Many of the homes we looked at were older and had been revitalized; Whitney was so helpful in looking beyond all the pretty details to checking the things that matter, like the foundation, the plumbing, and other things that would come up in inspection. Whitney also worked so quickly. We saw our house and within an hour of us leaving, Whitney had our offer in. We closed in 20 days, which was perfect for us. And it can't be understated - Whitney was an absolute joy to work with. She was so friendly, inviting, encouraging, and professional. We often had side conversations, which quickly one of my favorite aspects of working with her.
