partner, Rachel Alley, came again, gave us a few pointers (move furniture here or there), and worked with us to set a date (around Mother's Day and some ugly weather) for an open house. Chris was excellent at keeping in touch with us, giving the highlights of each offer, sharing insights, explaining things, and answering questions. When we declined offers, Chris didn't fight us and worked to get another. We were VERY pleased to work with Chris Shea and felt he truly was working for us and what we wanted.
